Its peaceful place for every one feels as at home. The house is beautiful and cosy, specially the patio with a beautiful view. The house surrounded by flowers and trees. I really enjoyed to stay with my family. Lots of available street parking. All restaurants, shops and beaches are 5-10 min to drive.

The view is great. The pool is clean, private and quite sufficient. The host is very hospitable. We stayed for 4 nights and he offered us a treat every day. Freshly baked pastries, homemade olives, apricots they picked from the tree, everything was so delicious. We rested and had fun. Thank you so much for everything

Great location. Charming house. It is in a pleasant neighborhood of the city. Right opposite St. John's Basilica. Everything there is walkable. Perfect for a family of 4. An old house with the quirks that come with that. You need to be able to navigate stairs, and Wi-Fi only works near the kitchen because of the very thick stone walls. Would recommend. Our driver did have trouble finding it. If you map to the Selena hotel, it is directly opposite.

Despite arriving by car on an incredibly busy Sunday afternoon in Sirince, a tiny historic village with steeply narrow cobblestone streets, with Süleyman’s assistance we managed to navigate our way through the crowded throng of visitors to his remarkable location. Nearby we spent time at the brilliant Ephesus and adjacent museum as well as having a great seafood lunch on the coast about an hour away after hearing about this special possibility from Süleyman. All in all a very different and interesting few days.

It was all as described. It is a very quiet complex/apartment. There are small markets for daily needs in the immediate vicinity. We were satisfied. The sea beach is a 5-minute walk away. There is a small restaurant there that also rents beach loungers for 200 Turkish lira (as of 05/26/2025) and you can also eat lunch there. Apartment, bed linen, kitchen towels are clean. We would rent the apartment again.

completely by chance, I saw the airbnb site and Ms. Emine's house. I read the comments, everyone wrote amazing things, and everything looked very nice in the photos, but I was a little nervous because I was going to go with the guest and, frankly, they were difficult to please my guests :) Ms. Emine greeted us and I felt like I was in my own house as soon as I entered the house. Everything was immaculately tidy and tastefully furnished. The kitchen utensils were clean as if they had never been used and everything was dropped. The beds were spotless and comfortable, and I was very comfortable as someone with herniated disc. i literally looked for something dusty or dirty in the house, but there wasn't one Ms. Emine had planned and arranged everything in the house as if it were her own and the result was really magnificent... you can go and stay with peace of mind. Very nice grocery store, bakery, butcher market, all very easily accessible. The sea is already perfect I would like to thank Ms. Emine on my behalf and on behalf of my guests. I plan to go again in the summer:)

It was a wonderful experience for us. We stayed on vacation with 3 girls. The house was cleaner and tidier than we expected. Everything is carefully prepared and everything is thought out. Mr. Kutay was also very interested and meticulous. I was able to reach him in a short time whenever I wanted. We were here for part of our vacation. When we saw the house, we thought we'd continue our vacation here. We came by private car, so I don't have any information about transportation.

Our host was very caring and helped us with everything, thank you very much for your interest and interest. We recommend it to everyone

the room it's nice and clean, but at nice Abit noisy from the street car and biker. and if you go with the car not a good idea difficult for the parking in the day. at night it's fine

Gence was exceptionally helpful with getting our taxi to the AirBNB, providing some recommendations, and generally making us feel at home. The location is excellent—close to the main restaurant and shopping streets, but far enough away to avoid crowds of cruise-ship tourists.

I felt immediately at home which was so nice after travelling for a few weeks. The location is perfect close to everything and the views are amazing. Mr Mustafa and his wife helped me with the washing machine and supplied all I needed -I was very impressed. Also supplied was a water cooler bottle which I really appreciated as so many places expect you to buy bottled water which is detrimental to the environment. I loved staying in my airy, comfortable, safe and beautiful apartment and would definately recommend it to travellors. I think its even better than it looks in the listing ! I had a wonderful time staying at this place in Kuşadası! The apartment is right on the harbor – when you look out the window you can immediately see the sea, which can be reached in just one minute on foot. Also restaurants, cafes and the pedestrian zone are right outside the door, which makes the location really perfect. The apartment itself was very clean and cozy. I would like to highlight the hosts: they were extremely friendly, accommodating and always helpful. I felt completely comfortable and welcome. I highly recommend this place and would come back anytime! I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Kuşadası! In terms of location, it's a very nice place in terms of cleanliness, it's just comfortable and just one thing was stuck in my eye, I think there was 1 half toilet paper in the shower for 2 days, I wish I had put 1 more, and if we told the business, they would definitely send one, so in all respects, 5 stars, thank you for your help and attention Lotus Apart🙏

Little noise at night but nice appartment with good price/quality

They were very welcoming and made us feel right at home. They helped me with everything. We provided very easy access to the beach, the grocery store and places where we could eat. Thank you so much for everything.

The apartment is exactly as described, with a magnificent, brand new facility. You can book blindfolded. Mr. Giray was extremely helpful with all our requests. Thank you for everything, especially snacks and drinks.

there is no parking problem, the pool is sufficient and clean , the prices of food and drink are affordable , the employees are interested, the houses are clean, the items are renovated , the only thing missing is that there are no mosquito nets, I hope the mosquitoes will be stuck!!!

The place was very nice, right in the center of old town Bazar which is the most beautiful area in Kuşadası I believe. Ayşegül was so sweet, nice and helpful. It was clean and nice, lots of bars and restaurants around to have fun. Plus it's close to the port. Definitely recommend it.

A great apartment in the mountains. Quiet, very beautiful. The pool is shared. There were few people. Very often we bathed together. It's not far from the city. If you have a car, it's a very good place. The host is always available. Check-in and check-out without the host - the key is in a special box, with a PIN code. I recommend it if you want a quiet and peaceful vacation. The description and photos correspond to reality.
