Holiday rentals with lake access in Songpa District

a guy's house. with booze and horns, and big ass tv. the atmosphere is, well, a bar. lots of audiophile equipment as well. you'll like it.

I really wanted to stay at Hanokjip? but this time my parents came to Korea and I booked a Hanok-style accommodation, and the accommodation was so remote and nice! I was very happy to stay in such a nice homestay in Seoul, and I felt very comfortable and relaxing every day!The host is very welcoming, not only responded promptly but also helped us recommend restaurants!The location is very convenient, very close to Gimpo Airport, and there is a direct bus to Gyeongbokgung/Gwanghwamun nearby, which is a great experience!

Roin is a great host. He is very friendly and very quick to respond to my questions and concerns. The house is very clean and has everything I need for my stay. The area is very nice with lots of place to eat and many coffee shops. The Seokchon Lake is less than 10 mins walk away and so are the metro stations. I truly enjoyed staying at Roin place and highly recommend it.

A really, really good place to stay for one night I plan to use it again when I visit Seoul next time It's great to walk to Mangwon Hangang Park.

We had a comfortable and relaxing stay. The place is tidy and had all the amenities needed for a week. It's located in a neighbourhood that's filled with locals, we didn't see many tourists which was great to experience local life and it's only 10 mins walk away to one of the big shopping areas of Seongsu. Lots of cute cafes around and close to the river walk. The host was very helpful with quick responses. Thanks!

Melody is kind and helpful and the place is convenient which is close to the airport bus station and subway station. The apartment is new and close to restaurants but quiet at nice! The mattress is comfortable as well! thank you!

This was a great place for our family to stay during our trip here in Seoul. The location was great - we were able to visit the Han river park frequently as it is literally steps away from Alex and Susan’s place. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive and helpful and helped us find everything we needed! Highly recommend and we would love to stay here again during our next trip to Seoul!

I stayed because I had something to do in Hanam, and the transportation was good and it was easy to find. The apartment was tidy, and I was able to find it well because you texted me first to help me find the way.

It was my first Airbnb accommodation, but it was much better than the hotels and resorts I've stayed in so far. I didn't plan to use the subway, but it was so close to the station that I let my child experience the subway. Convenience stores and pharmacies are also 1 minute away and the location is really good Especially the bed and bedding are so nice. I'm a sensitive person, so I couldn't sleep well wherever I went, but the bed here was nice and the soundproofing was good, so I was able to rest and sleep well. If I have a chance to visit next time, I will definitely book here.

My parents came from the countryside and stayed, and they were so satisfied. The location is close to the station and the main street, so it's good to eat and play around, the interior is clean, and the view from the window is good! The owner was very kind and I went with my dog, and he really liked it. There was also a valley right in front, so I had fun with the puppy. There were many benches to sit on, and the sound of the water right in front was peaceful:) The garden was also spacious, so I had fun running around.
