Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und ist super gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht. Die Unterkunft war sauber, es hatte mehr als genug Tücher, Shampoo, Seife… Die Lage ist ebenfalls super, man kann alles zu Fuss erreichen. Wir können das Appartment jedem empfehlen.

Lindo apartamento ubicado en una de las calles más lindas de playa del Carmen, perfecto para una estadía en pareja con todo lo necesario para descansar y conocer a los alrededores, limpio, cómodo y seguro.

This was an amazing stay! We even overheard a couple staying at an all inclusive when we were at a different beach, they did not enjoy that hotel as much as they did at the Residences Reef. Host was very responsive as well. Overall highly recommend!

Le logement est encore plus beau en vrai! Nous avons eu beaucoup d’espace pour deux personnes! C’est vraiment un petit coin de paradis, tout se fait extrêmement bien à pied et on se sent vraiment en sécurité. De plus Anna est vraiment sympathique et réactive, c’est facile de communiquer avec elle. Nous espérons revenir :)

We had a fantastic 5‑night stay at this Playa del Carmen Airbnb! The location was unbeatable—just steps from Mamita’s Beach, Quinta Avenida, great restaurants, and the Market, yet wonderfully quiet at night. The condo itself was spotless, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. We loved having a fully equipped kitchen (which came in handy after our grocery run), and the fast reliable Wi‑Fi made it ideal for planning each day. Check‑in was smooth, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. It was the perfect home base—comfortable, convenient, and easy to unwind in. The totally private hot tub and sun deck are just cherries on top! Highly recommend!

Muy lindo apartamento, con todo lo necesario, está en un complejo con varias amenidades, playa, una alberca gigante, jacuzzi, tiene restaurantes. Muy buena comunicación y respuesta de los anfitriones. Tanto a la entrada como salida fueron muy puntuales. El departamento limpio y funcionando bien todo lo que usamos. Muy recomendable 👌

L'appartement est spacieux, moderne et bien situé dans un bel environnement calme. La ville est accessible très rapidement en voiture. La plage de la résidence est à 25 mn à pieds ou 5 mn en voiture. Les piscines de la résidence sont magnifiques. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Omar. Nous recommandons cet endroit pour des vacances inoubliables. Merci Omar !

We love staying on 38th, it is so quaint and so many options for dining and drinks. So close to the beach and 5th AVE. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The pool and the view from the roof was worth every penny. It was very clean, unlike some of the rooftop pools where we have stayed before.

Firstly, Belen and Feranado are amazing people. They are friendly and very responsive when you have a concern, a question, or whatever you need. The location is great; close to all amenities and the beaches. WIFI worked seamlessly everywhere, the rooftop, and the unit.

We had a great vacation in Dovile's apartment. We were 2 adults and 2 small children (1 and 4 years old). Dovile kindly provided a cot and a highchair. The apartment has a great layout - the bedrooms are separated from the living room by a corridor. The terrace became our favorite place, where we spent a lot of time and often cooked food using the gas grill (Weber). The Vaiven Del Viento complex itself is very calm and peaceful. We will be happy to come back here again.

Carolina’s place was the perfect combination of having everything we wanted in a place to stay and being close to downtown Cozumel when we wanted see the sights. There was more than enough space for the two of us, from the spacious master bedroom with an amazing view, to the fully stocked kitchen and sitting area. We were outside more than in, either soaking up the sun, relaxing in the pool, or taking the ladder down fight into the ocean. We had planned to take snorkel tours during our visit, but the underwater life right in front of Casa Rojas was varied and spectacular. We had rented a car to take in all the island’s sights, but we were also able to comfortably walk into Centro Cozumel from the house. Carolina was communicative from the day we booked and throughout our stay. Needless to say, Carolina and Casa Rojas made our first visit to Cozumel everything we could have hoped for!

Fabulous stay in Cozumel- excellent location to explore the island Kelley checked on us several times throughout the stay, and provided amazing recommendations. We enjoyed the space, felt right at home, and hope to stay here again next time we are on the island.

We loved our time at the Plantation House! The hosts were great communicators and were able to help with our requests. The apartment was beautiful, from the handcrafted wooden furniture to the outside terrace. They have perfected the details too, from plenty of fans (ac too) beach toys to borrow, to Tupperware for packing a picnic beach lunch— it made for an easy trip. Finally the property is beautiful. The courtyard is so peaceful and the pool was a treat. We would certainly stay again.

Steve’s place at Nahil is truly a hidden secret! Best place to get into Half Moon Bay to snorkel! It has a great pool, lovely garden, great new little convenience store across the street, and very quiet! The studio is perfect fora couple! It is cozy and comfortable! Ester, our housekeeper is about as sweet as anyone can be! I highly, highly recommend Nahil #11!

We had a great time at this apartment. Everything was as described, the private rooftop is just great and we enjoyed the private pool with ocean view a lot. 5th avenue and beach are only a short walk away, which is great. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen had everything we need. Great place to use as a starting base to explore Playa del Carmen or just to relax some days in the apartment complex. Also, the free parking spot in the parking garage underneath the building was a big plus for us, as we had a rental car. We will be back for sure 😊

Beautiful condo, the balcony is amazing. Gloria the housekeeper kept the place very clean and always had a lovely smile. Had a mishap of locking ourselves out of a bedroom and Francisco the night guard went above and beyond to get the room unlocked! Very quiet area with lots of walkable restaurants and shops.

I just stayed at Monica’s for 3 weeks and it was absolutely perfect! The location was perfect- there is a 7-Eleven directly across from the building, a grocery store is about a 4 minute walk, 5th ave and the beach are within a 10 min walk. Despite being so close to everything, it was super quiet at night! The condo looks like the pictures and is such a cozy space! The bed is very, very comfortable with soft sheets. The water was hot every single time I showered and had great pressure. The a/c and internet worked perfectly. Monica was super responsive, helpful and very friendly. She checked on me consistently throughout my stay and promptly answered any questions I had. This was a wonderful experience and I am already planning to return and stay with Monica again. Thank you for everything!!

Ruben is an excellent host. His recommendations regarding beaches, snorkeling and restaurants were outstanding. We stayed at the ground floor apartment with direct access to the pool, for a week. The kitchen is well equipped and functional with comfortable firm bed. The patio gardens are beautiful and the pool area is well kept. Good internet speed for streaming or work. The location is good, away from tourists, with a Farmacia Guadalajara 3 minutes walk away to restock on food and essentials. We recommend renting a car like we did, to explore the island with car AC. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in Cozumel.

We had a great stay at Garson’s Condo. This our second time staying and it was like the first time-excellent. Great place to stay in Playa del Carmen. Very safe area and good location. Excellent communication with host. We definitely recommend it and look forward to staying here again.

Daria tuvo una atención increíble desde el momento de la reservación, en donde contestó a todas mis dudas. Estuvo muy al pendiente durante toda la estancia y siempre estuvo atenta a contestar mis solicitudes. El estudio es increible, y el lugar es maravilloso. un lugar tranquilo, con acceso al wellness center y el gimnasio los cuales están increibles y con muchas clases.y aparatos. La playa también está muy cerca ya sea caminando (media hora) o 15 minutos en el carrito que te lleva de forma gratuita. Hay un mini super a 10 minutos caminando y los paisajes son muy lindos en general!. Seguramente volveré! Muy cerca de Tulum, Cenotes, Akumal y ruinas Mayas.

Sin duda la mejor lugar de mi semana de vacaciones, sin duda regresaría. Me encanto todo y todo tal cual lo descrito en la publicación, así mismo excelentísima comunicación con Damián y muy amable, el departamento tiene todooooo para pasar unas excelentes vacaciones, su playa aunque la mayor parte para bucear la pasas de lujo teniendo ese contacto con la naturaleza como en ninguna otra parte, todas las instalaciónes de primera y modernas (piscina, habitaciones, equipo de buceo y natación, electrodomésticos para todo, etc).
