the place was very quiet and safe and easy to access, the house was clean and tidy, the host was super attentive and was always on the lookout for everything, recommendation to put a barbecue and bedspread, super recommended

Lucy is a fantastic host! The villa is gorgeous- both indoor and outdoor spaces were beautiful, functional and well used by our group! It was a quick and scenic 10 minute walk to the beach. The Green One section of the beach was very quiet and hardly had guests unlike the rest of the beachfront. This place is a must stay and we will be back!

I was celebrating a special birthday and was nervous about the property, etc.; however, he was very responsive and ensured me that I would be pleased and have an excellent experience at the villa and on the resort. He could not have been more accurate. He assigned a personal concierge who met us upon our arrival on the resort and who ensured we received the very best experience during our stay. The villa and resort were a beautiful tropical paradise and amazing. There was a housekeeper who ensured the villa was cleaned daily. We had a private chef prepare a delicious BBQ dinner one night of our stay. There were tons of restaurants, pools, bars, and activities throughout the resort to choose from. I couldn’t have imagined in my wildest dreams how great this stay and experience would have been. I am so happy that I selected this villa and resort to celebrate my birthday. I would definitely book and stay in his property again and recommend his property.

We had a great time in Perla Marina. The house was spacious, well taken care of and each bedroom having its own bathroom was a plus. We didn't sped a great deal of time in the pool, but it was nice when we did. The property manager, Jose, was very helpful & responsive to any questions.

This property is great for sharing with family and friends groups. Totally in wood, very well equipped and you can go 10 minutes by vehicle to Playa Caletón or move to other points of interest nearby. I would definitely come back. Jeanette is an excellent host.

My stay overlooking the valley was simply exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism, making sure my check-in was quick and smooth. The room was impeccable, stylishly decorated and modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view from the window made waking up every morning a pleasure. In addition, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout the stay, which was a great plus.
