Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Solna Municipality

Lisa and Martin were great hosts! It's a gorgeous house in a fantastic location. It's removed enough from the city to feel a little calmer but still very convenient and easy to get downtown. The house was very clean when we arrived and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We definitely recommend it!

Vi hadde en fantastisk fin opplevelse i huset til Ewa. Romslig og god stue og kjøkken og et fantastisk uteområde. Reisen vår var en studietur med 9 tilsette fra barnehage. Tre bad med dusj var ekstra pluss. Programmet vårt ble rikere fordi vi fikk slappe av i rolige og gode omgivelser mellom øktene. Kort og fin tur til både butikk og kjøpesenter. Vi vil takke Ewa for alle gode råd og trygghet gjennom hele oppholdet. Ewa var vennlig og serviceinnstillt på alle måter💕. Vi anbefaler huset og vertskapet på det sterkeste!🌷

The house is an oasis of calm in a busy city. It retains many of its fin-de-siecle features and is very comfortable. We were able to sit out in the garden for drinks and our dinner and felt very private. It was easy to get into the centre of town via a short bus ride and then a 15 minute ride on the underground. The bedrooms had very comfortable beds and the lounge/dining room was large enough for four adults to eat and then sit comfortably. We did not try the TV. The kitchen was well appointed and well equipped and there would be no problems cooking and there is a small dishwasher. I would point that guests with mobility issues may struggle with the stairs and the bath/shower. We were a party of four 65+ year olds and we had no issues, but the stairs are not the easiest and getting in and out of the high bathtub and then squatting/kneeling to shower may cause some people a problem. Tereza was a fantastic host and I highly recommend staying here if you want some peace and calm.

Great house in a nice, quiet location! The house was very clean, and it was easy to communicate with Alex and Emma. We enjoyed evening swims at the nearby dock. We also enjoyed swimming and kayaking at Solviksbadet a few tram stops away. We greatly appreciated that Alex and Emma had removed some of their stuff, so there were plenty of drawers and closet space available. Thank you for being such terrific hosts!

Het prachtige huis van Johan en Laila voldoet aan alle wensen. Super ruim en mooi gelegen aan het water met hardloop trail. We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad dankzij de hele goede zorgen van de hosts. Echt een aanrader!

Deze prachtige woning is echt een aanrader! Het ligt op een rustige plek net buiten de stad, maar is met het openbaar vervoer of met de elektrische stepjes die overal te vinden zijn, heel goed bereikbaar. Mattias reageert heel snel en we hebben meerdere tips die hij gaf opgevolgd. We zouden zeker terugkomen!

Très bon séjour à Stockholm ! Appartement propre, bien situé. Excellent rapport qualité prix. L'hôte a répondu à nos questions. Seul bémol : il y a des rideaux mais pas très occultants et pas de volets, du coup il vaut mieux prévoir un bandeau pour les yeux pour dormir.

I had such a lovely 3-week stay at Nedim’s Airbnb! The apartment was just as pictured—clean, cozy, and in a super convenient location close to everything I needed, but still quiet and peaceful at night. What really stood out, though, was Nedim’s hospitality. He went above and beyond to check in regularly throughout my stay, making sure I had everything I needed and felt comfortable the entire time. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests and wants them to have the best experience possible. I’m so grateful for such a smooth, welcoming stay and would absolutely book again. Highly recommend!

Underbart boende på alla sätt och vis! Patrik var väldigt hjälpsam när ni kom fram trötta på kvällen, vilket uppskattades extra mycket. Lägenheten är superfin, har allt man kan tänkas behöva och vi sov riktigt gott i de sköna sängarna med total tystnad utanför. Det var magiskt att bo såpass nära stan men ändå ha det så lugnt. Rekommenderas varmt!

Wonderful Stay in a Modern Apartment We had a fantastic stay at this lovely apartment in Stockholm! The property is modern, clean, and well-maintained. The one-bedroom apartment is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. The host Persefoni ,has thoughtfully provided all the necessities, including towels and extra bed linens, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location is also excellent, close to to the city, making it easy to explore Stockholm. Plus, having the entire apartment to ourselves was a great bonus—it felt like a home away from home. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Stockholm!

La casa esta muy bien y limpia. Hay una cama elevada que es un poco incomoda para alcanzar y la cama de matrimonio es pequeña. Quiero destacar que no es un airbnb al uso es casa de la dueña y cuando no esta la alquila. Estaba todo en orden y había sitio para todos pero en los armarios hay ropa de la familia y comida en los armario nevera. Por si alguien va por mucho tiempo igual puede ser incomodo. A mi me resulto algo extraño pero estaba todo muy limpio y en orden.

William was a super helpful and responsive host. I saw one review that said the place was not as clean as expected. As far as I could tell, the place was very clean. It's just old, and old places will have stains that are not dirt, but are hard to remove. In light of the extremely reasonable price, I don't see that as a problem. Being right across the street from the train is also very convenient. I would be happy to stay there again.

We had a great stay! The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The location was convenient and peaceful. Anna went out of her way to help us as much as she could, and communication was smooth and easy. Would definitely recommend!

Meget søde og hjælpsomme værter, der hurtigt reagerede på vores besked og eventuelle tvivsspørgsmål. Vi manglende intet i lejligheden og nød hver morgen og aften den skønne udsigt fra den overdækkede balkon eller fra tagterrassen. Lejligheden var flot rengjort over det hele, da vi ankom og indeholdt alt det oplyste udstyr. Alt fungerede uden problemer. En rigtig fin og overskuelig vejledning til boligen var lagt til os. Helt sikkert en bolig, der får den bedste anbefaling herfra.

Nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis comme chez nous chez Angelica. On est loin du AirBNB impersonnel : et pour cause, Angelica loue son propre appartement lorsqu'elle est absente. L'ambiance chaleureuse avec les nombreuses plantes, l'équipement au top et l'emplacement proche du métro et à 2 pas des grands parcs (idéal pour l'Ecotrail de Stockholm) nous ont fait nous sentir à l'aise : une belle expérience dans un endroit cosy !

We had a wonderful stay at Lina's house. It was in a perfect location close to transport in a quiet neighbourhood. We had a small issue with the washing machine on day 1 but Lina was extremely responsive and we had no problems accessing the communal laundry for the rest of our stay. Lina made us feel at home for the 6 nights we stayed and went above and beyond to help make our first visit to Stockholm one to remember. Thanks so much Lina 😀

Hanna & Anita's place was the perfect, cozy stay for our one week stay in Stockholm. They thought of everything to make the place feel like home, from the extra towels to coffee and tea; towels to sit on in the sauna and a clothes line inside the sauna. Anita went above and beyond during our stay. One example: After a long day of travel, we couldn't wait to relax. When we arrived to the place, it was warm and nicely lit. The sauna quickly warmed us up. If you are looking for a peaceful and comfortable place that is away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still close by, we recommend Anita and Hanna's place. Amazing location, lots of space, well appointed and an excellent host. What more do you need. Short walk to the metro, buzzing streets below with lovely restaurants (Caliente tapas was our favourite) and all sights so close. A great place to stay !!

Nice stay in good area

Annas lägenhet har allt du behöver och ligger nära tunnelbanan, i ett lugn område. En underbar liten uteplats mot en innergård där grannar umgås tillsammans - om man vill. Vi hade det jättebra!
