We had a wonderful stay and cannot recommend this home enough! Excellent access to the beach and the home has everything you could need and so much more! Hosts were very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. We would love to come back!

The house exceeded our expectations. There is beach equipment/towels available for guests, along with a rise off area by the garage. The kitchen is fully stocked compared to other air bnbs I've stayed in. Check in/check out is super easy and the responsive hosts created a helpful guidebook to answer all questions and even included restaurant/activity recommendations. The walk to the beach access was much shorter than we thought from the map view, so this is a perfect location in vicinity to the beach. The house was spotless when we arrived, all of the linens are high quality and cleaned very well. The mattresses and pillows were also extremely comfy! We've decided that Topsail will be our regular beach spot and we'll be staying here whenever possible!!

We had the best beach vacation at Kristin’s place. The house was just as described and very well stocked with just about everything we needed for a great stay. The kitchen was one of best for folks like us who cook most meals - plenty of pots and pans, utensils, and lots of dishes. Beds were all super comfy. And the use of the beach towels, chairs, sun shades and toys were WONDERFUL saving us precious packing space in the car. Kristin was very helpful with all my questions. 10 out of 10! Next time we are headed to the beach, this is the first place I will try to book. Thank you!

We really enjoyed staying here. The pool was great. The house is within minutes from several restaurants and just a 15 minute drive to the beach. The house is as described and shown in photos. Gennaro was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. Thanks for having us!

The place was beautiful with direct ocean views .. loved that on split beach house on quieter part of beach without ton of traffic listening to the waves crash onshore and enjoyed the soft gentle breeze every evening from balconies pretty ved amazing . The decor was on point. Beds were very comfortable. The host and communication was the best. I had a couple of quick questions and Andrew answered promptly as well as being super friendly before arrival, upon arrival and checkout. Appreciated the care hosts took to ensure us as guests felt right at home. The elevator 🛗 was very handy for my elderly parents traveling with this vacation. We loved grilling out and enjoying cornhole on Mother’s Day. The pool was closed and opens Memorial through Labor - which was ok for us.Overall great experience and exactly what needed as relax, reset, recenter and rejuvenate.

Great place, close to the beach (5 minute walk) and excellent host. The real gem was the pool. Very convenient location to everything in Emerald Isle but also private enough that we weren’t bothered by noise or neighbors. Family friendly house that we’d definitely consider again. Amazing stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described, everything we needed was right there. It felt like a home away from home. We unexpectedly had trouble with our truck not starting, and the host went above and beyond by allowing us to leave it there until it could be towed. She was incredibly responsive, kind, and understanding throughout the whole situation. That kind of hospitality made a huge difference in our trip. We felt completely taken care of. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an stress-free, comfortable place to stay!

A coastal cottage and wonderful stay! Truly a safe haven. The house itself is clean and very cozy, with comfortable beds and furniture as well as a nice sized backyard for pups to play in if you bring them. The neighborhood is lovely to walk around with cute houses, friendly neighbors, and a waterfront park that has a pier and osprey nest. The beach was so close (10 minutes away to free parking) and now one of my favorite East coast beaches! Found some really pretty shells and neat shark teeth. Amy was an exceptional host. She was friendly and very responsive. She accommodated our need for a late checkout and provided wonderful recommendations for the area. Any questions etc that I had while I stayed there were promptly answered. Highly recommend the Mexican restaurant she mentioned (Agave Azul) and Scoops ice cream even though the ice cream shop is a bit of a drive (trust me it’s well worth it!). All in all one of my favorite stays. I would happily stay there again and hope to.

This place was the perfect get away for us. We stayed during memorial weekend and expected a but of noise on the lake from people celebrating. It was the complete opposite. It was so peaceful and quiet. We spent our days out and about and then the later afternoon and night we sat on the back porch enjoying the great weather and quiet of the lake. My Marine and I loved it. We will certainly stay here again. It was a pleasure meeting you and talking with you. We totally felt at home here.

The townhome is very cozy and was the perfect place for me and my children to stay. Aurelie is very kind, informed me of local current events that were happening (blueberry picking), as well as checked in with me from time to time to make sure things were all good!!

If youre traveling with pets (which we do often but didn't this time), this place is perfect. They have all kinds of extras for them inside. Bowls, beds, leashes. And there is plenty of space outside for them too! We used to live in the area (military) and moved back to TX, but we were here for my son's HS graduation. It was raining almost the entire week, so the gravel road to get to the house plus the entrance was a little flooded. Still manageable though in a small vehicle. Easy access to 17. Place is just as described! Would definitely stay here again.

Wilder’s place is a great place to stay! My Marine and I stayed there for a few days and needed a place that gave us quick base access. Wilder was very detailed with check in and checkout expectations and answered messages quickly. The place was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. It was fully stocked with everything we needed, including a first aid kit, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, paper towels, spices, etc. We enjoyed the many conveniences that came with the place and would absolutely stay there again!

We loved our stay at Allison‘s place. We went with another couple. We just had the weekend having two bedrooms two baths and a nice clean space was terrific. It was literally about 200 feet across the road to the beach at most.. would definitely stay again. Allison answered our questions really promptly can’t say enough about what a good time we had.

Such a fantastic place, right on the beach! They have everything you need, including wake boards, chairs, umbrella. Just a beautiful place on the ocean!!! My second time back, and I'll go a third!!

We had a fantastic stay! The home was beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and made great use of space, perfect for our large group. The location was ideal with easy access to shops, beaches, and lots of great local spots. The dock was a huge hit for fishing, and the kids absolutely loved the garage game room with ping pong, corn hole, and ladder ball. Emily was excellent with communication and clearly put a lot of care into making the space family-friendly. Highly recommend!

Booked for my daughter & her bridesmaids getaway weekend. The house was perfect for her group; would definitely recommend this home to eveyone I know. P.S....they had fantastic time and made some great memories.

I booked this country tiny house for me and my sister. It was a great tiny house, beautifully furnished, very comfortable bed, it was very quiet we only heard frogs and wildlife and a rooster. We loved it and would stay again. Ty Joseph and Shellie.

I highly recommend staying here! The house was exactly as pictured and we felt right at home. My 9 year old even said he’s never felt so at home somewhere. It was pristinely cleaned and more than we could have hoped for booking last minute. It was very kid friendly with all the games and beach toys and a great backyard for them to run around! Will definitely stay here again in the future! The hosts had excellent communication and were so kind!

Our family gathered to celebrate graduation and retirement celebrations. Audrey’s place was clean, quiet, beautifully decorated and centrally located to our events. The neighborhood is lovely and the house has waterway views from front and back porches. Nice walkable neighborhood, too. If back in the area, I will definitely check to see if Audrey’s place is available.

The beach house was a wonderful place to stay for my family. It’s in a quiet area and is a quick walk to the beach. The house was clean and the kitchen was great for cooking. We enjoyed our stay and had no issues.
