We have just returned from a 4 night stay at Ivans place and it was fabulous. The apartment was spotless and extremely modern and well equipped. Check in was super easy and Ivan supplied a video beforehand, which was a huge help as we arrived about 1am! Just be aware there is no lift and a fair few flights of stairs, which, with heavy suitcases, might be an issue for some. It was fine for us. The apartment is safe and well positioned for seeing the sights. I would definitely return here. Thanks Ivan!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful Sofia apartment! The space was spotless, spacious, and full of natural light, with three comfortable bedrooms and plenty of room for our group. We loved the open living area and the well-equipped kitchen, which had everything we needed for relaxed meals at home. The location was perfect—quiet and safe, but just a short walk to great restaurants, shops, and attractions in the heart of the city. The check-in process was seamless and the host was extremely responsive and helpful, making us feel right at home. Two modern bathrooms meant no waiting, and strong WiFi made it easy to stay connected. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home. I recently stayed at this charming Airbnb and had an absolutely delightful experience. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to great cafés, restaurants, and local attractions. It was simple to get around, and public transport was nearby and convenient. The apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated with a modern yet cozy feel. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed, the fast and reliable WiFi, and the fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to enjoy breakfast before heading out each day. The living area was a lovely place to relax, filled with natural light and a peaceful atmosphere. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great recommendations for food and things to do. The apartment was beautifully furnished, very comfortable, and in a great location a short walk from shops and restaurants. It was the perfect base for our family of 4 for our 5 days in Sofia. Our hosts were very accommodating, reaching out to us ahead of time in case we needed anything for our stay and to let us know of local places to check out. Their suggestions of restaurants and local cafes were spot on. We had a rental car and ended up keeping it at the open lot opposite the apartment building on days when we didn’t need it, which was very helpful. A really nice touch was the provision of wine and other consumables which we could enjoy and simply leave money for after our stay. I couldn’t recommend our host Mariyana and Alexander enough. They helped make our stay very enjoyable.

Our stay was better than expected! The apartment is spacious and looks even better than the pictures. There is an elevator in the building and access to the apartment was easy. There is even a door between the bedroom and hall/bathroom that makes the space feel cozier. The balcony offered a nice view of the mountains in the distance as well. The host was helpful and responsive when needed. Thank you! :)

The apartment was a perfect choice for our 5 nights in Sofia. We loved the combination of modern comforts with the strong and evocative sense of family history. We enjoyed staying opposite a beautiful park and on the edge of a quiet, leafy area with lots of cafes and restauants. There is also a Lidl supermarket close by. The public transport options were excellent with trams and metro within 5 minutes walk, which made it very easy to explore this beautiful city and to access the airport and central train and bus stations. Because the apartment is on a busy street, there was inevitably some street noise (mainly from the trams) but the bedroom and living room were quiet. Venko's check-in instructions were easy to follow and we had no problems accessing the apartment. Thanks, Venko, for a great stay!

My wife and I spent a month at Zari’s apartment and everything was brilliant! Host (Zari): Zari prepared the apartment with everything that we required for our stay. Zari seemingly noticed in our profile that we are from the UK, and kindly provided a UK plug adaptor, which is very thoughtful. Zari’s sister also made us some cheese-filled pastries, which were a very welcome treat after travelling all day. Zari was available for advice about day trips, eating out, and Sofia, and his suggestions added so much enjoyment to our trip. I can tell from the messages we exchanged that Zari is super kind and helpful. Apartment: Zari has arranged the apartment in a way that makes you instantly feel at home within 10 minutes of your arrival - it truly is impressive. We felt comfortable in Zari’s apartment and that is purely down to his evident personal touch and impressive use of space. The apartment is perfectly located and it also has a lovely balcony. Great host and great apartment!

This place is exactly as described. Comfy and classy. We stayed for 8 days and were sad to leave. Walkable to Vitosha Boulevard and lots of other cool places. Very quiet with comfy beds. The Rentify team is amazing and very responsive to all queries. Wouldn’t think twice before staying here again.

Had a very restful stay at Eva’s place with my partner and another couple. The apartment was easy to navigate to from the airport and very manageable to walk to the centre of Sofia, as well as metro, bus and tram access. Eva provided clear instructions and always got back to us promptly if we had any questions. It was so nice to have a washer & dryer available! Would recommend to weary travellers.

A great place to stay if you want to have everything you need and be close to all the popular attractions in Sofia for an amazing price. The apartment was very clean, it was very well stocked, in fact we were surprised how many toiletries were available to use. There was even complimentary wine and peanuts which was a great welcome experience. Ani was also very sweet, she offered clear instructions on how to check in and check out. Overall, I couldn’t recommend the place more. You won’t regret it!

Perfect host and beautiful property. We have stayed in Sofia before, but this apartment is a much more central location than our previous stay. Very spacious with lovely wooden floors and comfortable beds. Peter is a great host, our flight was delayed and we got it at 4am, our host met us cheerfully as if it were mid day. Thank you Peter x

Kristina’s place was perfect for me. It’s an amazing space with all the amenities I needed for my 3 week stay. The balcony is the icing on the cake! The neighborhood is safe and very well connected with the city and for me when traveling to work on public transport. I had a great stay, and highly recommend this place and Kristina. Her warmth and communication are first class!

Nous avons passé une semaine au sein du logement de Julia et nous avons adoré ! L’appartement est décoré avec goût et est très fonctionnel avec ses nombreux équipements ainsi que ses rangements à n’en plus finir ! De plus, que ce soit du balcon ou des deux chambres, la vue sur Sophia est sublime du matin au soir ! Julia et toute son équipe ont été irréprochables tant pour leur rapidité de réponse que pour leur professionnalisme. Le logement est idéalement bien situé comme inscris sur l’annonce. Le métro ainsi que plusieurs lignes de bus passent en contrebas de l’appartement donc tout est accessible à pied rapidement. Je ne peux que vous recommander cet appartement ainsi que Julia et son équipe !
