Family guest room with a new private bathroom

My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

You enter the apartment, on upper floor, from an communal stair house. From the balcony you have nice views of a landscaped garden and a nice residential area. Along the Edsviken bay area you find beaches and recreation areas.. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids).

The apartment is completely self contained with it's own entrance. 150 meters to the local bus that takes you to shops and subway in about 5 minutes. Quiet residential area, close to water and nature. 500 m to Edsviken beach (sea) and swimming, as well as 800 m to Rinkeby forest and exercise tracks. Free car parking on the street.
