Much spacious and better than imagined from the pictures. The garden also impressive. Recommendable.

We were very happy! The apartment was very clean, cosy and comfortable!

This place was everything me and my friends were hoping for a more! My friends (who tend to stay only in 5 star hotels) and I were very happy. The views are amazing. Okan went above and beyond for anything we needed. I cannot recommend him and this Airbnb enough.

The house has a wonderful sea and city view. And very clean house especially the kitchen and staff. Directions and quick answers to our questions were very helpful. I reccommend every visitor to stay at this house. Very calm and peaceful district. Thanks a lot Lefteris and Dimitri🙏🏻💜

Despite arriving by car on an incredibly busy Sunday afternoon in Sirince, a tiny historic village with steeply narrow cobblestone streets, with Süleyman’s assistance we managed to navigate our way through the crowded throng of visitors to his remarkable location. Nearby we spent time at the brilliant Ephesus and adjacent museum as well as having a great seafood lunch on the coast about an hour away after hearing about this special possibility from Süleyman. All in all a very different and interesting few days.

It was all as described. It is a very quiet complex/apartment. There are small markets for daily needs in the immediate vicinity. We were satisfied. The sea beach is a 5-minute walk away. There is a small restaurant there that also rents beach loungers for 200 Turkish lira (as of 05/26/2025) and you can also eat lunch there. Apartment, bed linen, kitchen towels are clean. We would rent the apartment again.

It was a wonderful accommodation experience, the house was extremely well designed and almost every detail was thought out. My family and I had a great time here. I hope to come back and I recommend it to everyone ☺️

Mr. Kutay was very interested, there was nothing missing at home, everything was as it should be. Most importantly, it was clean and hygienic.

We loved our stay here! We do reccomend a car if you are staying, it made exploring Samos a lot more easy as by foot it may have been impossible and more expensive, the place was good enough to stay in for a day or 2 with the amazing pool and view especially during sunset! The hosts were responsive and kind people, the husband gave us some home made wine when we arrived and a tote bag when we left!

This was the third time I stayed at Martha and Evanthia’s place. It’s always wonderful and I look forward to going there again. It really is 5 stars, and Martha and Evanthia are lovely people and make you feel right at home. Agios Konstantinos is the perfect place to relax as well.

I felt immediately at home which was so nice after travelling for a few weeks. The location is perfect close to everything and the views are amazing. Mr Mustafa and his wife helped me with the washing machine and supplied all I needed -I was very impressed. Also supplied was a water cooler bottle which I really appreciated as so many places expect you to buy bottled water which is detrimental to the environment. I loved staying in my airy, comfortable, safe and beautiful apartment and would definately recommend it to travellors. I think its even better than it looks in the listing ! The house is as beautiful as in the photos, but the neighborhood where the house is located was very nice, it was calm and peaceful, Mr. Halil and Ms. Gülbeyaz were very interested, we felt like we were at home, everything needed in the house, the items were new and immaculate, there are many historical places to visit, and since the nature park on the wish peninsula to swim was closed due to the fire, we preferred Venus beach with a lot of sound and unique beauty, a house we will go to again, thank them.

In terms of location, it's a very nice place in terms of cleanliness, it's just comfortable and just one thing was stuck in my eye, I think there was 1 half toilet paper in the shower for 2 days, I wish I had put 1 more, and if we told the business, they would definitely send one, so in all respects, 5 stars, thank you for your help and attention Lotus Apart🙏

The host was quite nice and everything in the house was new and clean. Only the house and building were old, so of course there are minor disruptions, the hot water ran out after a while, etc., but overall everything was good

Small studio, but functional and equipped with everything you need: towels, ironing board, hairdryer, kettle, toaster, …. Great location and very kind host.

Corina was a wonderful hostess. She went above and beyond to communicate which is extremely helpful when you are new to the area and country. The place was adorable, clean and had all the amenities listed. It was an easy walk to the main street and marina. I would recommend. Two things, which she cannot change and yet may be a concern, the nextdoor apartment's living room window is ~3 feet from the roof top deck. We were quietly enjoying the evening port view, the conversation disturbed the neighbors (a couple advised us the next day). Also, there is a narrow spiral staircase to access the entire place which may be challenging to navigate with babies, seniors, disabilities and\or if you are large.

What a amazing stay with our baby! Thank for everything. We find the place easily and flat is very clean. We did not any problems during our stay. If we visit Samos again, we can definitely choose it for stay. Peace with Love.

Small but nice, if you just like it on vacation. We felt super comfortable. Not too much frills but still cozy. The terrace is beautiful, just because you are directly connected to the harbor and the extremely friendly neighbors. Nevertheless, you somehow have your peace and quiet. This is pure Greece and the view of the bay is also a dream. It is possible to swim in the harbor basin or 10 steps further in the other bay. There are many swimming opportunities, with the most beautiful pebbles I have ever seen. The hiking routes are great but unfortunately only partially signposted. Yannis has a hiking guide there. It's better to rely on the phone. Then you will be rewarded with a diverse nature. We will definitely be back

It shows the location as inside, but the house was close to everywhere, it was clean, there was everything from creams to ironing, we were as comfortable as in our own house, they allowed us to use their private garden, we had no problems with checking out, they said we could check out whenever we wanted, I would really stay again if I came again, thank you very much

Efcharis was a wonderful n kind host. He was very flexible and accommodating with our check-in n check-out times, which we really appreciated. When we arrived he welcomed us personally. He had thought of everything, from a gift bottle of ouzo to snacks for our son and even drinking water. He also provided us with helpful information about Samos, and brochures were ready on the table. The location of the house is just as described, offering a lively spot with a view of Samos town square, yet it is very quiet and peaceful. Restaurants, bars, bakeries, markets, and everything else you might need are within walking distance.The terrace is delightful n if the weather is cool, having a meal at the kitchen table while watching the sea through the window feels truly special. The Wi-Fi speed in the house was more than sufficient. We stayed during a rainy and cold period, but the house was comfortably heated with the air conditioning, and the hot water worked perfectly. Thank you for everthing!
