Holiday rentals with a patio in Souda

Enjoyed my short stay here, the building is new and the place was furnished nicely. I especially loved the full size (and powerful!) hairdryer. Kitchen had a full size fridge/freezer and dishes/utensils. Shower pressure and temp were great. Easy to find and owner was very quick to respond to all communications. Would recommend!

Lovely host, really responsive and friendly!!! The accommodation is beautiful and has all the amenities you need, from washing Machine to hairdryer. The location is very nice and is a 5 minute walk from a coffee shop with sunset and panoramic views of Chania. However, if you’re looking to go to the old town you need your own form of transport or taxi, but there is a bus 15’ walk away if you are not planning on staying out late. Thank you Andrea for everything and we definitely recommend staying here :)

Maria is a warm host, very responsive and helpful. She made it possible for us to check-in earlier on arrival and then helped us get to the airport at 6 in the morning. She made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The studio is lovely, perfect for a couple or a single traveler, clean, peaceful, the backyard is great for a relaxing evening or the morning coffee. There is a bus station very close to the studio taking you to the city centre. Any questions you might have about getting around, Maria will answer them and help you enjoy your stay.

Magnifique location À environ 8 minutes en voiture du centre, par contre il faut être véhiculé si vous voulez bien visiter les sites autours L'emplacement est calme, très bien équipé et très propre Parking gratuit dans la rue Une vue magnifique sur la terrasse Super literie avec un grand lit je pense 180 large Les petites attentions quand nous sommes arrivés nous ont fait très plaisir La souplesse des horaires pour l'arrivée et le départ nous ont facilite la vie Merci merci 🙏

L'alloggio era molto comodo e Spyridon è stato molto presente ed attivo, pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi esigenza. Abbiamo avuto un leggero contrattempo con lo scarico del lavandino del bagno, nonostante stessimo solo una notte si è dimostrato subito comprensivo e pronto a far intervenire idraulico per risolvere il problema. Un host molto disponibile, e già questo fatto fa sì che valga la pena il soggiorno.

10/10 experience. Breathtaking views and sunset from the balcony, perfect location right on the harbor - surrounded by all of the best restaurants and places. The apartment is beautiful - clean, modern, great appliances. (The washing machine even uses AI). The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and despite being in the middle of the action, it is so peaceful. I didn’t want to leave. I will be back here again. The hosts were incredible. Kind, helpful, proactive, and made such a nice experience for us. Thank you!!!!!

We had a wonderful time spending 1 week at Giorgos’s place. He was always very responsive. The place is prettier than pictured and extremely clean. There is a lot of natural light and the place is nicely decorated. The yard is huge and a great play space traveling with kids. I was able to prepare simple meals in the kitchen. It was really nice to be able to park right outside the apartment. After a long travel day the beds and pillows were the perfect comfort. We all slept very well, thanks the automatic room darkening screens. Giorgos was very kind and very helpful. He gave great recommendations of the area and to explore Crete. His store also had just what we needed to buy. Thank you very much for hosting us. We would definitely stay here again visiting Chania. Blessings.

Peter and his mother Niki are wonderful hosts, very warm and kind. When we arrived, Peter welcomed us warmly and gave us some instructions and great advices for Sightseeing, restaurants, beaches, etc.. There was also a very tasty homemade dish made by his mother Niki in the fridge. Apartment is in great condition. Everything has been thought of and beautifully furnished, just like in the pictures. With a lot of attention to detail. A really great concept in under 30 square meters. The apartment is nice and shady, perfect for hot days, so you can sit wonderfully on the terrace. The apartment has a private parking space for the car. You can walk to the old town of Chania in 30 min. Definitely worth a walk, as you can explore the beautiful area. A bakery and supermarket were in the immediate neighborhood. Our flight was at 7 a.m., so we had to leave the apartment at 4:30 a.m. Niki (the mother) insisted on saying goodbye. We had a lovely stay and would come back anytime 😊

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Unser Gastgeber Levteris war sehr zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar. Er hat uns sogar ein ganzes Programm geschickt von Dingen die man Unternehmen kann. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Privatsphäre. Vom Haus hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf die Bucht. Der Weg herunter ins Dorf dauert mit dem Auto nur 5 Minuten. Dort hat man tolle Frühstücksoptionen und ein paar Restaurants. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen, wenn man Privatsphäre, Ruhe, einen traumhaften Ausblick und einen Pool wünscht.

the most special airbnb i have ever stayed in. the place is exactly as you see in the pictures, a two story loft with a nice terrace, beautifully decorated. the location is also great, with a small beach right in front, lots of good restaurants ( a couple of great ones) but without the neighborhood being to loud or crowded. its also walking distance to the loud old town.

The house is amazing set in a beautiful location with views of the mountains and sea, it is a very peaceful place but also not far to walk to the little village where there are restaurants and shops. A car is nice to explore around the island and it is very easy to get around. Our host Katrina was extremely nice, very attentive and made sure our stay was exceptional. She makes sure everywhere is clean and tidy, shares local delights and was a very friendly host. I would highly recommend this property.

Everything was really top notch, from check in to check out and everything in between. Property is perfectly located, far enough away from the commotion around the Venetian port but still only a 5 minute walk away from all the great restaurants the port has to offer. Evi was amazing throughout our entire stay, constantly reaching out to make sure we were comfortable and did not need anything, also very responsive with restaurant and activity info/recommendations. Cannot rate the property high enough, would love to stay again in the future.

We had a lovely stay here. The apartment is newly renovated and has been done beautifully. The roof terrace was a gorgeous place to unwind. The shampoo/shower gels were gorgeous. It’s a very easy and short walk to the beach. The host was responsive, helpful and friendly. I would warn older travellers that the stairs are very steep and there are lots of them. Loved it.

Perfect base for Chaina. Upstairs patio and bedroom were very nice. Few min walk to harbor, shops, CBD and Quick Photo ( pickup spot for many tours). Not near noisy bars. Really complete supermarket just outside of the old town wall is just a 5 min walk away- if you don't stop to pet the cats. Dimi was an excellent host from my initial inquiries through checkout. The home's operational video clips were excellent and removed the usual "getting acclimated to how a new place works" confusion and stress. The place was decorated nicely and had a super comfy bed with great light and air from the two windows. Internet and two tvs worked fine, as did the fridge, range and oven. Baked stuffed tomatoes and peppers came out great.

This place looked just like the pictures. We loved it so much. The rooftop terrace was amazing. The only caution is that if you stay over on a Wednesday you will have to find other parking which is difficult. The parking lot is closed that day for a flea market. The closest we could find was a 15 minute walk. Also be aware that there is a church right next to it with church bells that ring until 10:00 pm and start at 7 am. That being said, I would definitely stay there again. It was such a nice place.

We had a wonderful stay here! The view was amazing, the area was quiet and the home was very clean and updated. I would definitely stay here again!

Sve je bilo savršeno, toliko da smo želeli da produžimo boravak ali nažalost nije bilo moguće. Apartman je kao na slikama, savršeno čist. Domaćica preljubazna, uvek dostupna sa korisnim savetima. Hvala još jednom na svemu i nadamo se ponovnom susretu! Sve preporuke ❣️

super appartement tres spacieux avec de belles commodités. Notre hôte, Thalia, a été fabuleuse et nous a gâté avec de petits cadeaux a consommer a notre arrivée, le genre de petits extra qui font vraiment plaisir.. Distance a pied jusqu'au vieux port de Chania+-25min ce qui est tres acceptable. Mini epicerie au coin de la rue (50m de l'apparte) pour s'approvisionner chaque jour. Nous recommandons cet appartement fortement.

Mieszkanie zgodne z opisem , bardzo czysto i wygodnie. Okolica spokojna, łatwy dojazd z dworca autobusowego, jedzie miejski autobus nr 11, strefa biletowa A, natomiast spacer w stronę centrum to sama przyjemność bo idziesz praktycznie cały czas przy wodzie. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem mieszkania. Do tego z racji, że byliśmy z kilkumiesięcznym dzieckiem to była potrzeba łóżeczka do spania i tutaj największe zaskoczenie i za to gigantyczny plus dla właściciela...bo specjalnie dla nas zakupił łóżeczko, które nie jest żadną dostawką czy turystycznym łóżeczkiem, a najprawdziwszym drewnianym łóżeczkiem, które spełniło nasze oczekiwania. dziękujemy😀 Polecam z całego serca i na pewno wrócimy 😀

Beautiful stay! Such tasteful design, spotless home with really wonderful staff to help. The team was very responsive and had really set up the place to make it very warm. It had everything you may neeed and more! Super strong winter net too so we enjoyed working there. Loved it and would definitely suggest!

Stella was an outstanding host. Her accommodation is beautiful. Everything was perfectly prepared. A delicious cake was waiting for us on the table. There were also various foods from Stella's parents' garden in the fridge. Stella is very communicative and gives great tips about the area. Thank you for this wonderful time.

Fabulous attentive host. Light bright spacious apartment with a lift. Generous welcome pack , great walk in shower, large extremely comfortable beds and nice fresh linen. Large Windows and sliding doors onto two terraces , one with the hot tub! Sunset and sea views from both terraces. Close to bars and restaurants with Indigos our favourite just across the road on the beach front. We hired a car from the host and went on an adventure. Definitely the way to see Crete! The mountainous centre is fantastic and you get to discover other great places. Recommend Evita beach Bali which is just 30 mins along the coast. Truly a piece of heaven. Very sad to leave!!! Thank you so much for everything!

Amazing place with an amazing view. Extremely clean with extremely pleasant and responsive hosts. We flew in late and they even met us in the city centre to pick us up. It’s about a 20 minute walk away from the city centre (easy walk) and the perfect place to escape into quiet without ever being too far from it all. Couldn’t recommend this place more- thanks so much!
