Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Songpa District

The studio is cute and has everything you need, with direct access to the rooftop, which was nice in the evening. Wan is really responsive and friendly and recommended me some places. Her guide to find the address made everything easy. The neighbourhood is quiet which I appreciated after walking around in the busy centre. If you’re 1.80m or more I would not recommend though as it’s low ceiling, but otherwise it was a perfect spot for me 😊

이번이 처음으로 한국에서 에어비앤비에 머물게 되었는데, 호텔보다 훨씬 더 편안하고 만족스러웠어요☺️ 호스트 언니도 문제를 정말 빠르게 처리해주셨고, 집 안의 시설도 아주 잘 갖춰져 있었어요. 무엇보다 KSPO 돔에서 매우 가까워서, 다른 사람들은 공연이 끝난 후에 숙소까지 30\~40분씩 이동해야 하지만 저는 공연장 나와서 10분 정도만 걸으면 바로 도착할 수 있었어요. 주변에 편의점과 식당도 많아서 식사 문제도 전혀 걱정할 필요 없었고요. 추가로 말씀드리자면, 이 숙소의 침대가 굉장히 푹신해서 평소에 불면증이 있는 저도 아주 잘 잘 수 있었어요. 전반적으로 정말 만족스러웠고, 다시 한 번 감사드립니다 :)

We were very satisfied with our stay. The place was well kept, clean, organized and made us feel at home. Appreciate that there was drinking water available via the Coway water purifier. We did not have to buy bottled water anymore at the convenience store. Only down side was, I personally think the location was far from the places I wanted to go to like Myeong-dong. It was about 45mins by train. Nevertheless, I enjoyed our stay in the airbnb!

위치가 롯데월드몰과 가까워서 좋았고 숙소가 깔끔하고 정돈된 느낌이라 아가와 함께 숙박하기도 좋았습니다! 침구가 부드러워 잠도 푹 잘수 있었어요~ 호스트분께서 매우 친절하시고 체크아웃 후 물건을 두고 나왔는데 다시 가지러 간다는 연락 드렸을때도 친절히 응대해 주셨습니다. 덕분에 즐거운 여행 되었어요!

교육 일정으로 4일 머물렀습니다. 숙소가 조용하고 깔끔하고 전철역이 가까워 이동하기 편합니다. 주변에 식당 편의점 많이 있고 필요한 물품도 잘 갖춰져 있어 불편함 없이 지낼 수 있었습니다.

place was extremely cozy and the location was nice with a huge lake/park to take a stroll at. loved the huge variety of food choices around the neighbourhood and that lotte world is conveniently within walking distance! room had everything I needed so it was really helpful during the stay😆

2박3일동안 너무 잘 쉬다 갑니다~! 근처에 편의점, 헬스장도 가깝고 침구도 너무 깨끗하고 좋았어요 ㅎ.ㅎ 그리고 모든 ott를 다 시청가능해서 질릴 틈 없이 2박 3일이 후딱 지나갔네용ㅎㅎㅎ 호스트님도 너무 친절하시고 답장도 빠르셔서 너무 감사했습니다 XD 다음에도 근처 올 일 있으면 꼭 다시 예약하고싶은 숙소예요!! 추천합니다!!👍👍👍

사진 후기처럼 느낌있는 멋진 숙소였고, 깔끔하고 좋았어요! 건물 외부 내부 모두 깔끔해서 너무 만족 스러웠어요! 이 가격에 이런 조건의 숙소라니 ! 조금 아쉬웠던 부분은 욕실 환풍기가 계속 작동 및 방향제가 있어도 하수구 냄새가 올라온다는 점이었는데, 냄새가 엄청 심한건 아니었어요! 이 외에도 도보 10분 거리에 지하철역과 먹자골목 맛집들이 많아서 위치가 너무 만족 스러웠어요!! 마지막으로 호스트님의 응대 속도가 신속하고 친절히 응대해주셔서 편하게 묵고 갑니다! 또 방문하고 싶어요!

The space was perfect for one. All amenities I could’ve needed were provided and the room was charming. There’s a bus stop three minutes from the apartment as well making it very convenient. Host was always responsive and I enjoyed my stay immensely.

My wife and I stayed here for 1 week, and it was well worth what we paid. It was very easy to get around with the metro close by, do note that it’s a steep walk to the apartment if you have mobility issues. It was not a problem for us. The air conditioner worked amazing, as did the hot water. The bed was comfortable & the lack of bedsheets was not a problem and she had this comfy pad on the bad that did not move. The one night some neighbors were loud after quiet hours, we let Kelly know and she handled it very promptly for us, which we appreciated! There’s also a great Indian restaurant nearby, and lots of 7 elevens and other convenience stores. The quality for the price is amazing for Seoul, and we definitely recommend for your next stay if you want a central and affordable place!

The place is quiet and spacious compare to the other airbnb's in seoul. Definitely very worth the buck. It may be quite far from the central seoul but it is very accessible to subway line 4. Convenience stores and a lot of restaurants nearby.

nice have some some amenities provide eg soap, clothes washing liquid etc. made for any easy stay, place was comfortable and convenient to travel to/from. thanks :)

The location is great - very convenient to so many things (supermarket, convenience stores, restaurants, Coex center, baseball stadium, bike/walking path, etc.) just by walking! And the Bongeungsa station is very close so you can reach everything else. The space is clean and comfortable, and I felt right at home! Sungmo met me and showed me the place - he was kind and friendly. Next time I'm in Seoul, I'm calling Sungmo first! This space is 99.9% perfect! (And it could get to 100 if it had one or two larger (like "bath sized") towels but that is a tiny complaint for a fantastic experience!

Great space. Just enough for one person. I think two people would feel cramped. The space is smaller than in the pictures. I like how she decorated the place. It added more warmth to the room. I enjoyed chilling with the warm lighting and under the covers at night. It felt cosy and like home. Host is kind and allowed an early check in, with specific instructions on how to get to her place. She also recommended me places to visit nearby and responded quickly whenever I asked her questions. I’m a solo female traveler so I felt safe because there’s two passcodes to enter the building, unlock the door and a small lift. Cons: There is a steep slope you have to climb before reaching the Airbnb. So pushing luggage up & down is a hassle. The toilet is also really small. It takes about an hour if you want to go to myeongdong/gangnam/dongdaemun. But the airbnb is closer to the airport and highly accessible via bus/train. Overall, great deal for the price! You get what you pay for!

很愉快的一次入住体验，离弘大很近，我觉得弘大是最好逛的一片，而且民宿离地铁站公交站都很近，所以住这边非常的方便。民宿很温馨，很有家的感觉，房间里应有尽有，跟普通的民宿不一样，有厨具，洗衣机，烘干机，洗衣液，甚至还有卷发棒，对女生超级友好，而且周围环境也非常好，很安静，晚上睡觉根本不用担心会吵。房东人也巨好，有求必应的那种。走的时候非常不舍得，下次来一定还住这里。

房东指引清晰，很容易找到。出入方便，一楼电梯直达房源楼层，除了建筑物门口有一小段斜坡，推大件行李稍稍吃力。地段非常好，闹中取静，地铁站和巴士站均是几分钟的步行距离，步行到汉江边也不远，附近餐饮店、超市、便利店一应俱全。房源内生活设施也很齐备，吸尘器和晒晾衣服的架子都有，也配备洗衣液和柔顺剂。洗衣机有烘干功能，但一体机的通病吧，烘干时间要很长才能达到效果，感觉洗完直接摊开晾干还干得更快。床上用品也够洁净，枕头和被子都挺松软，正好符合我习惯，但喜欢高和硬枕头的朋友可能会难受。垃圾处理不麻烦，简单分类后放到楼下的垃圾点就可以。唯一缺点是沙发和地毯有明显污渍。总体很不错，下次再去首尔也会考虑再住！顺祝房东阖家安康🍎

Place is exactly as pictured. Cozy and has all the essentials. There is a bus stop right in front so super convenient to get around. <5 min walk to Hongdae. You're right near the action but not so close that its too loud. Great location everything you need is right there. I would definitely stay here again.
