Beachfront holiday rentals in Soğucak

It was really amazing stay! The villa is very comfortable, as it felt like home the next day. Beds are super comfortable. There are 3 bathrooms (1 with the entrance from the garden, 2 on the 2nd and 3rd floors), but we almost haven't used the 3rd floor. There are 2 air conditioners - one at the living room, and another at the stairs on the 3rd floor, so it cools 3rd and 2nd floors. But with the smart use of window shatters you don't actually need air conditioners that much if temperature is about 30-33 degrees. Kitchen has literally everything, and even more! Wi-fi speed is very good also. Neighbourhood is quiet, the sea is in 4-5 min by foot. The beach is sandy and wide, and it wasn't much crowded even during the national holidays. The nearest market is 3 mins by foot, there are all the essentials. A101 is about 8 min by foot, and near it there is small vegetables market with fresh food and good prices. Overall it was our best vacation!

We stayed in Dimitrios small house for three months, and we would highly recommend anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Pythagorio to book here. Just the right size, everything we needed, clean and comfortable. A beautifully renovated stone house with a small courtyard, within walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants. Perfect for us!

My husband and I stayed 2 weeks at Lilly's place. It was just the two of us, but there is plenty of room for a big family in the house. The house is very private and the views from inside and the terrace are amazing! The terrace goes all the way around the house, there are 2 hummocks in the olive garden where I loved to watch the sun rise above the sea. The most beautiful beach Tsabou is only a short walk away! It was easy to comunicate with Lilly, she is a fantastic host, she went above and beyond to make sure our holidays were perfect. Thank you Lilly!

We enjoyed our stay at Mine's place. They were attentive and quick to help with issues. The place is brand new and we loved having our breakfasts on the spacious balcony overlooking the magnificent sea. The location is excellent; it's possible to walk everywhere. The bus to reach the other beaches is right across the street. With Kusadasi as our base, we were able to visit Ephesus, Selçuk and Sirinçe. Thumbs up!

It was exactly how it looks like on the pic. The location was great. Near the center and a lot of places. The house is okay for 2 people. The pillows were really comfortable even more than my own. It is totally suggested.

Ms. Zeynep is a nice host. You can quickly answer your questions. Mr. Hakan, who met us, and his wife are also very kind and helpful. Davutlar is calm, the site is full of listening. The pool is very clean and sometimes you use it as a private pool. Having two bathrooms is an advantage. There is air conditioning but not necessary. It's not too humid. You can open the windows and go to bed. There's a mosquito net. Ants are a bit of a hassle in the kitchen, but there's an ant medicine in the kitchen. If you have young children, you can go to İçmeler Bay in the National Park. The sea is like sand and the pool. If there are no children, you can go to other bays, calmer but stony. You can take your evening tea and beach damage to Sevgi Beach and get off. It's fun to watch the sunset. A101, Migros house service is available From Getir de Domino's etc.

We had a wonderful time staying at Adem's place in Kuşadası. Our group consisted of 5 adults, a 3-year-old child, and an infant, and the accommodation was perfect for all of us. The location was incredibly convenient, close to local shops with all the essentials you might need, and just a short walk to a lovely sandy beach. In addition to the nearby beach, we took some day trips to other stunning beaches that were only a 20-40 minute car ride away, making it a great base for exploring the region. Adem was an excellent host—helpful, responsive, and welcoming. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a family stay. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Kuşadası!

We had a great week at the property with our kids (16,13,10). The view is truly stunning. In the kitchen you will find everything else you might need. The house has all the comforts. Spacious rooms, a swimming pool with sea views, several seats and plenty of space inside. Recommended to do in the area is hiking in the surroundings of the Potami waterfalls and eating at the top of the steep stairs. And if you really want to see a beautiful sunset, you should definitely eat at Orizontas (book). A boat trip to Ephesus is also well worthwhile. In the May holidays, it can still be fresh, so a cardigan is recommended. The house is quite centrally located and you can easily reach the surrounding villages with a rental car. The photos match what you see in real life, maybe it's even nicer!

Our stay was really pleasant and smooth. The house was tidy and clean in every way. There was privacy. Also Mr. Vedat was very helpful with everything and answered our questions very quickly. There were treats reserved for us in the closet. There was nothing missing in the house. Regarding the checkout, he said that the house was available, we could leave later, we left again on time. Paradise apartment is in a fantastic place, stunning views and quiet location while the coziness of Kokkari is at your fingertips. The apartment is fine, nice little kitchen and good A/C's. The bathroom is on the small side, but we also shower especially outside at the pool. By the way, it is a very good swimming pool, sufficiently large and also deep. If you walk down to the apartment, you will get to a kind of private (pebble)beach, very ydillisch within 7 minutes. There are no chairs so you can't lie there. Mania is a great hostess who has good tips for beaches, getaways and restaurants. We even got a souvenir from her.

First of all, the host immediately helps with the issue. The location of the house is very good, calm and close to the sea and the market. Overall, the house has a nice pool and cleanliness. What I can say is that there is no air conditioning in 2 rooms, it is a bit of a problem, the running water is running salty (it is not related to the house, it is that in that area). The deficiencies I said are huge and not a problem. We had a very comfortable and nice holiday with 3 families and 2 children. I would also like to thank Ms. Damla and recommend her to those who want to rent the house.

Amazing location right on the beach. Martha was so helpful (I left some clothes in the wardrobe!) and she went out of her way to get my things to me. Kokkari is a hidden gem. Will definitely be back.

The Apartment is beautiful, with spectacular views from the large balcony garden overlooking sea to Pigeon Island. Lovely just sitting watching the boats come and go with an amazing sunset. An easy walk into town for those who like the hustle and bustle. Aydemir was a fantastic host who responded promptly to any enquiry, was very friendly and kind, he helped with our luggage on arrival and departure, a good guy. we have spent a week in this perfect house. the house has everything you need, and even more. It is next to the sea but you should know that it is not possible to go swimming in front of the house. but the view, especially the sunset is amazing, Maria is always helpful and very kind. The island is a gem. Every part of it is worth to go and discover. and from this point of view the location of the house is also good. and we love the village Agios Konstantinos which is the closest. beautful island, beautiful house..

Canan's house is in a beautiful position overlooking the sea. It is well appointed and comfortable and a real home from home. Canan is a lovely host, she helped us in so many ways and was so welcoming. There are little beaches a few minutes walk away which are very quiet and Sigacik, which is a 10 minute drive away, has plenty of shops and restaurants. I've had a wonderful week there and I thoroughly recommend it, especially if you like cats, as there are usually a few to be found in the garden!

The apartment is right on the harbor – when you look out the window you can immediately see the sea, which can be reached in just one minute on foot. Also restaurants, cafes and the pedestrian zone are right outside the door, which makes the location really perfect. The apartment itself was very clean and cozy. I would like to highlight the hosts: they were extremely friendly, accommodating and always helpful. I felt completely comfortable and welcome. This home is a little slice of heaven. We’ve stayed in many airbnbs around the world and this has been one of our best experiences. Katerina was so warm and friendly and met us at the property to show us around when we arrived. She provided us with many recommendations and gave us her guide to the island which was great! Full of islander favourites and advice. Once we settled in it just felt like home. We’d been on the road for several weeks and were quite tired so just staying at home, lounging on the hammocks and in the beautiful extensive gardens was just what we needed. It was close to everything but still felt very secluded and peaceful. There were several beautiful beaches near-by, both organised and wild. And several good restaurants too. Thank you Katerina and your family for a wonderful stay in your family home. It was perfect!
