계획없이 방문했으나 너무 훌륭한 숙소를 만나 편하게 지내다 왔습니다. 플라야 델 카르멘에 대해 정말 별로 알아보지 않고 왔습니다만 이보다 완벽한 위치가 있나 싶네요. 지하주차장이 있어서 렌트카로 다니기도 편하고 루프탑, 일층 수영장 접근도 다 편했어요. 침대는 크고 super clean 상태였으며, 식기나 화장실도 모두 깨끗했습니다. 가성비를 따져봐도 너무 좋은 숙소라고 생각해요. 딱 하나, 제가 묵은 방은 발코니쪽 창문이 잠기지 않았어요. 이건 고쳐야할것 같습니다. 걸어갈수있는 거리에 맛집도 있었어요. El fogon 이라고 있는데 사람들 바글바글합니다.

We had some issues during our stay but Ivan immediately resolved them. Ivan responds quickly and is there to help. The location is great, you can easily walk to many places. Downside is the restaurant in building. At night once you close the bedroom door you don’t hear it as much but do bring a noise machine or earplugs if you are sensitive. Loved that there was a desk and office chair to work at.

el lugar es simplemente muy confortable para llegar tomarse un bañito y salir a caminar a la avenida principal, está cerca tiendas de autoservicio, restaurantes, solo consideraría que se actualizarán las políticas de uso de áreas comunes, fuera de eso estuvo excelente sin duda consideraría alojarme nuevamente 😊

El lugar es todo lo que promete en las fotos Me gustaría recalcar que el lugar tiene una vista excelente al mar y que la ubicación es increíble Puntos de mejora : poner una sombrilla en la terraza - y poner nuevo inmobiliario ya que como repito el lugar vale mucho la pena Muchas gracias a Vinny por su atención

Erick es una persona súper atenta , aparte de brindar lugar para quedarse y vehículos para moverse , tiene buenos amigos que te llevan a todas las zonas turísticas de la isla y a buen precio , facilita mucho conocer la Isla

El alojamiento cumple con todo y más! Las habitaciones cómodas, es un gran departamento para hospedarse en la isla!

Wow, BOOK it now! We loved our Spring Break retreat here. The sprawling house is amazing. It was perfect for our 2 families (9 ppl - 4 adults, 5 teen or preteens). We had enough room to spread out but all connect in the amazing spots throughout the property. The house setup gives lots of flexibility to accommodate variety of guests. The porch is awesome. The pool and waterfall are relaxing. The cenote is truly uniques. The support team (Ruth - housekeeper and Rafael - handyman, grounds) are a superb extra perk. We coordinated for a bfast and dinner by Ruth and perfecto. They treat the property and guests with real caring. The location is convenient for all types of activities. We couldn't have asked for more and highly recommend.

We stayed at Fabiola’s place for 1 week while diving on Cozumel. The house was very spacious, the pool was lovely and refreshing, and Fabiola was helpful and accommodating. We rented one of her available cars, which was way quicker and easier than renting from an agency on the island and the car was clean and comfortable. She even gave us a ride back to the ferry!

Quiet place and very secure

La casa está muy bien ubicada y en una zona tranquila. Cuenta con todas las amenidades para que te sientas como en casa.

Easy access, within walking distance of the town center, and fully equiped kitchen making it easy to cook in the flat when necessary. Would recommend staying here.

El alojamiento se acomodo exactamente a lo que buscábamos, si quieres moverte entre varios municipios o distritos de la Riviera maya este lugar es el indicado. Muy cerca a la 5ta avenida y cercana a mamita Beach. El parqueadero y la comunicación de Carlos fue efectiva. Lo mejor de todo es que es el proceso fue extremadamente confiable.

I just stayed at Monica’s for 3 weeks and it was absolutely perfect! The location was perfect- there is a 7-Eleven directly across from the building, a grocery store is about a 4 minute walk, 5th ave and the beach are within a 10 min walk. Despite being so close to everything, it was super quiet at night! The condo looks like the pictures and is such a cozy space! The bed is very, very comfortable with soft sheets. The water was hot every single time I showered and had great pressure. The a/c and internet worked perfectly. Monica was super responsive, helpful and very friendly. She checked on me consistently throughout my stay and promptly answered any questions I had. This was a wonderful experience and I am already planning to return and stay with Monica again. Thank you for everything!!

Me encantó el departamento, muy agusto, amplio, limpio y cerca de la alberca. La limpieza y los muebles estaban en buenas condiciones. Nunca tuvimos problemas y siempre estuvo accesible Susana. Nos atendió súper bien. Recomiendo el lugar.

I can't say enough great things about not only the condo itself but Carlos as a host. If you're looking for the perfect location just a few blocks off hustle and bustle of 5th Ave, look no further. My wife and I both work from home so we wanted to find a place large enough to spread out yet feel like we were back home. The boho vibes of this place were spot on for what we were looking for. We have been to Playa a number of times and found that this neighborhood is far and away the best we've experienced. Literally walk out the door and there are so many awesome options to eat and grab a drink. Don't miss out on Fuego Santo for an Argentinian steak and Basic Foodie for the best coffee and chill cafe vibes. And Carlos, you can't ask for a better host. He was so welcoming and gave us a ton of options prior to our stay for everything we could have wanted or needed during our stay. A 10/10 and would 100% stay here again on our next trip to Playa.
