Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Sophia Antipolis

Was sorry to leave. Super entertaining to sit on terrace and watch people go by below. Tastefully decorated, books to read. Fabulous water pressure in shower. Fully equipped to make simple meals. Nice to have the little things, like foil, extra garbage bags, paper towels, etc. Do close shutters at night to keep out bright exterior lights. Wake up and open to experience the street waking up! The location is amazing— right next to the beach and the markets, and lots of restaurants and shops in the old city. There are many bars open late all around the apartment. The place was very clean and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. Our host was very helpful and responsive.

We had a great time in this stylish, airy, and comfortable in apartment for up to 4 people. It’s a 2nd floor walk up, in an old building , and the flat has been recently entirely renovated in a stylish way - a young friendly vibe. The living room has a balcony that gives onto a lovely street near a big tree, a large table and a cosy L-shaped sofa in front of a large TV, the kitchen has everything you need, the place was spotless. The 2 bedrooms give on the back of the flat, onto a small balcony. In the old part of Antibes which is full of character, easy to get to — a 12 min walk from Antibes train station — and 5 min walk from the locals Marché Provençal, good boulangeries, and tons of restaurants and cute boutiques. Antibes is a beautiful town, ideal for a long weekend. There is no elevator but only two flights of steps up. We highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Antibes. Great place to relax. Rebecca was very communicative, and her cookies were SO DELICIOUS! A very nice treat after many hours of travel. Apartment is clean and has all of the essentials and then some. Would stay here again.

I cannot thank Xavier enough for the stay! This space is absolutely incredible, and is exactly as shown in the photos. It’s in an ideal location and is central to everything you’d want to see and do in Cannes! Not to mention , the building itself is gorgeous. Xavier also provides ample recommendations, and is super responsive and flexible with the check in/ check out process. If I’m ever back in Cannes, I will be staying here again for sure! Highly recommended anyone books this spot for your next trip to Cannes ☺️

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

Best view. That’s pretty much all you need to know. The place is great - small but compact with everything you need! Just a few min walk to one of the best beaches in the neighborhood, the old town is a 5 min walk away. Plenty of restaurants around. Can’t recommend it enough!

Céline is really nice and helpful! She responds very quickly and is always available. She makes sure everything is perfect and that we lack nothing. The accommodation is very clean and the views are superb. The grocery store just downstairs from the building is super convenient and there are a lot of things. We had a wonderful week at Marie-Jo's apartment in Antibes. Everything your heart desires is available, nothing is missing! From coffee machine, towels, bottle opener, ironing board to washing machine and a more than well-equipped kitchen. The balcony has been our highlight, the view extends to Nice and further to the Alps - every magical!! The apartment is 45-55 minutes' walk to the city. There's something you need to walk. But there are also bicycles that you can rent in the city for 10€ a day, because there are more than enough bike paths. We had a wonderful stay! :)
