Absolutely beautiful house, furnished so nicely, the pool and outside area was amazing, our children loved it. The surrounding area is beautiful. We walked to the lake most days to swim and fish. Overall a great stay! Thank you ☺️

Superfint hus i ett lugnt område med närhet till allt man kan önska sig på en semester. Martina och Nils var väldigt enkla att kommunicera med och de kändes okomplicerat och naturligt att få tillbringa en vecka där.

Our stay in Trosa was amazing! The house was brilliant with comfortable beds and a well aquipt kitchen. A patio with a view over the harbor and a big terrass with a beautiful pool to enjoy. A 5 minut walk to the Harbor and the Trosa Center was a big plus. Our host Fredrik was always reachable when we had any questions. Will definitely return to enjoy Trosa and this fabulous house. Thank you Fredrik for letting us enjoy your house.

Die Unterkunft ist super! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten Stockholm von der Unterkunft aus gut erkunden. Der Bahnhof ist fußläufig erreichbar und in 30 Minuten ist man im Stockholm. Die Tage konnte man dann wunderbar in der Unterkunft ausklingen lassen.

Var en fantastisk vistelse och kändes väldigt hemtrevlig. Fick snabba svar och var väldigt välkomnande.

The house is beautiful with a lovely heated pool, so much space to relax as a group of adults and families, for the children to play too. There were even toys for the children to play with which was a lovely surprise. The house was decorated to a high standard and was a joy to be in. Sandrella was there for anything we needed, so friendly, helpful and warm and went out of the way to help us with any questions we had about the area and the house. The kitchen is amazing well equipped, all the space was brilliant for a family group of 10, with dining seating both outdoors by the pool and indoors. It’s was only 50 minutes from Arlanda airport and less than 40 minutes to Stockholm. Also easy access to drive to the Archipelago’s so a good base if you hire a car. Would highly recommend, thank you for a wonderful stay Sandrella.

Fantastiskt boende! Huset var jättefint, superrent och perfekt för familjer – stort kök, grillmöjligheter och barnvänligt. Golfbanorna i närheten var riktigt trevliga och restaurangen på golfklubben höll hög klass. Smidig in- och utcheckning och toppenbra kommunikation med värden Oscar. Rekommenderas varmt!

Ich habe eine Woche mit meinen beiden Söhnen (10/13) in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht und wir haben die sehr idyllische & private Lage direkt am See sehr genossen. Der See eignet sich hervorragend zum Angeln. Das Haus war genau so schön, wie es auf den Bildern dargestellt wird. Es ist eine sehr gehobene Anlage, die sehr viel Ruhe und Privatsphäre bietet. Die Sauna mit Blick auf den See und die wunderschöne Umgebung war ein besonderes Highlight! Auch der Kamin im Wohnzimmer sorgte Abends für eine warme Stimming. Igor war sehr bemüht, dass wir uns von Anfang an wohlfühlen und es uns an nichts fehlt! Er konnte uns gute Tips zum Angeln geben und sein Boot mit Echolot eignete sich perfekt, um den See nach Hecht & Barsch zu erkunden. Auch die Tips für die Umgebung waren sehr hilfreich. Die Kommunikation mit Igor war sehr unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Ich würde das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen und kann es ohne Vorbehalte weiterempfehlen. We had a great time at Lena's place. Very peaceful, beautiful surroundings, lots of walks to do and places to visit, and also very comfortable at home - which is nice when the weather is not as good as it can be. During our three weeks stay we experienced some rainy days, but never a dull moment here. There are lots of nice walking trails to start from your door step and the joyful restaurants of Trosa are just ten minutes away. The house itself offers all you need and perfectly matches the description. It's even more spacious than the pictures can show you. Robert helped us out with a small problem with the dish washer: it was fixed immediately. Communication in English was perfect. This was our first visit to Sweden and we look back at a wonderful stay in a wonderful place. Daan

This was the most beautiful house I´ve ever stayed in. It was right at the waterfront and really quiet. Karin is a great hostess and our stay couldn´t have been better - I am very impressed!

Awesome location and the house size for 2 people. It was our 4th time in Trosa and this house fit us in the best way. Really comfortable to live because you have all you need - washing machine, dishwasher and so on. Calm and quiet. The only thing is that the place may be need a little bit of love - small repairment/appliencies replacement is needed.

Wir haben uns jederzeit sehr gut betreut und informiert gefühlt. Auf Anfragen im Vorfeld der Reise wie auch während des Aufenthalts vor Ort wurde zeitnah, verständlich, höflich und umsichtig geantwortet/reagiert. Die Möglichkeit vor Ort, direkt kommunizieren zu können, hat uns viel Zeit und unnötige Wege gespart. Die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll, funktional und technisch auf hohem Niveau ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ruhig und bald ist auch der fußläufig erreichbare See mit einem Steg für Gäste nutzbar. Wir waren zum familiären Mittsommerfest bei Camilla und ihrem Mann Roger eingeladen, was sich zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis entwickelte 👍👍. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Hanna is a warm, generous, and attentive host—the kind you rarely encounter. The house is peaceful and private, with no neighbors on either side and a quiet granite hillside out back. Birdsong is the loudest thing you’ll hear. When city construction was scheduled during my stay, Hanna personally ensured it wouldn’t affect the property and made arrangements so that work wouldn’t begin until after noon. She even came in person to make sure the crew followed through. Her thoughtfulness, kindness, and care for her guests are exceptional. I’m genuinely looking forward to returning next year.

Johan is a great an courteous host. House was very open and spacious. Sauna by the lake was very cozy.

Vi hyrde huset under en natt och är mycket nöjda med vår vistelse. Huset var rent, välskött och beläget i ett mycket fint och lugnt område. Det var vänlig, hjälpsam och enkel att kommunicera med. Vi kan varmt rekommendera både huset och värden till andra. Tack för en trevlig upplevelse!

We had a great time in the house of Niklas, Malin En Oscar, it is large, clean and fresh and equipped with all conveniences. What a luxury, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms. Washing machine and a dryer. A lovely garden with a large sun deck. This is also equipped with all conveniences. We had the bikes with us which is easy to do Nykvarn. On the golf course there is a great restaurant where we had a delicious meal.

Der Aufenthalt war mehr als zufriedenstellend. Nicht nur die Lage des Grundstücks, sondern auch der Ausblick und die kreative und durchdachte Anordnung der kleinen Häuser, hat uns sehr beeindruckt. Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben und alles wurde uns herzlich gezeigt vom Gastgeber. Sogar ein paar Utensilien zum kochen, spielen und wohlfühlen wurden uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Bei jeglichen Fragen konnten wir uns umgehend an den Gastgeber wenden und es wurde schnellstens geantwortet. Auch die Nachbarn waren sehr freundlich und alles lieb unproblematisch ab. Die Unterkunft überzeugt durch den privaten Steg und Strand und durch die ganze besondere Lage hebt sie sich von allen anderen Häusern in der Umgebung ab. In unter einer Stunde ist Stockholm problemlos erreichbar und auch Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Abschließend können wir sagen, dass wir wunschlos glücklich waren und die Unterkunft und der herzliche und familiäre Gastgeber mehr als zu empfehlen sind!

Wir waren über Ostern 2025 in Annas schönem Häuschen. Wir haben die Ruhe inmitten der Natur sehr genossen. Den Kaminofen haben wir aufgrund der kühlen Temperaturen gerne genutzt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, das eisenhaltige Wasser, auch beim Duschen, etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Kommunikation mit Anna war immer sehr nett und unkompliziert.

I highly recommend it to everyone!!! As for the time spent here, it was wonderful :) It is a beautiful and cozy house, where it is very nice to spend time, and this beautiful view from the terrace and the silence and nature that accompanies it... simply incredibly wonderful :)

The accommodation was very nice, a bit small but definitely enough for 1 or 2 people. The kitchen and living room were in one room, the bed comfortable, the bathroom clean. It’s around 20 minutes away from the next bigger City Mariefred. Pretty rural, but if you like it outside of big cities it’s perfect :) The owner was very nice and showed us everything and was available if we had questions. All in all: It was a very good and peaceful stay!
