Holiday rentals with a patio in Sottomarina

We loved Karin’s place. It was central to everything, we loved the fishing boats and their activity, Chioggia and surrounding areas were really interesting.

The perfect location due to the proximity to the airport bus and to Railway one of the main vaporettos exits. A very quiet and beautiful area An impeccable and new apartment We were very pleased.

Spacious house with practically all the comforts, 6 people are quite comfortable. The shared outdoor space is beautiful and comfortable. Very quiet area, at night you can sleep very well and on foot you can reach many places to visit. Sea is a 5-minute walk away.

We loved staying at Ca’ Del Pittor. The apartment is modern, clean and well equipped. It was great to have a ground floor apartment after climbing lots of stairs to our accommodation in Italy:-) The exclusive-use outside courtyard was a lovely bonus. Lorella was a warm and gracious host who presented us with a list of places to visit and local restaurants and bars. The location in the Dorsuduro area was very convenient for exploring Venice. We highly recommend this apartment to other travelers.

if you are coming to Venice, this is a must day. This was our first trip to Venice, but we quickly learn that we had stayed on the street where the locals hang out. This is off the tourist section with many food options on the same street, our favorite was Tintoretto. It is a 15 minute walking tour from the train station.. I cannot say enough nice things.

Communication with the host was very smooth, the appartement was very tidy, good beds and provided with everything we needed. Location is excellent, very quiet location, close to the vaporetto stop.

The place was incredibly spacious and clean. When you enter, the lower level is a large open area. Going up one set of stairs, you encounter the kitchen, a living area, and the bedrooms/ bathrooms all on that level. The pull out couch was all set for us, and it had basically everything we needed. The check-in was easy, and Andree was nice enough to let us keep our luggage on the first floor area since our flight to Athens didn't leave until 3 pm. Any minor issue we encountered had little to do with the host and more with infrastructure issues in the city. She provided many recommendations for us.

Very quiet location, apartment is very comfortable, clean and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Very good connection to Venice with a car. The host provided us with very useful information. Faina is a very kind and caring person.

La Casetta Rossa offers a strategic location for access to the bike path along the Po. It is ideal for those who want to visit the mouth of the Po but at the same time relax. In fact, it is surrounded by greenery and very quiet. The king-size beds are very comfortable. Very large rooms.

Pamela’s apartment is such a gem - even better than the pictures. It’s so clean, spacious, and well equipped. Shower is great. Appliances are very new. Location is also perfect - short walk from train station and vaporetto but on a quiet street. Pamela is super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Overall, the stay was great. My grandson and I participated in the offered glassblowing lessons, and we enjoyed the experience.

We got to check in 2.5h before check in as the apartment were already clean and ready, Thank you SO much!

Christian is a great host we have spent some spectacular days in his apartment, very clean and the terrace is the best, and very close to Piazza San Marco, I would definitely not hesitate to stay next time.

The best choice to stay when in Venice! It is super clean, modern, very spacious and bright! With s fabulous garden that surrounds the flat itself where we would have dinner ❤️! The area is absolutely magnificent- half an hour by bus& Vaporetto from turisty Venice. Nice quiet beach 3 minutes away to return to after the hustle and bustle of the City! Perfect for families with children that want to do both sightseeing and beach activities as well! Fabulous coffee shop and great Pizzeria just round the corner! Great communication with the hosts! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I can only recommend this appartement to anyone looking for a cosy, but near the centre place. You are at the end of a small road, near the boat station, so you'll be pretty calm especially with the garden that is provided. You're at 25 minutes by foot of the san marco basilic, and right five minutes from all the restaurants and bars you could ask for. The host were also very welcoming, and helped us get through the tourist tax problems, and just overall settle in. You can absolutely book the place blindly, at least we did, and had the most wonderful time!

We really enjoyed our stay in Orietta's home in Venice. We were able to take a water taxis from the airport and get within a couple short blocks of the home. The location is a relatively short walk to St Peter's Square and had plenty of restaurants nearby. My wife really like the way the home was decorated and we used the library of books Orietta has on Venice while we were relaxing.
