Nestled at the foot of Lyulin Mountain, the fresh air and tranquility made our stay incredibly relaxing. The villa itself is beautifully maintained, offering a cozy and comfortable atmosphere that feels like home. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay, whether for a short getaway or a longer visit. The proximity to Bankya’s Health Alley was a great bonus, and we also enjoyed exploring the nearby forest. Liubomir was warm, welcoming, and ensured we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a serene escape while still being close to Sofia, I highly recommend Villa Romance. We would love to return!

Ne-am simtit ca acasa, locul este linistit, usor de gasit si de ajuns cu masina, este in apropiere tot ce ai nevoie: magazine, farmacii, fast food, restaurante, cafenele, parcuri, apartamentul este dotat cu tot ce ai nevoie si mai mult de atat. Gazda este primitiva si mereu a raspuns cerintelor noastre, abea asteptam sa revenim!

Fantastic space and host! The location is fantastic wand you can walk around easily and it’s very close to the metro! The hosts are very responsive and friendly, offered lots of useful tips of the city!

El alojamiento es perfecto para pasar unos días y visitar la ciudad, cuenta con una terraza grande en la que poder estar, la única pega es que el baño es bastante pequeño, el resto todo genial

Really quiet, we all slept well. 10 mins walk to the centre of Sofia and a good price. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

I spent 8 wonderful days and nights in Anita’s tasteful, bright and open-spaced place. The efficient heating was essential with the chilly outside temperatures. The shower was one of the best I’ve experienced. The house is situated within a short walk from an array of restaurants, cafes and shops, without another tourist in sight! Would thoroughly recommend Anita’s place.

Rosina was a great host and the house was perfect for what we needed. Clear check in instructions, very spacious and the back yard was great for our big family’s gathering. Would definitely recommend!

Препоръчвам мястото. Всичко беше точно,както е описано. Гледката наистина е страхотна. Лесна комуникация с домакините. Лесно за намиране място. В близост има пицария Ветрило,която препоръчвам.

За пръв път бях гост в жилището на Стилиян и останах много доволен! Квартала и улицата са спокойни, а в непосредствена близост има чудесен зелен парк "Св. Никола". Метростанция "Опълченска" се намира на 6-7 минути пешеходно разстояние, а от там придвижването до всяка точка на града е бързо и удобно. Сградата е нова, а достъпа до апартамента те кара да се чувстваш сигурен и спокоен. В жилището беше чисто и подредено, а удобствата отговаряха точно на описанието. С удоволствие бих гостувал отново на Стилиян при следващо пътуване до София! Препоръчвам!!!

Good location and spacious home near old town area. Parking is about 10 min walk from Airbnb. Host is fast to respond and helpful in finding nearby areas to eat. Did have some minor AC issues but host was willing to swing by and address this. Overall would stay here again

I absolutely loved the apartment and the communication with the host. All instructions were clear, and the entire experience felt just like being at home. The parking spot in the garage was very convenient, and the sense of comfort began right from my first message with Vera and lasted throughout my cozy stay. The apartment is well-equipped—you can cook whatever you like, sit on the balcony enjoying a great view, and sip your coffee. I truly loved it and wished I could have stayed longer. We had an amazing time staying at the flat in Sofia. The location of the flat is perfect, as it is close to the shops,tram, bus and metro stops.The flat itself is ideal for family, providing ample space and comfort. Great apartment right near Vitosha Boulevard, on a lively street but apartment was extremely peaceful and quiet. Inside was beautiful interior with a standout marble-top dining table, beautiful large bathroom with 2 showers and 2 toilets. Highly recommend!

Georgi’s airbnb is a magical space. As I am a fan of style from the Soviet era, the apartment was very fun for me. The turntable was ready for me to play a fantastic LP from mid century Bulgaria. Yet beyond the gorgeous style, the apartment is also incredibly comfortable and well appointed. Everything worked perfectly. And Georgi is a very kind and respectful host. The apartment is located in an older part of the city which has developed a bohemian, hip culture. Many great restaurants, coffee shops and bars. A fun and safe area. I highly recommend. Thank you!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Der Balkon geht in den Hinterhof, wo es sehr ruhig ist. die Wohnung liegt nicht direkt auf der Einkaufsstraße, sondern neben einem großen Park und ist trotzdem sehr nah am Geschehen. Viele Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe. :)

Ich benötigte kurzfristig eine Unterkunft und Martin hat es mir ermöglicht. Extrem schneller und verlässlicher Kontakt. Da war alles akkurat und hat gepasst. Tolle Wohnung auch, alles da was man benötigt, sogar mit schöner Terrasse. Hier kann man definitiv nichts falsch machen mit der Buchung.

La casa era bellissima e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. L'ambiente era accogliente e curato nei minimi dettagli. Il quartiere era tranquillo e ci ha permesso di riposare bene dopo le giornate di lavoro. Io e il mio ragazzo siamo stati qui per motivi di lavoro e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. L'host è stata molto disponibile rendendo l'intera esperienza ancora più positiva.

Good communication. Clean. Requested an extra 50bgn for dog after checkout (even though it says pets allowed) as dog was only with me for a small amount of time and there was no mention of hidden fees I contacted Airbnb and they confirmed that the property have no right to request extra fees from me and I should decline. I did as Airbnb suggested. Given that they were in their right there would be no problem to pay extra, bit given that this was not in their right, please be wary of any hidden fees the company may request, check first with Airbnb. All in all very good communication and very clean. Great location.

Een geweldige accommodatie en locatie. Heel lux en goed heerlijk ontspannen. Ondanks afstand tot centrum, aan te raden om in deze accommodatie te verblijven. Ook goede en duidelijke communicatie met verhuurder.
