In November 2022 (or earlier), Magnolia House opens a new apartment hotel between Sollentuna C and Kista C, in the middle of "just north of Stockholm City". 40 rooms in a house that resembles a large villa with a shared patio and parking in a quiet residential area. We mainly have 2 room types: smaller rooms for 1 person and on the top floor there will be loft apartments for 1-4 people. Single rooms mean compact living: still private kitchen/shower. On the lower level there is a shared lounge.

One-Bedroom apartment 28 36 41

Stockholms bästa lägenhetshotell! Perfekt läge nära kommunikationer och fritidsaktiviteter. 20 min till Stockholm City och 20 min till Arlanda flygplats. Hotellet är nybyggt mellan 2018 och 2020. Fullt utrustade rum med kompletta kök, WIFI, Chromecast TV m.m. Lägenheterna på markplan har egen uteplats och många lägenheter har egen tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Takterrasser och Parkeringsplatser finns tillgängliga för våra gäster. Städning och byte av lakan och handdukar ingår veckovis.

This apartment with a separate bedroom will suit most. Enjoy the spacious living room with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV and a dining area for four people. The bedroom is furnished with two single beds that can easily be pushed together. Prepare your meals in the modern kitchenette that is equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and all necessary kitchen utensils. The rate includes Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and final cleaning at the end of your stay. Apartments may differ slightly.

Twin Studio

Welcome tothis cozy studio apartment! Prepare your meals in the kitchenette which is equipped with fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, kettle and all necessary kitchen utensils as well as a dining area for two people. The studio has two single beds and a flat screen TV. Your private bathroom includes a shower, toilet and sink. The room also includes Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and a final cleaning at the end of your stay. Apartments in the same room category may differ in appearance.

Double Studio

A 22-33 sqm Double studio with a queen size bed suitable for up to two people. The room is beautifully designed with a functional kitchenette with various kitchen tools and utensils for all of your cooking needs. The kitchenette also has a fridge, freezer, microwave and stove to complete your stay. The desk and dining area will let you comfortably stay for longer and short term periods. All our apartments have a television and free access to Wi-Fi. Feel at home and stay easy.
