Family-friendly holiday rentals in Sofia Province

We had a lovely time staying Eva’a flat. The accommodation was very clean and had a homely feel, it comfortably accommodated 5 of us. The location was good, we were able to walk to a number of restaurant and sights. Eva was responsive when I messaged and left clear instructions. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

We had a lovely stay at Ana`s place. Enough space for a family of three with both working remote. Big playground just behind the house, supermarket is a 2 minute walk away. Public transportation is ok. Huge park about 5 minutes away. All in all a great place for a family with kids, good location.

Our stay at the property was wonderful! The place is spacious, very clean, and the view from every window is simply breathtaking. The dining room and kitchen are well-equipped and luxurious, making cooking and meals a real pleasure. The jacuzzi and sauna were spotless, and we enjoyed them every evening. The hosts were lovely, always available, and made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay. Big house, with a lots of space and everything you need for your stay. Close to one of the best hiking trails in the area.

Elena’s hosting was above amazing. Elena provided support to retrieve our lost airline luggage a week before our arrival which we could not have managed ourselves. Her apartment is amazing, it feels like being in a family home, all facilities for cooking in a big old world kitchen, wonderful chill spaces to hang out in and incredible views of Sofia’s beauty. Stay a few days to really enjoy and appreciate Elena’s place. Highly recommend.

Perfect host and beautiful property. We have stayed in Sofia before, but this apartment is a much more central location than our previous stay. Very spacious with lovely wooden floors and comfortable beds. Peter is a great host, our flight was delayed and we got it at 4am, our host met us cheerfully as if it were mid day. Thank you Peter x

The apartment is beautiful, cozy, comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The bathroom had a beautiful selection of toiletries, the kitchen was well equipped and with teas/coffee/sugar etc… The sofa with pull out bed was a great design feature that allowed us to set up the bed for our kids while retaining the use of the sofa. We arrived late from the airport and they still met us and showed us into the apartment. This made our check in very easy and pleasant. The area was very walkable and within easy reach of many restaurants, shops, and main areas of interest. We were very warm in the apartment even in mid-February! We would definitely rebook. Thanks for a great stay!!

Perfect Stay for Families - Exceptional Hospitality! We had a wonderful stay at Tony's Airbnb in Sofia. The apartment was ideally located in the city center, making it easy to explore with our baby. Tony was an outstanding host—warm, welcoming, and incredibly thoughtful. Since we were traveling with our baby and had extra luggage, we requested an early check-in, which he kindly approved right away. During our introduction, I mentioned we had just returned from a European tour, and he immediately offered to help with laundry if needed. His kindness, attentiveness, and proactive attitude made our stay so much more comfortable. We truly appreciate Tony's genuine hospitality and the cozy accommodation he provided. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a friendly, convenient, and stress-free stay in Sofia!

Our family had a pleasant stay at the house. It’s very spacious and suitable for remote working. The location is close to the Borisova park which was great for our kids. It was also convenient that we could park our car in the garden in front of the house. We would definitely recommend this place!

Brilliant little home on the outskirts of the city. really nice, clean and looks as good as the pictures suggest. a few things to note - Not easy to get to by anything except car. driving is almost necessary I'd not save taxi fares - Plenty of wild dogs, for those scared of then. in all I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a beautiful home outside the city with a driver in the group. really impressed

We were very happy with the visit. My girlfriend has health problems and we needed a quiet and peaceful place for her to relax. Nuala's place fits this description. It is situated in an unfinished golf resort in the middle between Kostenets and Dolna Banya. There are beautiful views towards the mountain. During the week there was almost no one else in the resort and so we could see all kinds of birds around us by just looking through the windows - including pheasants, hawks and owls. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would be happy to visit again

A very peaceful stay, we wanted to hike and enjoy nature and this location is perfect for that. We stayed with our two dogs and that was no problem with the host. Georgi is very responsive and helpful and the place itself was very cozy and warm on arrival. The area had good restaurants and a couple if fairly well stocked supermarkets less than 10min away. Got those with electric cars like us there is a charger at Villa 7min away from the place. Overall a great location with some extensive trails walkable directly from the location.

Nelly is a very hospitable hostess. She greeted us very warmly, explained and showed us everything. It was very easy to communicate in English. Our flight was rescheduled for a day earlier, and Nelly tried to help us find accommodation for that day even before our meeting. Upon arrival at the house, we were pleasantly surprised, since in reality the estate looks even better than in the photos. The accommodation is very clean, well-kept, spacious, equipped with everything you need. Absolute silence and privacy. The clean and large pool made us very happy on hot summer days. We were two families, 5 children and 4 adults, we were perfectly accommodated, and there were still free places. I am happy to recommend Nelly's accommodation.

The apartment was really nice and what was expected from the flora, the room was big and spacious for us 2 adults and 1 child, nice and warm, nice and clean upon arrival, lovely view in the forest, doesn’t smell of smoke! Just a short walk into the resort and lifts, host was very responsive to messages and helpful, would be happy to book this again, thanks very much, provided with small kitchen area with fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave along with sink hob etc, bath and overhead shower 👍

Great value, very close to the slopes, and great facilities at the accomodation. There really were no negatives for the money this cost!
