Miriam was amazing during our stay. Very responsive and helpful host! Her place is beautiful! Our one year old loved watching the boats from the living room. We also loved how the place was central and within walking distance to lots of places but still felt quiet and off the beaten path. Definitely stay here when in Venice!

This had all the amenities of a home with the feel of a hotel. The linens smelled nice. The a/c worked well. There were small touches around the home to make us feel welcome. The neighborhood was busy but it never disturbed us. Highly recommend this home. I’m so glad our family of 4 booked this Airbnb.

The location is great, authentic on the canal, in the historic old town, close to the fish market and the cafés and restaurants. For unloading, we could drive up to the house, there were bicycle parking spaces in the house! Everything great, the gas stove, the modern hot water spa, the Wi-Fi, all around wonderful! 🙂

We were greeted at Fondamenta Nove and walked to the apartment. Which is seated in a beautiful, tucked away location- quiet but very close to a fruit & vegetable market, with the coop around the corner. We cooked some nights but also ate in some of the outstanding restaurants nearby. Ça D’Oro stop is also nearby for getting anywhere by boat- But there is lots to explore in walking distances-especially if you want to wind your way through the many neighborhood passages that make Venice all that it is! Very responsive host, clean apartment, comfortable bed- all the amenities. I extend my highest recommendation.

Absolutely fabulous! The apartment was beautifully decorated from top to bottom. A truly skilled and talented designer created such a luxurious space right in the middle of Venice. All high end finishes used throughout including the sumptuous shower garden. Located steps from everything with easy access to transportation options, the apartment offered every amenity needed for a peaceful and enjoyable stay. The host was proactive in all communication and we were met by the agent to provide an overview. Highly recommend this lovely option if you’re wanting an accommodation that is a step above.

It’s a perfect place for the budget for a single or a coiple who are looking for peace with the joy of the italian spirit. The little apartment is equipped with all uour basic needs and perfectly clean. Literally 10m from the marina you can see the boats from your window. Heating and hot water works perfectly. I would come back to try out Francesca’s other houses, she is a kind communicator. The only thing you should know if you are a bicycle person is that the location Sottomarina obliges you to pay 60€ to ferries ⛴️ in case you wanna go to Venice and come back. If you wanna use the ferries with your car probably the price will go higher. So i had to use the bus which is the only other way to Venice with a 14€ ticket in total 3h to go and to return. But the good news is that the transportation system works 24h. Francesca’s little flat was perfect.

Great stay here in Venice. Is tucked away just the right amount off the beaten track so feels like real venice but also great spot to get around from. best thing is having breakfast with the doors open, admiring the canal that is 1 metre away and the views of the square. Would highly recommend!

The apartment offers excellent infrastructure and is equipped with all amenities. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired – ideal for uncomplicated cooking and a relaxing stay. The quiet bedroom convinces with an extremely comfortable bed, while the spacious bathroom shines with special cleanliness. The hosts Karla and Antonio were extremely friendly and supported us in all matters – a cordiality that makes the stay special. This accommodation combines everything you could wish for: comfort, tranquility and a perfect location. Absolutely recommended for a successful stay!

Really loved staying in this air bnb. Location was perfect about 30 minute walk to all the main attractions and restaurants. Navodi is an amazing restaurant very close to the apartment. The apartment was nice as cosy just like the photos. Easy check in and check out. Would love to come back :)

This apartment is top notch! We are a family of 5 enjoying Venice. This apartment was perfect. The location is in a quieter area of Venice. Apartment was super clean and pristine. We felt right at home. The air conditioning was amazing after exploring in the Hot Italian sun. When we come back to Venice we will most definitely book this apartment again. Great, spacious apartment. We liked everything. Clean. Lots of dishes and kitchen utensils. Sufficient number of towels. There is a parking space. Nica is very friendly and open. It's always nice to be greeted with small gifts. :) This apartment will resonate in our memory with warm memories. Thank you.

We loved our stay at Jacopo’s place! It’s a beautiful apartment that feels very authentic Venetian and we loved the location right on the grand canal. It’s right across the canal from the 5 star Aman hotel and has just as good of views at a fraction of the price. We also loved the proximity to all the main sights, but it’s just a few blocks away from all the hustle and bustle of the main areas which made for a nice peaceful location. When we were the AC was not working which was a bit disappointing, but it was still manageable in early June with the windows open.

Giulia's place was lovely, the location is perfect, only 5 minutes from the beach! Overall, brilliant place to stay.

The place was exactly as described, everything was clean and ready. The host was very accommodating and communication went smoothly. We'd love to come back in the future!

Mikro was really a good host! The apartment looked like the pictures and was in a nice neighborhood close to a lot of restaurants and things to see.

Very spacious and decorated accommodation with taste. It is very functional and very well-equipped. Stephano is very responsive and available. Accommodation to recommend 10 minutes from St. Mark's Square.

Giorgia was so kind and welcoming upon our arrival. She had a load of recommendations for us which we followed and were NOT disappointed! We were also able to drop off our luggage ahead of time to avoid having to check it somewhere which we really appreciated. Honestly, look no further for your Venice stay. You’ll have a GREAT time here :)

Great Airbnb! Flavio reached out via whats app and made sure I was comfortable with check in procedures. He sent his cousin, who spoke English, to assist us. The Airbnb was very clean and exactly as described! No issues at all! Great location! Very walkable to where we wanted to go!

Pierantionio's stunning Venice apartment is one of the best Airbnb's I have stayed in! The apartment itself is beautiful, with views of the canal from multiple windows, and very good value. Just to spend time in the apartment was heavenly. We loved the whirlpool tub. Not only that, but this is the prettiest and one of the most peaceful neighborhoods in Venice. Everything you need is steps from your door. The water bus is a flat and easy 4 minute walk, making luggage transfer from the airport or train station a breeze. The AC was a welcome amenity at night. We felt so lucky to stay here! I hope we get to stay again. If you have the opportunity to book this place, don't think twice, just do it.

Beautiful apartment, spacious and classic. Large windows, comfortable sitting area, very cosy and we felt right at home. My favourite antique style furniture, equipped kitchen and lovely dining area. Location is perfect, near the beach, and all the restaurants and shop you need is just a few minutes walk. Nicoletta was very kind to wait for our check it extra hours as we were late due to airport delay. She gave us all necessary information and was very quick to help when needed. Will definitely be back soon. Highly recommended for these who want to see Venice but hate the crowd in summer.

Paolo was great host. Nadia who works with him is a delight We were there 48 days and he was always responsive. The location for Venice is wonderful with views from Bedroom and views to the private backyard in back. Everything is walkable and vapoletto is 5 minutes away. We came with infant and dog and found location good for them as well.

We had a very nice stay and can recommend the accommodation 100%. Communication with Mattia and Sara was super easy, we were always helped very quickly :) Thank you!
