Holiday home rentals in Sorrento Peninsula

As soon as we booked Giulia’s property she was warm, welcoming and immensely helpful. She answered all of my many questions and provided very useful tips and recommendations weeks and days prior to our arrival. Once we arrived she greeted us at the meeting point and helped carry our bags to the property. She made us feel right at home and my only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer!

Giovanni’s place is absolutely magical! We’d definitely recommend a car getting to the property. It was initially quite scary getting to the top of the hill but the views were breathtaking and totally worth it! The place itself is very private and peaceful. We had a beautiful terrace to enjoy the stunning views. The apartment was clean and comfortable! Giovanni was an amazing host and provided us some homemade lemoncello, marinara sauce, red wine etc which was very sweet! He provided us with so much information on how to travel around Amalfi and local restaurant recommendations which were very helpful! He’s been very proactive and always easy to reach to when you have any questions! Cannot recommend this place enough to anyone visiting!! Would definitely return

Loreta is a gem of a human. She went out of her way to pick us up and made sure we had a reliable taxi number for when she was unavailable. Her taxi driver, Alfonso, was very responsive which was great since Uber did not work well in the area. A ride to the Pompeii Scavi train station was 25 euro and the Pompei (trenitalia) station was 20 euro. Loreta gave us excellent suggestions for what to do and where to eat, definitely take her advice if she gives you a recommendation. The apartment itself is charming and has an amazing view of Vesuvius. We enjoyed starting and ending our days on the balcony. We also had fun watching the family of outdoor cats select their napping spots on nearby balconies and rooftops. The area is definitely pet friendly with many local dogs nearby. The Friday market mentioned in the listing is HUGE! They start setting up early in the morning and it covers several streets around the apartment. Overall, I would stay here again just to see Loreta.

Carmine & Valentina were amazing to us. They were so helpful with everything. They provided amazing recommendations in all the surrounding areas. Additionally they helped us book a boat tour to Capri, private riders to get around, and mopeds to travel the Amalfi coast. We got to make our own homemade pizzas at their house in the brick oven and it was such a great experience. Probably the coolest food experience we have ever had. The Airbnb house’s rooftop view was incredible. All in all, they were the best Airbnb host and experience that my friends and I have ever had. I definitely recommend their spot!

Great two-level apartment with a beautiful view over Capri, the mountains and the sea. Raffaella is a great host, kind and easy to communicate. Giovanna’s home in Minori made our trip!! It has a perfect location, a few steps to the beach, restaurants, and ferry to help you visit neighboring coastal towns like Positano and Amalfi. The home itself was picturesque and provided beautiful views and comfortable living. We cannot wait to stay again!!

Don’t hesitate to book this apartment. Very stylish and a fantastic view of the bay. Vietri Marina is a short walk where you can get ferries to many places along the coast. We loved Cetara best. And make sure you do the “Lemon Walk” from Maiori to Minori!

Mario's home was perfect for our family. Everything was perfect.

The space was good, it's a lot of work to climb 124 steps, I just point out the fact that the kitchen doesn't have a microwave and a toaster, and we never managed to watch the television because it doesn't work normally

Absolutely recommend! Accommodation left us speechless - stunning rooftop with a view you cant get bored of, apartment was super clean and comfortable, packed with everything you might need during your stay. Margherita was super kind and her advices helped a lot! 10/10 👌

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay at Antonella’s apartment. The apartment is located in the mountains above Positano, which brings tranquility and its yard has a beautiful view to the town and the sea. In the apartment you can find everything you need, and way beyond that: Antonella prepared some snacks and local wine for us as well! She is an outstanding host, very communicative and cares about her guests. There are also some drawbacks about the place, just based on our experience and doesn’t really hurt. Firstly, the location is relatively far away from the town center (15 mins driving and 20 mins on foot downhill), and the walk back takes a lot of effort. The parking space is quite small, only fits a compact car or smaller. There is a long stairway to the apartment, but it’s the same for every Positano housing. The indoor space is too small for us to extend all our luggage (we had a lot). That being said, the apartment and Antonella are still way beyond our expectations!

Nicola was an amazing host. He was extremely helpful making reservations and answering questions about the area. He made 3 dinner reservations, arranged our transport from the train station to the Airbnb and back, and a private boat ride for us. Upon arrival he recommended we rent a Vespa, and he arranged that as well. We were picked up from our Airbnb by a shuttle and taken directly to the Vespa rental location. Staying in Praiano vs Positano or Amalfi was the best decision we made. It was so peaceful and quiet. The restaurants Nicola recommended were amazing, getting around was very easy, and it was a quick Vespa ride to the rest of the amalfi coast. All of the other cities were overcrowded. Overall, I couldn’t imagine a better stay.

We stayed for a week in Amalfi and used it as a base to explore the Amalfi coast. Cosimo's apartment was a perfect base. Right in the heart of Amalfi but a very peaceful base to return to and relax after a big day of sightseeing. Thank you for a lovely stay

Perfect home in a perfect location! Walkable to all great restaurants and shops and shoreline. Host was so friendly and flexible with our check-in time. Beautifully decorated, well-appointed home and we can’t wait to come back to Sorrento. We would absolutely stay in this home again for sure! Had an amazing time!

I had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was exactly as described - very clean, stylishly furnished and in a great location. The check-in was straightforward and the communication with the host was friendly, fast and helpful. I felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. Clear recommendation!

Beautiful apartment! The hosts comms were great. Incredible location. Very well equipped. You do need to be fit to climb all those steps, but it is well worth it, and a lift is coming soon i understand :-)

Place was excellent, but more importantly Margherita was an exceptional host. She was very helpful and responded to message very promptly. She also went out to the way to help arrange transportation to the central train station. Please don’t miss the bakery as recommended by Margherita. 5 stars from me. We loved the place and the services :)

Casa Lou was the perfect getaway for our family holiday. Daniele the host and Bea the local contact were incredible to deal with. Above and Beyond helpful and responsive and offered great local insights to the area, restaurants and activities. Even though Positano is a place built up the mountain and has many steps, the walk to shops, restaurants and the waterfront is very manageable and a lift nearby is very helpful too. Would highly recommend staying at Casa Lou And the view outside your window is a total knockout, especially at dusk. Just Wow!!! 💗
