Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Solidaridad

It was a wonderful stay, it lacked a little cleanliness but I think it was an oversight in the kitchen, but everything was great. Excellent location behind Coco Bongo and right next to Quinta Avenida.

The accommodation is perfect, as shown in the photos. The beach is 1 block away and 5th Avenue is 2 blocks away, the location is ideal. The pool is wonderful. Frank was on top of everything when we needed him.

Host very responsive throughout and provided excellent directions. The location is the best in Playa with everything eg convenience store, pharmacy, cafe etc etc accessible within a 5 minute walk. Its also a short stroll to the beach. The unit was as described and it was hot and muggy this time of year but the a/c's worked very well. The unit was quiet despite some other reviews mentioning hearing the swimming pool mechanism from upstairs but we didnt notice that. The sound-proofing was good and the music from nearby clubs etc was also not an issue at night. The balcony was nice. The kitchen is not the most functional but we ate out and so it wasnt an issue. The roof and pools were nice and we spent some evenings there, it was never too busy, at least this time of the year. We had a car, and there is a garage in the building but parking is not the easiest because parking spaces were very teeny, so we suggest renting a smaller car if you intend to drive here. All in all terrific stay.

I've stayed here before and my experience is always wonderful! The staff, building, apartment and location are all great! I shall return! It's like my home away from home! It's clean, spacious, walkable and safe.

Michael and Ernesto were very proactive during my stay even when the air conditioning created massive condensation and leaked into the bathrooms, it was resolved and fully cleaned within a few hours. They were great hosts and would stay again!

It was so beautiful I appreciated the attention to detail of this space to match the theme of the overall condo. I will stay here again 1000% I wish the bed was less harder to promote a restful sleep. Alvaro was quick to respond and also provided recommendations for transportation when I asked. Beautiful serene atmosphere.

Oceana Residences was in a perfect location and central to all restaurants, bars, and entertainment on 5th Avenue. Coco was very responsive and provided numerous recommendations for eating and entertainment for our family. I also provided recommendations on additional items that would be nice for our stay, and she was responsive to this. Although it was very hot and humid, it was perfect due to lower crowds- we often had the pool to ourselves or only a few other people around. I will say that the beach (Mamitas beach) was not very usable due to the high levels of sargassum. It truly is a problem this time of year, and although the locals are doing everything possible to remove it, it is almost impossible to keep up with. We ended up not staying at or walking the beaches at all, which was a disappointment. Other than the beaches, the trip was wonderful and we had a relaxing vacation!

The location was wonderful, the rooftop pool was private with great views and great service. The front desk service was helpful and kind.

Super nice accommodation with a private jacuzzi, the penthouse is like the photos. The street was under construction and we did not have access to the parking lot. The host refunded us the amount we paid to park. This was greatly appreciated, even if it was beyond his control. The host was very responsive and responded quickly. I highly recommend!!!

Very nice and clean. Very close to attractions, beach 5 min walk and local Walmart 14 min walk. Outside patio and plunge pool was a great added touch. Also, a little bar next door to the condo building. Only downside was I wish the bed was more comfortable.

Great apartment in a nice condo complex. It’s worth noting that if you’re after beach time to note that Playa del Carmen and that coast gets a lot of seaweed from May thru August apparently, so be prepared for the smell and not using the sea much. The apartment is wonderful, well lit, very spacious and well equipped. The host is very responsive. The pool setup is great, added bonus having same shade over the pool. Staff at the complex are fantastic. Overall we enjoyed our stay here

Very nice apartment in the perfect location! The host was very responding and the security guys are very nice! Kitchen well equipped with lot of spices, oil etc to cook. There is a supermarket just down the building which is very convenient. I will definitely book again!

We had a wonderful time at Chris’s place!! It was the perfect location for our family’s first visit to Playa del Carmen. It was close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The home was clean, beds were comfortable and hosts were responsive. Five stars all the way!! We will definitely book Chris’s place next time we are in PDC.

I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable accommodation in the perfect location. The building amenities were great- and all staff was very friendly and responsive. There is noise from the neighboring beach club- but it was not late at night and did not bother us at all. It was a fantastic stay!!! I would return

The house is simply beautiful, it has all the amenities and tools to spend time with the family, spacious, clean and very well maintained. Ana's attentions were very good, always attentive and with good recommendations. The location is very good, nice area, the residential area is very quiet and above all safe. My description in 3 words, beautiful, safe and quiet.

House was beautiful and super well laid out. Big new TV, comfy couch, and all the amenities. The place was clean, bathroom soaps and shower gels, and the fresh beds were amazing with soft covers and quality sheets. Area was new, secure, quiet and Jorge kept the yard and pool spotless. We used the clubhouse, pool and gym and it was great. The only surprise was that the beach was only accessible through the gate across a very busy highway. You had to pay to access it in the times laid out. It was not the “private quiet beach club” that was advertised. The Beach front was all private, with no other accessibility. Very commercial touristy beach.

From the moment we booked, the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure our safety and comfort throughout our stay. Their communication was clear and timely, always making sure we had all the necessary information before our arrival. I was especially impressed by how they helped me bring my vision for my best friend’s bachelorette celebration to life. From connecting me with the concierge service, “Local Bird,” to offering tips on how to set up decorations and even suggesting the perfect areas in the home for our in home group massages, and welcoming our private chef, they made every detail seamless. Every host I had the pleasure of dealing with was polite, incredibly kind, and eager to make our stay as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. They were always just a message or call away, and their dedication truly made our stay special. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, it was a dream come true! 🙏🏽🥹💕

We were very comfortable with my family, the house has everything you need to enjoy the holidays, relaxing, quiet and private, we didn't need anything! Abril and Omar are always very attentive :)
