Super nice house in a quiet area with proximity to everything you can wish for on a holiday. Martina and Nils were very easy to communicate with and they felt uncomplicated and natural to spend a week there.

Our stay in Trosa was amazing! The house was brilliant with comfortable beds and a well aquipt kitchen. A patio with a view over the harbor and a big terrass with a beautiful pool to enjoy. A 5 minut walk to the Harbor and the Trosa Center was a big plus. Our host Fredrik was always reachable when we had any questions. Will definitely return to enjoy Trosa and this fabulous house. Thank you Fredrik for letting us enjoy your house.

The place is great! We felt very comfortable and were able to explore Stockholm well from the accommodation. The train station is in walking distance and in 30 minutes you are in Stockholm. The days could then be wonderfully ended in the accommodation.

The house is beautiful with a lovely heated pool, so much space to relax as a group of adults and families, for the children to play too. There were even toys for the children to play with which was a lovely surprise. The house was decorated to a high standard and was a joy to be in. Sandrella was there for anything we needed, so friendly, helpful and warm and went out of the way to help us with any questions we had about the area and the house. The kitchen is amazing well equipped, all the space was brilliant for a family group of 10, with dining seating both outdoors by the pool and indoors. It’s was only 50 minutes from Arlanda airport and less than 40 minutes to Stockholm. Also easy access to drive to the Archipelago’s so a good base if you hire a car. Would highly recommend, thank you for a wonderful stay Sandrella.

Nice outdoor environment. Perfect for families with children

Fantastic accommodation! The house was very nice, super clean and perfect for families – large kitchen, barbecue facilities and child-friendly. The golf courses nearby were really nice and the restaurant at the golf club was of a high standard. Smooth check-in and check-out and great communication with the host Oscar. Highly recommended!

I spent a week with my two sons (10/13) in this beautiful house and we really enjoyed the very idyllic & private location right on the lake. The lake is great for fishing. The house was just as beautiful as it is shown in the pictures. It is a very upscale complex that offers a lot of peace and privacy. The sauna overlooking the lake and the beautiful surroundings was a special highlight! The fireplace in the living room also provided a warm stimming in the evening. Igor went out of her way to make us feel comfortable from the beginning and we don't miss anything! He was able to give us good tips for fishing and his boat with echo sounder was perfect to explore the lake for pike & perch. The tips for the area were also very helpful. Communication with Igor was very straightforward and very friendly. I would book the house again at any time and can recommend it without reservation. Many thanks to Igor & Irina for everything!

We had a great time at Lena's place. Very peaceful, beautiful surroundings, lots of walks to do and places to visit, and also very comfortable at home - which is nice when the weather is not as good as it can be. During our three weeks stay we experienced some rainy days, but never a dull moment here. There are lots of nice walking trails to start from your door step and the joyful restaurants of Trosa are just ten minutes away. The house itself offers all you need and perfectly matches the description. It's even more spacious than the pictures can show you. Robert helped us out with a small problem with the dish washer: it was fixed immediately. Communication in English was perfect. This was our first visit to Sweden and we look back at a wonderful stay in a wonderful place. Daan

This was the most beautiful house I´ve ever stayed in. It was right at the waterfront and really quiet. Karin is a great hostess and our stay couldn´t have been better - I am very impressed!

Awesome location and the house size for 2 people. It was our 4th time in Trosa and this house fit us in the best way. Really comfortable to live because you have all you need - washing machine, dishwasher and so on. Calm and quiet. The only thing is that the place may be need a little bit of love - small repairment/appliencies replacement is needed.

We felt very well looked after and informed at all times. Inquiries in the run-up to the trip as well as during the stay on site were answered/reacted to promptly, comprehensibly, politely and prudently. The ability to communicate directly on site saved us a lot of time and unnecessary journeys. The accommodation is very loving, functional and technically equipped at a high level. The location is quiet and soon the lake, which can be reached on foot, will also be usable with a jetty for guests. We were invited to a family midsummer party at Camilla and her husband Roger's, which turned into an unforgettable experience👍👍. We will be happy to come back!

Hanna is a warm, generous, and attentive host—the kind you rarely encounter. The house is peaceful and private, with no neighbors on either side and a quiet granite hillside out back. Birdsong is the loudest thing you’ll hear. When city construction was scheduled during my stay, Hanna personally ensured it wouldn’t affect the property and made arrangements so that work wouldn’t begin until after noon. She even came in person to make sure the crew followed through. Her thoughtfulness, kindness, and care for her guests are exceptional. I’m genuinely looking forward to returning next year.

Johan is a great an courteous host. House was very open and spacious. Sauna by the lake was very cozy.

We rented the house for one night and are very happy with our stay. The house was clean, well maintained and located in a very nice and quiet area. They were kind, helpful and easy to communicate with. We can highly recommend both the house and the host to others. Thanks for a great experience!

We had a great time in the house of Niklas, Malin En Oscar, it is large, clean and fresh and equipped with all conveniences. What a luxury, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms. Washing machine and a dryer. A lovely garden with a large sun deck. This is also equipped with all conveniences. We had the bikes with us which is easy to do Nykvarn. On the golf course there is a great restaurant where we had a delicious meal.

What a wonderful place! We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Grödinge. The property offers enough spaciousness as well as a beautiful common area to come together as a group. You can feel that the property is used by the family themselves, there is more to it than 'just' an Airbnb. Amazing hot tub, water access and stunning ships passing by to observe during the day. Such a gem! You will need a car to get to this place. Thank you so much, Rasmus!

We stayed in Anna's beautiful cottage over Easter 2025. We enjoyed the tranquility in the middle of nature very much. We liked to use the fireplace due to the cool temperatures. The kitchen is well-equipped, the iron-containing water, even when showering, takes some getting used to. The communication with Anna was always very nice and straightforward.

I highly recommend it to everyone!!! As for the time spent here, it was wonderful :) It is a beautiful and cozy house, where it is very nice to spend time, and this beautiful view from the terrace and the silence and nature that accompanies it... simply incredibly wonderful :)

The accommodation was very nice, a bit small but definitely enough for 1 or 2 people. The kitchen and living room were in one room, the bed comfortable, the bathroom clean. It’s around 20 minutes away from the next bigger City Mariefred. Pretty rural, but if you like it outside of big cities it’s perfect :) The owner was very nice and showed us everything and was available if we had questions. All in all: It was a very good and peaceful stay!
