This is my second time staying here and I can't wait to come back again! Jake & Jena are so great and reasonable to work with, too. They offer a fabulous space that's ocean front, clean, and cozy. I truly feel grateful the second I walk in the door to the airbnb.

I can’t say enough good things about the condo! If the beautiful scenery and private access to the beach weren’t enough, Megan’s use of limited space never made the condo feel crowded and it was fully stocked with anything you could need! She answered all of my questions (there were quite a few lol!) and she was so kind! It was truly an amazing destination for our first family vacation! A beautiful island, lots of shells, a quiet beach, and I already miss my morning coffee on the balcony watching the waves.

Such a cute and peaceful place to stay, and overlooking the beach! It's a ways away from the touristy part of town so there was plenty of space for a peaceful beach time. The only issue is the tide comes up pretty far so be prepared to leave in the afternoon! However the balcony is right on the water so we really didn't miss beach time. Wonderful place to nap on the couch while you listen to the waves

N Topsail is so peaceful and uncrowded. The views of the ICW are just as pretty as the ocean to me.

Christi was very responsive and the studio was very clean and quiet.

This stay reminded me of all the reasons I love my hometown. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly what I needed. The host was welcoming and easy to communicate with. Would absolutely stay again!

Great place and great location. A lot of nice coffee shops, resturants, and bars. The Oak Pavillion was a close walk so no need to spend money on a ride share app. Bathroom had great water pressure and the laundry unit being right there was nice to warm a towel for post-shower. Parking was a little confusing but Ann st next to the church after the median on 3rd st was free parking. It was 3 blocks away uphill but parking was safe there the whole time and all amenities were close so you can leave your car and walk most everywhere. Great place to stay if you're visiting wilmington or (like we did) going to a concert.

We were thrilled with our recent stay at Sarah Lynn’s! Everything was clean and as described! She was responsive to the few questions we had and had recommendations for just about everything we could want or need while we were there! With the beach being so close, and a beautiful drive to local ice cream, groceries, and souvenirs within just minutes, we could not have been happier! We hope to be back!

Staying at this beautiful Airbnb overlooking the Cape Fear River was delightful! From the moment we booked, the communication was flawless—responsive, friendly, and the guidebook was incredibly helpful. Every question we may have had was answered. The host went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and prepared for our trip. What really sets this stay apart is the impeccable attention to detail. From the cozy, well-appointed decor to the thoughtful touches everything was clearly chosen with care and intention. You can tell the host genuinely wants guests to have the best possible experience. This Airbnb is the perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and convenience. We’re already planning our next visit.

We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The listing description is spot on. There was a closet full of beach stuff to use which was super convenient and very nice (mini Shibumi, beach cart, beach toys, beach chairs). Other small touches around the condo made it convenient as well like hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, pots, pans, games, plenty of bedding, blankets, and towels. The whole condo complex was peaceful, quiet, and good location. The condo was clean and well maintained, didn't see a single bug.

Kelly is a fantastic host answering all questions we had and had the best informative guide I’ve ever seen through Airbnb renting, the location was also great! The beach is right at the Airbnb! The pool was nice, it did have a lot of trash in the bottom and unfortunately we did have a very loud neighbor rooming right above us. The room itself was very clean, and just like the pictures, very easy to walk to restaurants and activities! I highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I loved staying at Lauren’s place! When we arrived check-in was simple with a code and check-out instructions were clear as well. Everything was very clean and looked just like the photos. The area was great because we were less than 8 minutes from pretty much everything you can think of. Thank you Lauren!

We enjoyed Donna’s!! A one minute walk to pool and beach, easy to hop from one to the other at any moment or return to the room for a snack. My husband and I went with our 2 boys ages 5 and 8. They enjoyed the bunk beds. I loved waking up to the sound of the ocean and seeing it before we even left our condo! This place is 2 miles from BaDaBing (DF Italian ice - the good kind! And full dairy ice cream) and 2 miles roughly from a delicious restaurant Splash by the Sea. The condo has everything we needed for a beach getaway!

Was there for work on Camp Lejeune. Great location, close to base. Would highly recommend staying here if in the area. Brianna is very responsive and proactive in communicating. Would stay here again if available on future projects.

We enjoyed a wonderful extended stay. Our family loved the space, the layout, and all the room to put things - lots of closets and dressers. The laundry machines were also very helpful. The kitchen has everything you need plus some. The balcony is a peaceful place to sit and relax. The location is ideal for Kiwanis Park, shops, and getting to the beach. The host was also very responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend this place!

Michelle was a great host, with clear instructions and an easy to access unit. The furnishings were clean, modern and comfortable. Really appreciated the variety of containers with lids for taking fruit and snacks to the beach. So very close to the beach but nice to also have the pool as an option. Also appreciated the usb chargers. Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely adored our stay with Heidi! We came for a family vacation to celebrate the end of the school year and had the best time. The unit looks exactly like the photos and was so convenient. The pools are steps away with the ocean just through the pool area. You can sit on the porch at night and listen to the ocean or music from the restaurant. It was so relaxing. Heidi truly thought of everything from the welcome basket in the kitchen to spices to extra blankets when you are tired from being at the ocean all day and need something cozy to cuddle up with. It was incredible and we will definitely book again. Thank you Heidi!

LOVED this condo! Our favorite one so far (we've stayed in a ton! ) It was so clean, beautifully decorated, and very spacious! The restaurant, pools, and of course, the beach were an amazing amenity. The host was super helpful as well when we asked to add a night to our stay!

The bed and pillows were amazing. I usually have a hard time falling asleep away from home but this time it was hard not falling asleep. Top notch comfort. The place was spotless and very cozy and relaxing. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. It’s close to basically everything you need and everywhere you want to go. Definitely will stay again!

Jennifer is absolutely amazing and kind! She makes you feel right at home. Her home is a prefect place to stay. The home is very private and restaurants are close by. The beach is only a 20 minute drive away. The pool is another plus to make for an even more fun and relaxing stay. This was our second stay and was even better this time around!
