Excellent apartment for your stay! It is comfortable, spacious and the tower in which it is located is very clean and with a very quiet atmosphere. Equipped with the necessary tools and easy-to-understand instructions.

My family and I enjoyed staying here. Loved the open concept of the kitchen and the living room, making the apartment feel very spacious. We enjoyed sitting out in the patio. Quiet neighborhood. The apartment was just we were looking for. Big kitchen, living room, master bedroom (king size bed) with bathroom and closet, and another room with a queen bed and bathroom. Great experience. Alejandro reached out the day of to make sure we knew the instructions of the apartment complex and was extremely responsive during our stay. He would check in throughout the day to see if anything was needed. 10/10. I would stay here again!! The only thing is that the hot water wasn’t very hot but, other than that, everything was amazing.

Very good place, comfortable and very complete

Beautiful unit, and a very cool property. Me and one other friend stayed for 3 days and had a great time. There’s two masters and both have deck access directly from the rooms. More than enough room for 4 people. They also have a filtered water line installed in the unit so helps a ton to not worry about that! Pools are a good hang. We found the main pool to be more entertaining than the rooftop pool, but it’s still cool to go up and see it at happy hour. Lots going on at the beach too Overall location is a bit odd from an access standpoint if you’re planning to explore and drive, but is still only 15-40 minutes from most places (downtown/golf courses) Overall, would definitely recommend.

I stayed for a month at Arturo’s Airbnb. It was a perfect stay. The Airbnb had everything we needed and more. It was in a great location near laundry, market, restaurants, etc. Arturo was a great host, he was always responsive and so easy going. We also would get a weekly cleaning with fresh linens.

If you are looking for a private, quiet and safe place, this is the place! The stay was excellent. Thanks to Carmen, very kind.

Cozy one bed, 2 bath apartment with private parking. Very quiet neighborhood, close to beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Place has everything you need for a short or long stay. Will definitely come back.

I had an excellent stay with my girlfriend this weekend, we were looking for a place where you can appreciate the view of San Carlos and we found the perfect place, the air is perfect and everything is in good condition. Highly recommend this stay 🙌🏼

The beach nearby is absolutely stunning. Perfect for morning walks or just unwinding. The host was great and made everything easy. I’d definitely love to come back!

In general, I liked the apartment a lot. And excellent service from Alexandra. I would just add to clarify in the description that the apartment is not located on the beach, I don't remember reading that because I thought it had a beach and it's not, it just has the view. She's beautiful, no doubt about it. We would return to stay without a problem.

We recently stayed at Joshua’s place and could not have been happier. The place was absolutely gorgeous and the views were spectacular! Josh was very responsive with some minor questions. The beds were comfortable and plenty of dishes in the kitchen were easily accessible. The hotel itself is still under construction as there is no main lobby, restaurants or gym in phase 3. However we were able to access them thru the other phases. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Thank you to the host for making our trip to puerto penasco memorable!
