We had a comfortable stay at Ethel's place. Although it was a bit challenging to locate initially, once we found it, navigating to and from the property became effortless. The location offers convenient access to fantastic stores and restaurants, making our overall experience enjoyable.

Todo super limpio y agradable.

An absolutely STUNNING place. We truly felt like we were in the middle of the jungle (surrounded by birds and wildlife) and yet somehow we were also steps away from the beach and several incredible restaurants. We took the ADO bus from the airport to the playa del carmen bus station, so we never had to rent a car or even take a taxi throughout our entire stay. We're already thinking of coming back in the future!

Luis is a fantastic host! He’s extremely helpful, thoughtful and responsive. We were well taken care of in his home, and greatly enjoyed our stay in the Corasol community. The pool was a wonderful amenity, as was the golf course only minutes away. Parking was easy to access, pillows were comfortable and the balcony was a treat. Than you, Luis, for everything you did to make our week very enjoyable!

This apartment is in an ideal location!! Truly a 4-5 minute stroll to reach 5th Ave and only a few more to reach the beach. Grocery stores only a 2-3 minute walk the opposite direction. The apartment building has a representative at the front desk 24 hours to offer assistance and Pablo was extremely quick to respond when ever we had a question. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need for a long term stay (we were there 5 weeks).

Desde un inicio las descripciones fueron exactas, para llegar fue muy fácil y el lugar es muy bonito, limpio y muy cerca al muelle y malecón. La atención de la anfitriona fue siempre muy accesible, atenta y amable. El lugar esta muy bonito y tiene fácil acceso a transporte publico, muelle y malecón. Nos encanto!!!

Excelente alojamiento, el transporte es un poco complicado, salvo que sea en taxi y suelen manejar tarifas altas. Solo una vez tuvimos que usarlo ya que teníamos un coche alquilado. La anfitriona nos ofreció también servicio de renta de autos y teléfonos de contacto para taxis y restaurantes. La atención fue excelentes , habitaciones muy cómodas con todo lo necesario para una estancia tranquila. Sin duda volveríamos

Antes que nada yo soy súper anfitrión en Airbnb y la verdad debo recocer que el servicio de Alberto fue excelente mis respetos y agradecimiento. El PH está increíble completamente nuevo y equipado. 100% recomendable el PH está impecable y en una zona privilegiada, no duden en reservarlo.

Sin lugar a dudas volveríamos, el lugar está impecable, super cómodo, las instalaciones son muy buenas. la ubicación es ideal, cerca de todo. Fuimos en familia y nos sentimos como en casa. Gracias Juliana!!!

We had a very nice stay at Daniella’s place. A nice location, away from 5th avenue but quite a quick drive to get there. She is very attentive with whatever you need. Very comfy, the rooftop pool is beautiful with the sunset. (I wish the pool was on the sunset side) 😬 They have a small gym which is convenient. The only downside is the walls are quite thin so we could hear from the hallway and across the hall. Other than that. It a perfect stay for us for a month. Would definitely recommend.

Great Hotel. Brand new, clean, exactly like on the picture. Reception opened 24h a day. In front of a Seven-Eleven. 20 minute walk from the public Xcalacoco Beach (which is beautiful). 30 minute bike ride to downtown and 15 minute bike ride to Chedraui, Wal-Mart and Soriana. Easy to catch a colectivo on the 307 (10 minute walk) or use Radiotaxi to call a cab. Gated parking ideal to leave bikes. I would recommend this place to a friend.

El departamento cumplía con todo lo necesario para estar cómodos y relajados. Las amenidades del condominio muy bonitas, limpias y tranquilas. El personal muy atento. Siempre que tuvimos alguna duda, nos respondieron bien y a tiempo. Lo único que estaría bien es que describieron mejor las instrucciones de la puerta de entrada. Todos los aparatos servían muy bien. muchas gracias por la rica estancia. lo recomiendo ampliamente.

The condo need updating but the place is amazing just in front to the beach

El departamento en general está bien. Antes de reservar leí algunos comentarios respecto a las toallas y es una lástima que sigan haciendo caso omiso a esa observación ya que por tanto uso sueltan mucha pelusa, también solo dejan un rollo de papel sanitario insuficiente para 3 personas que ocuparon el departamento por 4 días. La ubicación que envían para llegar está algo confusa, mejor en waze busquen suite tortuga y llegan más rápido. En uno de los días de nuestra estancia, la cerradura digital de la puerta principal que da acceso a los departamentos, no abrió y otro huésped y yo al tratar de comunicarnos con la encargada o dueña del lugar, no respondió nuestras llamadas y mensajes de texto hasta que se le envió mensaje por whastaap al mismo número y fue cuando nos atendieron pero después de más de 15 min de estar afuera. Entiendo que a veces por diferentes cuestiones no se puede atender el teléfono, pero para estos casos deben poner un contacto alterno. Don Silvestre, excelente.

Sophie’s place was really nice and cozy. I stayed there for a month. Sophie was extremely responsive and accommodative. The place has everything you can need for a longer-term stay and work from home, including the kitchenware and a decent WiFi. Free weekly cleaning was included in price , which was awesome! The place is located a bit further away from the touristy area, which for me personally was a good thing, although it’s still quite walkable, about 20 min (and the beach is pretty much at the same distance). There’s a huge grocery store/shopping center MEGA 7 min away, which was very convenient. I recommend Sophie’s place for someone who’s looking for something more quiet and relaxed, who likes to stay away from crazy tourist areas and prefer to live where local people live. I’d be happy to stay at Sophie’s place again next time I’m in Playa 😊
