Questo è il mio appartamento preferito! Si trova in una parte storica del centro città, quindi trovi tutto quello che serve: monumenti, chiese, musei, mercati, Atm, supermercati, ristoranti e pub. L’appartamento ha tutto quello di cui puoi avere bisogno durante il tuo soggiorno! La Jacuzzi riscaldata da 800 litri meravigliosa da utilizzare anche nelle fresche sere autunnali! La jacuzzi è un servizio aggiuntivo ed opzionale ed ha un costo extra non incluso nella prenotazione di 29€ al giorno.

Il Mio Mare - villa by the sea

Exclusive and independent apartment within a splendid villa overlooking a delightful cove along the Addaura coastline, which links Palermo to the well-known Mondello beach. For guests who will not settle for a house just by the sea but want it ON the sea. Access to the sea is private and direct, through a private gate and a few steps that lead from the front door to a comfortable seafront frequented only by the villa's guests. The host's family lives in the villa, in independent apartments.

La mia villa si trova di fronte al mare, sul Lungomare dell’Addaura vicinissima a Mondello (15 minuti a piedi-2 minuti in auto o con bicicletta elettrica). La casa ha degli spazi esterni ad uso esclusivo, una comoda terrazza con loggiato con bellissima vista sul mare. Uno spazio condiviso con giardino, prato, solarium, e barbecue. Si puó comodamente parcheggiare fuori o dentro in uno spazio privato. Io vivo al piano di sopra per ogni necessità.
