Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Solana Matorral

We were completely satisfied with the accommodation, in addition to the pleasant communication with our host, we liked the nice furnishings, everything prepared with a lot of love for detail. The roof terrace and whirlpool, overlooking the sea, were the absolute highlight. Thank you for this beautiful atmosphere, fully recommended.

We had an really amazing stay at Atchen & Carlos’s place in Tías. The house looks exactly like the photos—stylish, spotless, and perfectly equipped. With lovely welcome goodies in the fridge! The location is ideal: close enough to explore the whole island, yet tucked in a quiet neighbourhood where you can truly relax. The views are spectacular and the terrace is the best chill-out spot (including jacuzzi ofc!). Communication was flawless. From the moment we arrived, Atchen & Carlos replied within minutes, offered great local tips, and made check-in/out completely hassle-free. We felt looked after without ever feeling disturbed. All in all, we felt right at home and are already planning to come back next year. Highly recommended—thanks again, Atchen & Carlos ❤️

Our stay at Ursula’s was wonderful. The house is very spacious and clean. All amenities are there. Ursula is very friendly and responsive if you have any questions. The garden and terrace are nice to chill out in the evening and watch the stars. We always rent a car to explore where we are and the house is located perfectly to visit the beaches in the South of the island or have a daytrip to visit the North. We would definitely recommend this place.

Everything was very tidy and clean, Iballa was very kind and without a doubt it is a place where we signed up again to be able to repeat it without any doubt.

We had a great stay. The house is very nice, great view, quietly located and very clean. The pool was great for the children, the furnishings were convenient and everything you needed was available (3 double rooms). We were very comfortable in the house. The paths by car to the beaches and sights were easily doable. Tini was always very quick to reach and the check-in and out via the key box was very pleasant. We would recommend the house for peace seekers immediately.

We loved the villa, it was spotless and beautiful. Gunter was an impeccable host and provided us with many suggestions for our stay. The location is excellent and in a quiet area. We hope to return soon!

We loved every minute of our stay. From the communication up front, to enjoying the beautiful place including all its wonderful perks (like for example the beach towels or coffee capsules), the nature and the town, to exploring the island, looking forward to coming back „home“ every single day… ☺️ Françoise was also an amazing hostess. We had a great stay. The apartment was sparkling clean and everything necessary was available. Our highlights: The location (you are not in the middle of the hustle and bustle and yet you can reach shops and restaurants in a few minutes by car, ideal for exploring the south of the island), the view (unobstructed view of the sea and spectacular sunrises - to be observed from the bed) and the unique care by Luca (everything was well organized, quickly accessible for concerns and extremely helpful). All in all a wonderful accommodation, we would book again immediately.

We really enjoyed our stay! It’s Right Next to the local beach, which enabled us to spend mostly of our holiday at the sea. The apartment itself is lovely, friendly, modern and pretty bright. It comes along with all necessary equipment. Bet is an amazing communicator and we felt right at home. 100% recommend this place :-)

Amazing apartment, extremely nice, comfortable and spacious, with everything you need already inside. Exactly how it’s shown in the pictures. The location is great too, close to everything you need and with easy parking.

Enjoy your stay in Laura and Monika's apartment. The apartment is nicely decorated and very clean with a nice terrace. In the kitchen, no oven and only 2 hotplates for cooking. It was a little bit of a stretch to say that I made good little dishes.

First of all Lucia was a lovely host, extremely welcoming and very helpful. The apartment was stunning with so much attention to detail. The bed was so comfortable, all the facilities you could possibly need and an exceptional shower! The garden is such a lovely space as well, so we'll thought out and relaxing with lots of comfy seating. The pool is a great addition also. Only a 20 minute walk to the shops/resteraunts/beaches. Only 4-5 euros to get a taxi back if you prefer. Thank you for a fantastic 7 nights!

I recently stayed at the accommodation and was thoroughly impressed by the Japandi style decor, sparkling cleanliness, and luxurious linen bedsheets. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The highlight for me was the amazing terrace with access to a pool, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. I was also grateful for the proactive service of the host, who called a taxi for us when we were running late from the ferry. Their recommendations on the island were spot-on and greatly enhanced our stay. However, the only downside was the thin walls that made it easy to hear the neighbors, particularly the Italians with their lively dolce far niente style. Despite this minor inconvenience, I would still highly recommend this accommodation for its exceptional amenities and attentive service.

We had a very nice stay with the hot tub as a highlight. I accidentally blocked something by the pool and since the landlords stayed right downstairs, Frank was very quickly available and helped us right away. We always had very good privacy. The apartment was very clean. There were two of us and we asked beforehand to move into both bedrooms and that was not an issue. Don't be confused with the search for the apartment, it's a bit complicated. It's best to ask for Google maps for the parking lot and don't rely too much on the navigation. The sea is only a few minutes walk away. Frank was accessible throughout and always very friendly. Would recommend it was very quiet here. There was also an arrival gift and plenty of water bottles.

Very quiet and relaxing environment. The pool and other equipment was very good and well adapted!!! The accommodation was very clean and everything was available, nothing to say about hygiene. The host was responsive and gave us advice on a lot of things

We had a wonderful stay at José's apartment. The property itself and the location was perfect. You are right in the heart of the town but the apartment felt private and calm. The dawn views were spectacular from the seaview balcony. Easy access to the beaches was important to us but of course there is also plenty to see and do nearby. Or you can just sit on the balcony and watch the world go by. The pool area was also pristine and welcoming. Thank you for being a 5* host!

Estrellas Place was such a lovely find. The house was spotless, super comfortable, and had everything we needed. The view over the vineyards from the garden and sunroom was just beautiful, ideal for slow mornings and coffee in the sun. The location is perfect for exploring the island if you’re planning to rent a car. The house is in the middle of the island, so everything is just a short drive away. Our host was so kind and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. We’d love to come back again!

What a gem of an apartment! Right next to the beach but so private at the same time. The outside space is perfect and inside has all that you need. Super comfortable beds and the most beautiful bed linen. In a lovely resort with everything on your doorstep. The sunrises at the beach are spectacular. Definitely one to return to. We enjoyed the days in the accommodation to the fullest. Gabriel is an excellent host. Very friendly, helps where he can, always available, and you can tell how much he cares about the well-being of his guests. There are many parking spaces in the immediate vicinity. The location is great and waking up directly with the sound of the sea is a dream. We will definitely come back again :-)

Superb apartment..peaceful surroundings very quiet all day..easy access to shops and restaurants. Monica was very good to respond to any questions, excellent host thank you. There was some renovation going on in another apartment but limited disruption. Overall Excellent choice.
