Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Songpa District

During the moving period, my parents used the accommodation for a month due to the interior construction, and they stayed peacefully in a comfortable and clean space with all the basic facilities. ~ I am grateful to have met a really kind host and stayed in a good place without any inconvenience. ~! I highly recommend this place! I hope everyone who stays here is at peace! I was grateful.

I stayed for a concert and the location is great! It's about a 10 minute walk. The accommodation was really clean and pretty! They also prepared shower towels and toothbrushes, so I just went and stayed comfortably ~ I want to go again next time

It seemed like they paid attention to every detail of the accommodation. I strongly felt that they really meticulously cared for the multilingual translated accommodation usage guide, the hair ties that were provided, and the resting time, etc. so that it could be a good memory when traveling beyond the accommodation! Thanks to that, I had a good stay.

Our family really enjoyed staying here! Very professionally set up, every detail was impressive, and we were sad that we only booked for one night! We will definitely be back when we visit Korea again - next time for the entire stay in Korea if we can!

I loved my stay here! As a foreigner, I found the instructions very clear. The main entrance is located on a major street, very close to a bus stop/subway stop, so the location is very convenient. It is close to the Bangi Dong Food Alley, Lotte World Mall/Seokcheon Lake Park, and Olympic Park! It was a comfortable stay with multiple amenities to make you feel comfortable. There was a bit of construction across the street in the mornings/afternoons, but overall the area is relatively quiet. I was a bit worried about sorting trash (Korea is very particular about that), but I had lots of help from the host, and nearby uncles! Would love to stay here again!

It was so beautiful and peaceful and in such a calm area. We wanted to cry checking out and wish we just booked the place for a few more days 😭 using this place for future house inspo

It's very convenient to stay here, it's a 10-minute walk.It's very quiet at night, and there are a lot of food and drinks around. The landlord and housekeeper are very friendly and came to pick us up at the bus station. The😊 housekeeper's puppy is also very cute. Next time I see con, I will consider this place.

Loved that it was very close to Lotte World and the malls. I have two little children (4 and 7) and 7 year old did not complained about walking to places. Washer and dryer was a life saver since it was hot and we had to change clothes/take shower often. Most toiletries are available and hair straightener was a life saver! Children also enjoyed wall projector during downtime. Just an FYI for future visitors, the area gets super crowded during evening (taxi was having a hard time driving through crowds), but empty during earlier hours (taxi was able to get to us quick because no foot traffic during check out time)

Previously I stayed at Ran’s airbnb in Seongsu and it was amazing! As expected, this home at Jamsil area is also very comfortable and cozy! It is very clean and the subway station is just a short distance away! And the best thing is that the convenience store is just across the road! Feels just like home and I had a good rest! :)

I had a really good rest for 3 days and 2 nights ~! It was close to a convenience store and gym nearby, and the bedding was so clean and nice.Heh. And I was able to watch all the otts, so I just went by 2 nights and 3 days later without getting tired of it. I was so grateful that the host was so kind and responded quickly. XD If I have something to come near again next time, I definitely want to book again!! I recommend it!!👍👍👍

It was a nice accommodation with a nice feel like the photos, and it was clean and nice! Both the outside and inside of the building were so clean that I was so satisfied! This is an accommodation with these conditions at this price! The only thing that was a little disappointing was that the bathroom ventilator kept working and even with the air freshener, the smell of the sewer came up, but the smell wasn't that bad! In addition, there are many subway stations and food alley restaurants within a 10-minute walk, so I was very satisfied with the location!! Lastly, the host responded quickly and kindly, so I was able to stay comfortably! I want to visit again!

Moon River was a great and responsive host. He went above and beyond: (1) Bus number from airport, (2) answering my concerns about entering the apartment, (3) helping with directions, and more. I asked for a refill for a certain item - and he brought the item requested and additional items the day of the request! Very quick response! The location is great due to the available eateries and coffee shops in the area. I am glad to have stayed here with Moon River and hope to stay again because he was such a kind host.

We had a nice stay at Julie's. The hosts were responsive and helpful during our stay. The location is a close to subway stations which makes commuting around Seoul super easy.

Nice and quiet place~ A bit bright at night tho, because no blackout curtains, but overall it was a cozy stay in a good area.

I had a really great time. It's in a very nice area and close to the subway station. There are nice bars and restaurants. The space is clean and spacious. Definitely recommend!

Great location with numerous restaurants in the area, and access to multiple subway lines as well! The place was quaint and the small touch of setting up the radio to Seoul’s classical music station was really nice. We can’t wait to come back for another trip in the future!

I stayed for a month and was so satisfied! It was so easy to go to other places because the subway was close, and there were so many restaurants and cafes around that it was easy to choose a menu! The host was also very kind, and it was nice to get a quick response when I needed something or had a question! It was a little difficult to move the carrier because there was no elevator, but everything else was good. If I come to Korea, I want to stay here again!

Fun stay in an interesting neighbourhood! The place was extremely clean and very comfortable. The host was very friendly and answered all questions quickly. Things were generally as-expected and the experience was seamless and enjoyable. The floating bed was a unique touch and we enjoyed it, but those who are especially tall or have limited mobility might find it a challenge to get in and out of.

Lovely apartment in the heart of Nowon near the station! It was so clean and had everything we needed. It was really nice and felt like home!

The location is great - very convenient to so many things (supermarket, convenience stores, restaurants, Coex center, baseball stadium, bike/walking path, etc.) just by walking! And the Bongeungsa station is very close so you can reach everything else. The space is clean and comfortable, and I felt right at home! Sungmo met me and showed me the place - he was kind and friendly. Next time I'm in Seoul, I'm calling Sungmo first! This space is 99.9% perfect! (And it could get to 100 if it had one or two larger (like "bath sized") towels but that is a tiny complaint for a fantastic experience!

Great space. Just enough for one person. I think two people would feel cramped. The space is smaller than in the pictures. I like how she decorated the place. It added more warmth to the room. I enjoyed chilling with the warm lighting and under the covers at night. It felt cosy and like home. Host is kind and allowed an early check in, with specific instructions on how to get to her place. She also recommended me places to visit nearby and responded quickly whenever I asked her questions. I’m a solo female traveler so I felt safe because there’s two passcodes to enter the building, unlock the door and a small lift. Cons: There is a steep slope you have to climb before reaching the Airbnb. So pushing luggage up & down is a hassle. The toilet is also really small. It takes about an hour if you want to go to myeongdong/gangnam/dongdaemun. But the airbnb is closer to the airport and highly accessible via bus/train. Overall, great deal for the price! You get what you pay for!

It was a very pleasant stay, very close to Hongdae, I think Hongdae is the best place to visit, and the homestay is very close to the subway station bus station, so it is very convenient to stay here.The homestay is very cozy and feels very homey. The room is not the same as a normal homestay. There are kitchen utensils, washing machine, dryer, laundry detergent, and even curling hair sticks. It is super friendly to girls, and the surrounding environment is very quiet. At night, you don't have to worry about being noisy.The host is also huge and responsive.It's very hard to walk around, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I come.
