Apartment holiday rentals in Solana Matorral

We had a truly relaxing stay at Pedro’s place. The accommodation is located in a very peaceful area — almost too quiet for us at times, but it turned out to be just what we needed to unwind and disconnect for a while. The house is nestled in the middle of a beautiful small plantation, which made the whole experience feel like a hidden paradise. One of the highlights was being allowed to pick and use fresh fruits and vegetables directly from the plantation — such a cool and memorable experience! Pedro welcomed us personally when we arrived, showed us around the apartment, and even gave us a little tour of his garden and plantation. He was a fantastic host — always quick to respond. As it’s a small farm, you might come across the occasional insect or natural smell — nothing that bothered us at all, but worth mentioning for more sensitive travelers. All in all, a peaceful retreat in nature with a great host. Highly recommended for anyone looking to disconnect for a while.

We really enjoyed our stay! It’s Right Next to the local beach, which enabled us to spend mostly of our holiday at the sea. The apartment itself is lovely, friendly, modern and pretty bright. It comes along with all necessary equipment. Bet is an amazing communicator and we felt right at home. 100% recommend this place :-)

Wir waren das 2. Mal bei Chada zu Gast und haben uns wie beim ersten Mal gleich wieder wohl gefühlt in diesem geschmackvoll eingerichteten Apartment. Die großzügige Aussenterasse mit Außendusche und verschiedenen bequemen Sitzmöglichkeiten haben wir jeden Tag genossen. Der Kontakt mit Chada ist schnell und unkompliziert. Wir können Chada uneingeschränkt empfehlen. P.S. : im Haus befindet sich ein Restaurant (LAPA) mit leckeren Speisen und einer sehr netten Bedienung.

Wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit auf Fuerteventura! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders die Terrasse war ein Highlight, perfekt zum Frühstücken oder einfach zum Entspannen mit Blick aufs Meer. Die Gegend ist ruhig, aber alles ist schnell erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Klare Weiterempfehlung, die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung und ist super ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit Nadine und Steffen vor und während unseres Aufenthalts war hervorragend. Strand, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt…

We went there, and was everything nice, especially the shower! Nice smell soap, and very clean! The kitchen was fullish equipments! I can't found better! Quiet and private! Ideal for couples!

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön und genau wie die Beschreibung. Zentral und doch sehr ruhig. Neu und modern eingerichtet. Sehr sauber und ein gemütliches Bett. Check in und Check out total unkompliziert. Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit wie Wasser, Bier und Chips stand bereits in der Unterkunft. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und werd auf jenden Fall wieder kommen.

Casa muy acogedora, no le falta de nada que puedas necesitar, está muy bien equipada, limpia, colchones nuevos. La ubicación está muy bien, cerca de la playa, supermercado y restaurantes. Hay que subir una cuesta para acceder.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Sehr gute Ausstattung auf Terrasse, in Küche und Bad. Ausreichend gute Handtücher, Kleiderbügel etc. Bilder entsprechen der Realität. Sehr nette und schnelle Kommunikation mit Teresa. Toller Blick von der Terrasse und Sonne den ganzen Tag. Kurzer Weg zum Strand, nur über die Straße. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants direkt vor der Tür. Lebhafte Umgebung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

As frequent visitors to Morro Jable this studio was a great find. On the level minutes from the super beach, a supermarket on the doorstep and easy parking. The work outside has now finished but you will be lucky to park right outside. We found the car hire companies in the area took up most of the spaces. Not a problem as there is a large car park further down, an easy walk. The studio is ideal for 2 with a nice outside space and sea glimpses. Kitchen equipment ok but don't forget there is no oven. Not a problem as eating out has many options and we never cook on holiday. Residential area which we never found noisy in fact pretty quiet during the night. Will certainly look to book again. Beautiful apartment, had everything that you could wish for. We loved sitting on the balcony having our breakfast in the morning with the stunning views of the beach (which was just a few steps away). The Costa Beach restaurant was very close and offered good food at a reasonable price with live music some evenings. Nightlife in Costa Calma is very low key though. My husband found the bed a little uncomfortable but I was absolutely fine with it, so just a personal preference thing I think. The pillows weren't the best but that is honestly the only negative, everything else more than exceeded our expectations.

Wir waren 5 Wochen dort. Gleich beim ersten Betreten des Apartments waren wir begeistert. Lage absolut ruhig, kein Straßenverkehr. Wunderbarer Blick auf den Strand und Meer. Das Apartment ist liebevoll ausgestattet. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Viel Geschirr, Kaffeemachine, Toaster, Stabmixer, Spülmaschine, Tiefkühlschrank. WLAN sehr gut, sogar TV-Empfang mit deutschen, franz., ital. Sendern! Elena hat das Apartment weihnachtlich dekoriert, das hat uns sehr gut gefalllen. Das Bett ist bequem, wir konnten gut schlafen. Elektrische Rolläden in beiden Schlafzimmern. Die Kommunikation mit Elena war hervorragend. Sie hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Das Apartment war bei Einzug sehr sauber. Danke an Liliana, die uns freundlich empfang. Die Lage ist oberhalb des Hotel Faro. Man läuft von der Hauptstraße ca. 5 min mäßig bergauf. Zum Strand sind es 8 Gehminuten. Zum nächsten Supermarkt 6 Gehminuten. Vielen Dank nochmal an Elena für die schöne Zeit dort. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Very nice apartment for two people. It is clean, quiet, well-equipped kitchen, large fridge, balcony where you can eat breakfast. The host is very communicative, gives great check-in instructions, we got there without any problem. There is a grocery store downstairs in the building, which makes life much easier. The location is good, a bit from the center but there is an opportunity to take walks, the walking path is long, runs right next to the building. I have only one reservation, for me the bed is very soft, especially on one side. Overall, I highly recommend it :)

Schönen Aufenthalt bei Natascha gehabt! Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigeren Bereich von Morro Jable - wenige Minuten von einem weitläufigen Strand entfernt. Für 2 Personen ist die Unterkunft perfekt - die Küche zwar klein aber ausreichend. Alles war blitzeblank - kein einziges Haar lag irgendwo rum. Das Haus selbst ist ruhig, ohne Störungen. Natascha war immer zu erreichen

Everything was great, the place is immaculate and very comfortable. The view is great. Maybe a little bit loud from the street sometimes but all good. We had a great holiday.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig, hell, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und hat alles, was man für einen perfekten Aufenthalt braucht. Qualitativ sehr hochwertige, neue und gut durchdachte Einrichtung. Die große Terrasse mit dem Whirlpool ist toll konzipiert, sodass sie für andere nicht einsehbar ist und man Privatsphäre hat, außerdem ist die Aussicht aufs Wasser, den Hafen und die Stadt wirklich schön! Die Betten sind sehr bequem und aus den Schlafzimmern kann man ebenfalls direkt das Wasser sehen. Die Disco hat uns nicht gestört, war kaum zu hören. Die Wohnung liegt in einem abgeschlossenen Wohnkomplex, was ein sicheres Gefühl vermittelt. Die Lage ist super, man hat einen Supermarkt und viele Bars, Restaurants, Cafes und den Strand (!) in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch der Ort bietet einiges, was man zu Fuß erreichen kann. Borge und Dina sind tolle Gastgeber! Super freundlich, hilfsbereit und antworten sofort. Wir haben uns wahnsinnig wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder hier buchen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement ! L’appartement est très joli, décoré avec goût dans un style moderne et impeccable niveau propreté. Le penthouse avec jacuzzi est un vrai plus, parfait pour se détendre, et les transats sont idéals pour bronzer au soleil. L’hôte a été très accueillant, réactif et chaleureux du début à la fin. Je recommande vivement !

Wow! What an absolutely beautiful apartment in a beautiful little town, the apartment is very new and in very good condition, beautifully decorated with lots of lovely little touches and spotlessly clean, my wife has really fallen in love with the place, literally 2 minutes walk to the most beautiful beach we've ever seen, golden powdery sand, completely see through water and as el cotillo is a small not particularly touristy town there was never more than 50 people on the whole beach. Its only 5 mins walk to the "town centre". if you want a stunning apartment and loads of peace and quiet this is the place for sure! Whenever we've spoken with Alice she's been really helpful and lovely, totally give this stay 10 out of 10 and we're in the airport now on our way home trying to re book with Alice for next time.

Wir hatten einen fabelhaften Urlaub. Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage und ist modern eingerichtet. Auf der tollen Dachterrasse mit Jacuzzi kann man super entspannen. Den Pool der Anlage kann man mitbenutzen. Die Kommunikation war perfekt und wir haben einige Tipps für Restaurants bekommen. Die Gegend ist total abwechslungsreich: tolles Wandergebiet, super Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren durch die Natur (auch Rennrad & Mountainbike), sehr schöne Dörfer & Städte in der Umgebung. Lajares ist nur 10 Minuten entfernt, ein absolutes Juwel mit vielen tollen Restaurants. El Cotilla, ein schönes Fischerdorf, etwa 20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Ein super Ort um von dort aus Fuerteventura zu entdecken. Ein Auto würden wir aber empfehlen. Vielen Dank an für den tollen Aufenthalt.

We like to thank Olga for showing us around and greeted us when we arrived. We highly recommend this Property and the owners of this stunning Villa Ben and Lee were amazing and made us feel very welcome while we stayed at their apartment. We had the best experience with the heated pool and the hot tub was a special treat, we loved it. The panoramic Sea and Mountain View’s were simply breathtaking, the location peace and tranquility was beyond our expectations. The apartment is very modern and had everything we needed. We will be recommending this fabulous property to family and friends and can’t wait to return ourselves very soon. We wish Ben and Lee all the best in the future and thanks again for making this a memorable experience.x

Natalia ha sido un encanto. Desde el primer momento que llegué al apartamento me sentí cómo en casa. Los detalles son de 10 y la ubicación también. Estoy segura que volveré.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt mit dem Whirlpool als Highlight. Ich habe versehentlich was verstellt am Pool und da die Vermieter direkt unten dran gewohnt haben war Frank sehr schnell erreichbar und hat uns gleich geholfen. Wir hatten immer sehr gute Privatsphäre. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Wir waren zu zweit und haben vorher darum gebeten beide Schlafzimmer zu beziehen und das war kein Problem. Lasst euch nicht verwirren mit der Suche zu der Wohnung, es ist etwas kompliziert. Fragt am besten nach Google maps Karten für den Parkplatz und verlasst euch nicht zu sehr auf das Navi. Das Meer ist nur einige Gehminuten entfernt. Frank war jederzeit erreichbar und immer sehr freundlich. Würden es weiter empfehlen es war sehr ruhig hier. Es gab auch ein Ankunfsgeschenk und genug Wasserflaschen.
