We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and full of charm. Jenny went above and beyond with all the thoughtful decor touches, which made it feel warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in. There was plenty of room for our family, and everything we needed was provided. It’s clear Jenny takes great pride in hosting, and it shows. Highly recommended!

Vasil responded quickly and was very friendly. He even arranged an early check-in. The apartment was spotlessly clean. It is not in the heart of the city, but if you enjoy walking, Vitosha Boulevard is easily accessible. The Metro station is also just a few steps away. The apartment has a nice atmosphere, and I would come back.

I recommend with both hands!! From the studio itself as a place to stay to Vasil as a landlord, everything was absolutely wonderful! The studio is an ideal option for a single person, a couple, or two friends. The location is very convenient, close to metro stations, restaurants, parks. The city center and the National Palace of Culture are 15 minutes' walk away. For those of you who travel by car, there are also no worries, as there are two guarded parking lots literally a minute away from the block (the price is about BGN 20/10€ per day). Whether you are in Sofia for work or for a holiday, you will not go wrong with this choice! I also😄😃 thank Vasil for everything, as he was always available for any questions about the accommodation, recommendations for events and the instant refilling of capsules for the coffee machine. I had to extend my stay by two days and things were arranged very quickly and easily, a great host!!

Great place to stay in. Newly built, literally 2 min away grocery stores, the subway and other public transport. Clean and sunny, just like the pictures. Matey was very responsive and helpful host. There was coffee provided as well as some small cooking condiments. Would definitely visit it again :) The only minor minus I can think of was that there was only one big towel provided, but there were plenty of other smaller towels, so that was not really an issue for us.

We spent one night here and are already dying to come back! The space is small but very cozy and comfortable, perfect for two people who want to be right in the heart of Sofia. Nezi was so helpful and responsive and we really felt at home in her place. Can't recommend more!

Villa Romance is a true hidden gem! If you're looking for a peaceful retreat away from the city, this is the perfect place. Nestled at the foot of Lyulin Mountain, the fresh air and tranquility made our stay incredibly relaxing. The villa itself is beautifully maintained, offering a cozy and comfortable atmosphere that feels like home. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay, whether for a short getaway or a longer visit. The proximity to Bankya’s Health Alley was a great bonus, and we also enjoyed exploring the nearby forest. Liubomir was warm, welcoming, and ensured we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a serene escape while still being close to Sofia, I highly recommend Villa Romance. We would love to return!

The PERFECT place for me to adjust to the long flight and seven hour time difference. I was able to sleep in the cutest, most adorable cottage. Comfortable bed, nice hot shower, very quiet neighborhood. Super cute kitchen with everything needed for cooking and a wonderful grocery store less than two short blocks away. In the opposite direction, is the charming village filled with green parks, cafes, coffee houses, cute shops, a green grocer and more. The hostess was magnificent !! Kind, attentive, well organized. I enjoyed my stay in this beautiful cottage. THANK YOU !!

We spent a lovely winter weekend in this cozy two story house, where it was warm and cozy inside despite the weather outside. Plenty of room for 5 adults in the 3 bedrooms upstairs (lots of pillows and blankets on the comfortable beds). A large bathroom on each floor. Enough space downstairs, with a sunken living room (couches, TV), dining room table and kitchen (with utensils etc. to do a moderate amount of cooking easily but it wouldn't be easy to cook all meals). Location is great: close to the Metro (which is really easy to use), buses and trams, though Sofia is super walkable. Grocery stores for all basic needs right across the street, supermarkets in walking distance, cafes and restaurants closer to the pedestrian Vitosha Blvd which is nearby. Our hosts were terrific. Proactive in making sure everything worked out, answering our queries quickly and thoroughly, friendly and informative. Definitely a super base for visiting Sofia.

We spent more than a great time at the villa. The house is equipped perfectly and tastefully, it has everything you might need for your stay, spotlessly clean and a real coziness. Awesome for a family time in the fresh air, nature, and peace, playing with the child and dog in the beautiful and perfectly maintained yard. The trampoline was a unique fun for the little one and in the kids room toys for indoor activities. The yard is absolutely secure for the dog. The locality is picturesque, with incredible views, perfect for walks. The village is very quirky and tidy, people friendly. Denica is a great host! Thank her for her hospitality and responsiveness. Couldn't have been nicer!

I stayed in Terry's place with my husband and our 6 months old baby. Everything went really well with the help of such wonderful host. I was in touch with Terry before arrival to confirm the type of bed for the baby, bed linen and to ask for high chair and bath. She responded to my questions, reassured me and provided the items we asked for. The apartment matches the description. It is surprisingly quiet inside, very good windows and isolation from neighbors. We made use of the AC which is great to have when the flat is close to a busy road. The bed was comfortable, lots of bed sheet and towels were provided. The host was kindly flexible for our check out due to late flight and baby naps. I am extremely greatful for this. We would certainly come back to stay with Terry.

The apartment was really cozy and well designed. Besides location, in the city center, the accommodation was perfect - quiet, clean and comfortable. I recommend also the host, Yoana was very proactive. If we will return, this will be for sure the place to stay.

Biliana's apartment is one of the best we stayed in. It is renovated with high quality materials and furniture. The kitchen is equipped with everything one may need and includes a dishwasher. In addition to the washer, there is also a drier which is still rarity in Bulgaria and was a great plus for us. Location of the apartment is extremely communicative. Buses, trolleys, three subway stations nearby. Being in the city center, the place is also walking distance to museums, galleries, Sofia University, parks. Many restaurants, coffee shops, groceries could be found nearby. Last but not least, Biliana is a great host. She was friendly and efficient. Highly recommend both the apartment and the host.

Rossen’s place was simply a perfection. It is inside of a luxurious apartment building, very safe and modern. It comes with a parking spot and a private laundry room. The condo offered absolutely everything we needed. From the design, decoration and amenities to comfort, cleanliness and location, this apartment was outstanding. Ross was always easy to reach and available if anything we needed. You can’t beat the location. Close to beautiful park Zaimov and our favorite Raketa Restaurant. You can walk to the center of Sofia. We did not use a car at all. This place would absolutely bring your stay in Sofia to the next level. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend or book again!! Thank you Rossen!!🩵

The house is ventilated, bright and spacious. It is a 15-minute walk from the train station and a 40-minute walk from the main attraction, the Nevsky Cathedral. There is a billa supermarket in a 7-minute walk. However, there are few restaurants and businesses around. The door opening method given by the manager is not very convenient. 1. The digital password should be pressed from bottom to top, instead of from top to bottom as people are usually used to. The apartment is very comfortable, has everything one might need, and it's location is on a quite street on walking distance to all major attractions in Sofia. Public transportation is available just few steps away. The communication with Lyubo was also very good. Lyubo's description for the check-in and check out was really phantastic. We spent a nice week at Lyubo's place and totally recommended it to everyone one coming to Sofia.
