Nice place close to the harbor and the beautiful narrow streets of Chania. Enjoyed the large roof terrace, lived outdoors a lot. Communication with Andreas and Suvi was great, responding to email and had good advice. Definitely recommended.

Beautiful place and great host

Dimitris from the first moment we booked was present and friendly, with clear instructions and asking if there is anything more he can do. we asked him for something extra and he was immediately responsive and friendly. The apartment was large enough, And very clean specially the bathroom. Sea view and a private free parking that made our stay very easygoing Thank you and hopefully see you again

We were there for a total of a week. The room corresponded exactly to the photos – we especially liked the large balcony, where you can linger wonderfully. Unfortunately, the kitchen was very sparsely equipped - there was no salt, no pepper and no detergent or sponge, only some dishes, a pot and a pan. We then took care of the missing things ourselves. Since we couldn't take them with us, maybe the next guests will benefit from them :) Communication was impeccable at all times! A positive surprise was that during our stay the towels were changed and the room was cleaned - an absolute luxury, because you quickly bring sand into the room from the beach. We can definitely recommend the accommodation – we had a wonderful time there!

It was a great size apartment with a great outside space. The pool was lovely. It is a modern clean living space with fabulous welcome touches having wine, homemade pies fruit and cake, Anastasia changed towels on request and gave us recommendations of restaurants. Always available for enquiries, would certainly recommend to anyone looking for a stunning apartment

We loved our four days in this lovely apartment in Rodovani! Manos met us when we arrived, left us an array of fruit, coffee, tea, bread, and other treats — and was a terrific and cheerful communicator during our stay.

We spent a few wonderful days at Anastasia-Maria`s place around the Greek Easter celebration. Anastasia was so nice to prepare a table with different typical Easter things, like the red Easter eggs, the Lambades, some Koulourakia, the EasterBrioche and had prepared little notes to explain the easter traditions. That was amazingly kind !!! Whenever we had a question she answered within a very short time, always helpful and very friendly. The place is a beautifully calm place, where two adults and one teenager could recharge indoors and outdoors. It would easily fit another two people. We had regular cat visitors outside the kitchen door :) You will need a car to get there and to explore places like Rethimno, Chania, Elafonissi or Preveli. There are taverns in the surrounding villages and a Mini-supermarket 5 minutes by car down the road. We can highly recommend this place and will come back in the future. My friend and I stayed at the accommodation for 5 days and were very satisfied with our stay. The apartment is on the ground floor of a beautiful modern house. The apartment was very well equipped, there was nothing missing. The beautiful terrace with whirlpool is worth highlighting. The location is great. It is about 15 minutes by car to the center of Chania. Several beaches are within walking distance. The house itself is in a quiet location. It offers a good starting point for exploring Crete. Katerina and her husband are great hosts. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a fresh Greek salad, oranges, and wine. A few days later, we received fresh vegetables from the garden. Katerina was always available and very friendly. We felt very comfortable. Overall, we would recommend the accommodation! 5/5 stars!

The accommodation is of very high quality. Everything is spotlessly clean and it is very spacious and comfortable. The outside is incredible and the photos can’t do it justice. The patio is really comfortable as is the outside dining / bbq area as is the grassy lawned area. A lot of choice as how you want to relax. The nearby beaches are great and there are lots of places to eat nearby. We very much enjoyed Chania which is a short distance away. We drove there but the bus stop is only a couple of minutes walk away from Sandy’s place. We plan to visit Crete again and we will definitely be looking to book Sandy’s Boutique when we do.

We had a wonderful time on our trip. The accommodations were perfect and we enjoyed spending time in the pool. It was easy to walk to Old Town and many options for food nearby. Our host was very helpful and responsive - we appreciated the help setting up a pick up from the airport as our flight didn’t get in until late. Overall we had an amazing experience during our stay and I would highly recommend.

This place was perfect. It is in a great location, spacious and clean. The host was very responsive and helpful. Like the other reviews mentioned, the parking spot is very tight, you have to be a confident driver and highly recommend having a smaller car.

The accommodation looks exactly as described, it is bright and clean. You can walk to the beach in 2 minutes and to the old town in about 15 minutes. Katerina gave us tips for shopping and the area. Everything perfect all around.

Cosy, clean and simple with a very friendly host. Perfect place to stay and use as a base to explore the West-side of Crete 😊

Very charming accommodation in the heart of Chania‘s historical center. 2 min away from the Venetian harbour.

If you love a vacation off the beaten track, away from the crowds of tourist resorts... this is your place. The house is located in a small village attached to the rock with stunning views of the Rokka gorge. The terrace you'll share with other guests is perfect for enjoying breakfast or an aperitif. Be aware that there are cats that come looking for food... for those with allergies... Marianna provided us with food for the first night and was always responsive to any questions or problems. Rokka is the ideal place to explore the beaches of the northwest of the island and Chania. The southwest beaches are at least an hour's drive away. We're taking beautiful memories with us Thank you.

Cannot say enough great things about this place. I would recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Chania. Everything that you could possibly need is in this place. From the extra towels, the ready made ice in the freezer, to an actual water filter filled in the fridge ready to use. Huge basement apartment, for 4 people it was massive! Water was hot in the shower, and there was even after sun, sunscreen, and more products available for us to use. There were also a few card games there and that was a pleasant surprise for us to have a game night. Could not recommend this place enough. 18 minute walk to the town centre, in a beautiful neighbourhood. There was free parking for our rental car too! Thank you for hosting us! Amazing, amazing stay!

We had a lovely but short stay at Valia’s very spacious apartment for our family of 5. The wrap around balcony was a treat and the rooms stayed cold and dark to allow us to sleep off our jet lag. Nice and close to old town Chania and lots of spots nearby for coffee/wine and pastry!

We had amazing few days staying here. The apartment is beautiful and clean, in a great location, out of the way enough from the busy centre but just a short few minute walk to Chania town centre and the beach. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

From the start, Sia and her husband were very warm and welcoming. At check-in, they walked us through the apartment, which looked exactly like the photos. The view is fantastic from the front balcony. Everything was very clean. Loved that there were electronic blinds for most windows. We rented a car and there was a parking spot available for us in Sia's garage. We did find the bed a bit too hard for our tastes (to each their own!), and we sometimes had trouble with the wifi dropping in the main bedroom. Overall, we loved Sia's place and would stay there again!
