Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Solanto

Hosts were really firendly. They left us some bakery products, water, beer and grapes. It was lovely. We also had a small problem with the alarm and they helped us in 5 minutes. We wanted to check-in half an hour earlier and they allowed us. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures. It was clean - there were some ants, but the ants were also in our second apartment, where we stayed, so I guess it's normal :) We got to park right next to the apartment. The little city itself is cute, but there wasn't really anything to do. We loved one bakery that was like 150 meters from the apartment. We mostly went to Palermo by car. We cooked almost every dinner in the apartment. The kitchen had everything we needed - bowls, knives, salt, oil etc. One of the hotplates did not work but it was okay. Overall we would recommend this place, it was cute and the design was awesome, you could park for free. But just keep in mind, that you shall need a car to drive to bigger cities/beaches.

Roberto is a great host, he is very caring and supported us super with all questions. We always felt very comfortable. The house is in a fantastic location, with great views of the sea on every level. The highlight is the private access to the sea. The pool offers everything you need for a great vacation. Parking spaces are available on the property. We had a VW bus, a motorcycle and a small rental car with us. (and mountain bikes) The proximity to the airport was very convenient for us because we were there with the whole family and our children arrived at different times. A private car is necessary to be mobile. For us it was perfect because we needed about 50 minutes to the climbing paradise San Vito del Capo and could also go to Palermo. The distance to the most beautiful places in West Sicily can be reached in <1 hour. The residential area is very quiet and well maintained and we always felt safe. Thanks to Roberto

Torre Granatelli was clean, tidy, charming and a haven away from the outside world. Check-in was painless we were given all the information we needed about the local restaurants and Maria went as far as to book one for us when we arrived due to the lateness of our flight. nothing was to much trouble. she was always there if we needed anything Torre Granatelli is a good 30-40 minute walk from the old town/harbour area, so we ended up getting a very good taxi that Maria recommended and used him to get to where we wanted to go when it was on the otherside of town and for the transfer back to the airport. All in all a very nice stay with lovely host/s

We have very much enjoyed a week in Ute’s lovely house. Well equipped, very private and quiet, we felt at home instantly! Nice (vegetable) garden, beautiful views to mountains and from roof terrace also to sea. Pool is lovely. Like I said to Ute: a real paradise. We hope to return in future! Jennifer and Kim were proactive before our arrival, giving us clear directions on where we could meet, then guiding us to parking and helping us with our luggage to the apartment (this is a hillside ancient town, lots of narrow alleys and a multitude of stairs). They kept in contact though-out our visit, even picking up recyclables and trash when needed. The apartment had most essentials in stock that we were free to use. The spacious downstairs bedroom with its own bath & a desk gave us parents privacy from the adult children,, and both bedrooms had balconies with hillside views. The terrace on the roof had a large sitting area and a separate table with a cloth sunscreen overhead, which proved to be a wonderful place to hang out in both morning and evening. Jennifer arranged for a chef and his mate to provide a home cooked meal with wine, served on the rooftop, a highlight of our stay. If you want to stay out of the way near Palermo, this is definitely a place to stay.

Perfect place to live in the middle of Palermo! You can reach everything on foot and you are right in the middle of Palermo's life! Sven was quick to reach and super friendly! Perfect for a city stay!

We (party of five) stayed at Villa Cuba for three nights in June at the start of a two week stay in Sicily. This home worked perfectly for us. It was easy (for Palermo) to access by rental car; was in short walking distance to the main sites and markets; included a quiet outdoor space for coffee and outdoor dining; and, was spacious and well equipped. We had some minor hiccups gaining access but Sylvia and Antonio responded immediately and were there to support us during our stay. Really, this place exceeded expectations and contributed greatly to a positive experience of Palermo. Will look forward to returning one day. One tip: as a party of five (large) adults, we rented a car that really wasn’t suited to the parking available - there is a convenient, affordable and convenient option available nearby that Sylvia can recommend for similar situations.

The place is wonderful and spacious with a beautiful city view. It’s in a quiet area and short walk to the main strip. There is a tucked away square just 2 min walk with amazing restaurants and bars Highly recommend this place! Renata was so lovely and checked in to make sure everything was okay

Paola’s place was wonderful. We felt safe and secure within the building and the surrounding area. Centrally located to everything in the center of Palermo. The rooftop was simply amazing. We used it in the mornings, afternoon and evenings. The apartment is filled with natural light and views. The bed was very comfortable, the linens were of good quality and there was plenty of storage space. Piazza Belini had a lot to offer. 3 churches, the church bakery and music most nights. I highly recommend it. The best rooftop terrace in Palermo. Thank you Paola.

Michele and Rosi are absolute model hosts. Words can’t describe how much effort they put into their guests. The constant care and availability truly made our holiday that much more special. They give you access to everything at your fingertips whether that be directions to the beach, restaurant recommendations and so much more. If you plan on coming to Mondello for a holiday I would definitely recommend staying with them for a perfect holiday. They picked us up from the airport gave us a tour of modello and drove us back to the airport when it was time to leave. Overall like previously stated me and my partner couldn’t recommend it enough. Michele and Rosi truly made our time special and we can’t thank them enough we are very grateful and will continue to stay in close contact.

This is a beautiful Airbnb, especially with young children. We travelled with our kids (aged 1 and 4), and Valeria had everything we needed. The terraces were so beautiful as well and a nice place to enjoy a glass of wine after the kids had gone to bed. And the location was fantastic, very easy to walk around and enjoy the city. Stay here!

Loved our stay in Palermo and felt right at home! Such a welcoming start to our trip with homemade treats and a bottle of wine. The elevator made it easy to bring up luggage too. Paola was such a friendly and responsive host. Def. recommend to stay here. 10/10!!

It was truly a privilege to stay at Lucia's custom built flat. It has the perfect blend of rich history and morden amenities. The view from the rooftop patio was out of this world and the flat was so close to all the major sites and yet completely isolated from street noise for a good rest. If you are lucky enough to find her listing available, you need to book it now! We will definitely come back in the future. Thank you Lucia for a wonderful experience in Palermo!

We had a lovely stay at Dorothée and Vito's. It has all the amenities you would need and very comfortable. Our hosts were very kind and friendly; made us feel at home. We loved the dogs, Kika and Gasto and Puma the cat! Would definitely recommend.

First time using airbnb and could not have asked for a better experience, fantastic host who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in regards to the surroundings. The place itself was spotless and identical to the pictures I have not one complaint, highly recommend to both new and regular users of airbnb.

Location, location, location. This apartment is an oasis in the midst of all the main attractions of Palermo. Everything is an easy walk away and yet on the balcony it is peaceful with pretty rooftop views. Situated next to a Mosque, there is a brief Adhan at 10 pm, but we only heard it when we were outside. The living areas in the apartment are spacious and comfortable, where we could relax together. This was a great spot for exploring Palermo, and Luigi's recommendations were fantastic.

The apartment has lots of character, with old fashioned furniture but in a good way. The small terrace is lovely with lots of plants surrounding you, a good place to have breakfast or read a book. Very comfortable bed and effective AC in the bedroom. Plenty of space. A great location in the old town with easy walking access to loads of good restaurants and bars, but also close to the more modern marina and its restaurants. It seems very secure with the lock system of the building generally. Lots of interesting books on Sicily spread around the place. Francesca was extremely helpful.

Giuliana and Roberta are super-friendly hosts who made everything easy for us. The apartment is beautifully presented with a tasteful mix of vintage and modern furniture, very comfortable and with everything we needed. We felt at home straight away. Some great cafes and restaurants just a few minutes walk away, this felt like a very safe neighbourhood. We'd definitely stay here again.

This was my second time at Massimiliano's apartment. Just as fantastic as the first time. Even better as it felt like home and I knew how everything worked. This is my favourite airbnb. Comfortable bed, great views, good bathroom and a bright, happy and welcoming place. Massimiliano was so helpful and kind and I recommend being picked up at the airport by him as it makes everything so quick and easy. See you next year. What a great city Palermo is.

We loved Fabio’s place. It was a great location within walking distance of most of the sights of Palermo. The accommodations were very clean and extremely comfortable! Highly recommend!

We stayed at Lampeduso for 3 nights and it definitely wasn’t long enough. It’s such a great Airbnb in a perfect location. Palermo is such an interesting city, with its mix of cultures and all its gritty charm. The palace was perfect. It rained for two of the days we were there, but because the villa was so fantastic, the weather didn’t affect us at all. The place is huge, with great amenities that made a big difference—washer and dryer for our soaked clothes, umbrellas ready to go, and plenty of space to enjoy a good card game. When the sun did come out, we spent early evenings on the patio next to the pool. Honestly, the villa alone makes us want to return to Palermo.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was ever comfortable and clean. Walking distance to bus and train station. Very close to nice restaurants and bars, not a touristy area.
