Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Sosúa

I stayed 1 month it was very nice, clean and safe. The small Grotto restaurant simple but delicious food. I want to go back thank you.

Stefan was a very good and friendly host. Very responsive! He’s good people! The property gave you a front row seat to a beautiful sunrise each morning. The only sound was from the singing birds and gentle crashing waves.

The place was very comfortable has everything you may need. Private backyard was the best part. Minutes sways from the beach (driving) and walking distance from the Playero supermarket. Enrico was a great host, always very responsive. Very pleased with our stay.

Matthew s place is perfect for those traveling on a budget but want a safe clean place right at the heart of things but far enough to relax and have some quiet time when needed. There is a large supermarket less than 5.minutes walk and a small Bodega across street for necessities. Right next door is a vra restaurant that serves specials all week and is run by a very friendly guy George and his cook Rahna excellent food and economical . Water was always hot when you leave the heater on for just 20.mins. The place has a huge fan and an air-conditioner but I found fan worked wonderfully for me . You do have to pay extra for electric use but it is very cheap. I was there for two week and had a c on maybe 4 times and fan and TV every Night and I paid less than 300 pesos ( 6 bucks) . All in all don't expect the Hilton buy for this money you will not find a better place in Sosua.Excellent stay

I could write an essay about the hospitality I received. Will definitely be back. Love the security of the place. Only complaints I have is the size of the pans that were available but that’s only cause I cook for myself. Although considering how responsive they were I’m sure I could’ve gotten a bigger skillet if I asked. Great place and location will definitely be back soon. Highly appreciative of Mairobi.

the place was very quiet and safe and easy to access, the house was clean and tidy, the host was super attentive and was always on the lookout for everything, recommendation to put a barbecue and bedspread, super recommended

Lucy is a fantastic host! The villa is gorgeous- both indoor and outdoor spaces were beautiful, functional and well used by our group! It was a quick and scenic 10 minute walk to the beach. The Green One section of the beach was very quiet and hardly had guests unlike the rest of the beachfront. This place is a must stay and we will be back!

The villa is prettier than in the photos, everything was clean and organized. There were enough towels and sheets and the arrival and departure was flexible. Jackson is very kind, we will definitely return.

Had a great stay at Lenin's house, sun in the pool area is only in the afternoon. Lenin was a great host, who responded quickly to messages. Large nice single-family home, with air conditioning in all bedrooms, some troublesome animal noises at night, rooster and some dogs, but got used to it after 14 days. Thanks for the loan😎👍

The stay was very nice, the place is spacious, very quiet and safe. It is close to restaurants and beaches in the area. Daysi was very pleasant and proactive, we would certainly stay at his place again.

If you’re looking to visit Puerto Plata and want to have enjoyable stay, packed with activities. You’re in the right place! Definitely good value for your money. The photos don’t do justice to the house! Totally enjoyed our stay and Franchesca’s help was a huge part of it! Her recommendations are superb! We definitely would be coming back and staying at Franchesca’s.

Excellent communication, good atmosphere.

The location of this apartment is unbeatable. You can leave your gear outside in the porch, and walk to the water to kite or wing so easily. There is a restaurant between the apartment and the water, making it super convenient to grab food. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The Internet was quick and reliable, and the air conditioning very effective. Some things about the apartment could be improved: 1) there is a weird smell, potentially coming from the washer, 2) the microwave is broken, 3) the hot water in the shower was inconsistent, and 4) it's not super private and there is a security guard in front 24/7. I would've liked to know before arriving how important it is to bring cash, as most restaurants we went to (including the one on the premises) don't accept credit cards. Stefan was great at providing information about conditions to do the sport, and extremely responsive to our needs! I'd suggest reading the FAQ of the yoga place next door for other useful info!

Martin is a great host, he invited me out for a drink when I arrived, and on arrival he provided a few nice welcoming drinks and toiletries. The pros of the apartment were the cleanliness, the air conditioning, the swimming pool, the apartment complex is similar to a hotel so there are places on site to get food and drinks. It's also a nice place to meet people as there is a fun atmosphere around the place. Martin the host is also great at responding to your messages and always tries to help out with your questions. The cons are the wifi, the wifi is better in the bedroom but not strong enough in the rest of the apartment if you're going to work. If you're there on holiday then its no problem. The wifi around the complex works great though, by the pool, in the reception etc. And Martin did his best to offer alternative places for me to work. And also having to pay for cleaning the bed sheets was a con or not having them replaced. Overall, I would recommend staying there for sure!

A very spacious and comfortable apartment, with several bedrooms and bathrooms. All very well equipped with Air Conditioning. It is a very recommendable apartment, we liked it a lot. The host was responding quickly and nicely.

Oliver’s place is in a very safe environment, clean, modern and comfortable. All appliances, hot water, WiFi, TV and air conditioning works well. It is located in an environment that has a nice clean pool area to relax and a restaurant onsite. Oliver’s place is within walking distance of everything you need and his communication is good if you need any information. I highly recommend Oliver’s place.
