The apartment is located in the trendy area Midsommarkransen, with a big park in front, used both for sun bathing picnicers, cava drinking couples and has a popular playground for kids. The supermarket is across the park, 200 meters away and the metro station is just 400 meters away . Our guests are mostly families (minimum age 27 years old) and you'll find many cafes, restaurants, bakeries in the area. Welcome!

På övervåningen finns kök, vardagsrum, toalett och dubbelrum och ett gästrum/kontorsplats. Utgång till balkong med morgonsol. På undervåning finns badrum med bastu och dusch samt två toaletter, tvättstuga och två sovrum (120+140 cm säng). Utgång till baksida med hönsgård. Diskmaskin, modern ugn och spis samt alla moderniteter finns.

À proximité de mon logement vous trouverez facilement un supermarché, pharmacie, café et quelques restaurants.
