Holiday rentals with a pool in Smoković

First of all Neven was the best host i have ever encountered. In all those years i have been using airbnb i have never met a more welcoming, more helpful and well organized host than neven. The House was perfectly clean, didn’t lack of anything you would need in a house. He offered me his netflix account, he gave me insider tips where to go and where to eat. He made sure i was having my privacy respected at all times. All in all it was worth every euro that i paid for this airbnb. If i could i would have given him 10 instead of 5 stars!

Vielen lieben Dank! Wir haben uns in der Villa sehr wohl gefühlt und es hat an Nichts gefehlt! Um zum Strand zu kommen braucht man allerdings ein Fahrrad oder Auto. Auch sollte man verschiedene Strände in der Umgebung ausprobieren, um für sich den „Richtigen“ (z.B. Sand, Stein, Café, Sportangebote…) zu finden.

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Studio ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und geben sich sehr viel mühe einen schönen Garten zu haben. Direkt vor der Tür ist ein Pool welcher Tagsüber zu jeder Zeit genutzt werden kann. Es sind Tische und Stüle draussen an welchen man essen kann. Alles war sehr Sauber und aufgeräumt. Zu Fuss zum stadtzentrum sind es 30min. Mit Bolt oder Uber pro weg ca 7€ (5min). Cannot recommend this place highly enough, we stayed for a week at the end of May and had a fantastic holiday. The weather was lovely and it was fantastic to have the pool which was cool this time of year, and having the sauna and hot tub to warm up in again was fantastic. The pool is shared, for our stay the apartment adjacent wasn't occupied so we had it to ourselves, there are plenty of loungers and space so sharing would be easy. Our kids (aged 4 and 7) had such a great time between the pool, trampoline, toys and playground it was lovely to spend relaxing days at the house. There is a local bakery van visits daily with fresh tasty bread. The area is lovely to explore, would recommend having a car - we visited plitvice national park (highly recommended- stunning!), Zadar old town for sunsets and pakostane beach. Antonia is such a thoughtful host, we were greeted at the property and she had provided a platter of local cheese, fruit and cured meats with local wine which was great.

Excellent accommodation with a fantastic outdoor space in a peaceful village location. Milan is very friendly and kind. A car is needed to explore the area of Zadar and further afield but you could easily enjoy your time staying at the property relaxing and enjoying the outdoor facilities.

Great place with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Hosts were super helpful and even provided a travel cot and highchair for our little one. Would recommend having a car to get to town but can easily/cheaply park to get into the old town. Ubers were also very available and good value.

Sehr zentrale Lage, nur 10 Min von Zadar und dem Flughafen entfernt, alles super sauber und ordentlich, toller Pool, unkomplizierter check in und out, mehrere Einkaufsläden in der Nähe, ruhige Gegend. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub

Alles wie auf den Bildern und in der Beschreibung beschrieben. Wir waren super zufrieden und die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar. Schöne Aussicht auf Berge und Meer Außerdem sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Von uns 8 eine klare Weiterempfehlung 👍🏼

El balcón (más bien terracita) donde desayunamos todos los días. La cama extragrande, fuí con una amiga y no nos molestamos, era como dormir solas. Las vistas desde la piscina (no la utilizamos porque hizo mucho aire, pero estaba limpía y disponible). El sr. que nos recibió super amable. Llegamos con el último ferry y aunque era tarde nos recibieron con una sonrisa. El agua no es potable, y nos ponían agua y cafe a disposición. El alojamiento es sencillo, pero muy cómodo, el parking fácil (me preocupaba bastante). Nos hemos quedado con ganas de disfrutar más, pero en la isla hay demasiadas cosas preciosas que ver. Si volvemos, repetiría, oir los grillos tomando el cafe fuera es un lujo. Hay varios gatos, pero te advierten que no los alimentes para que no vengan porque puede haber huespedes alergicos. A great apartment for 5 guests. We were given a welcome by the host's daughter who showed us everything we needed. Everything was clean, tidy and spacious. The outside seating and dining areas were perfect and the shared pool was the highlight (we were all sad to leave it behind!). If you have a car, as we did, the location is fine (7 or 8 minutes drive from the old town car parks) but it would have been a long walk without a car. Highly recommended!

Die Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt und in einer angenehm ruhigen Lage. Der Pool und der Jacuzzi waren immer sehr sauber und es gab genug freie Liegemöglichkeiten. In der Wohnung war alles wie beschrieben vorhanden und alles top gepflegt. Radovan war ein sehr sympathischer Gastgeber mit guten Englischkenntnissen, der Austausch war jederzeit problemlos möglich. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft was super schön und der Pool war ein Highlight,den wir gerne genutzt haben. Die aussen Küche war auch super,bei den warmen Temperaturen draussen zu kochen war sehr angenehm. Der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt. Wenn wir ein Problem hatten,wurde sehr schnell geantwortet. Die Umgebung war ruhig. Ein Mietauto ist vorteilhaft,weil die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nicht direkt um die Ecke sind. Kurz und knapp : Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Unterkunft definitiv weiter. Vielen dank nochmal für alles 🤩

Fabulous stay from start to finish. Greeted on arrival with a drink, a local map and lots of advice on where everything was. The pool a godsend in the heat, had it to ourselves most days. Local beaches, bars and restaurants. Quick trip across the water or Taxi to the Old Town. Very friendly and helpful host. Want to go back already!

Great place to stay to visit the Croatian coast. Preferably need a car if you want to get around to the national parks and cities but it's really centrally located so no long drives needed. If you're just into swimming, the beach is only a 5 minute walk away (and there's also the pool of course). Slavko and his wife also make delicious food to enjoy on the top-side terrace. Possibilities for boat trips, sight seeing, walking are endless. Really a place to recommend !

Everything about this property was exceptional. The views from the outdoor terrace and pool were breathtaking, creating an ideal setting for relaxation. Inside the property was spotless & fully equipped with cooking & cleaning facilities of the highest quality. The host Eva was great from start to finish and super responsive with any questions we had about the area, offering us recommendations for things to do and several restaurants which didn’t disappoint! The location is very peaceful and only a short 10-15 minute walk to the downtown where you are spoilt for choice with lovely restaurants, bars and shops. The is also a small grocery store within a 5 minute walk from the property and a supermarket which is just a 5 minute car journey. In summary, i simply cannot fault this property and would most definitely chose to stay here again in the not to distant future!

Es war alles super, wie beschrieben. Sehr nette Gastgeber sehr nett und hilfsbereit, würde wieder hingehen und würde es weiterempfehlen. Ein schöner Urlaub einfach top der Pool war das Highlight. Vielen lieben Dank für die tolle Zeit!!!

We had an amazing time here! The place was very clean, the rooms were cozy and every room had a private bathroom, which was great. In general, the place was even better than in the pictures. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary equipment, which is important for longer stays. We also enjoyed the outside area with a grill, nice green space and a quite big, clean pool. The pool is also exposed to the sun, so the water always had a great temperature. The accommodation is within 5min walking distance to the beach, and in general the area is quite nice.

Alles war bestens! Super Haus, super Pool, gut ausgestattet. Kann ich nur jedem empfehlen 💪

Wirklich wunderschönes und nagelneues Haus. Wie haben uns sehr gerne dort aufgehalten und es ist genau so toll wie auf den Bildern. Sehr gute Ausstattung, es ist alles da was man braucht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :)

Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in Biograd. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus und mit den Vermieter. Das Haus ist groß genug für 6 Personen und der Pool ist auch sehr gut. Der Strand ist einfach zu Fuß erreichbar, sehr gutes Restaurant direkt um die Ecke und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar. Rundherum sehr gelungen. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Loved our stay here. A peaceful location. Very spacious house, very clean and comfortable with lovely pool. The garage was good to have too. Great location for easily getting to lots of different places and also a really easy short distance to the airport. There are a couple of shops in the local village handy for getting food. Kristina was a lovely host, very welcoming and available for any questions. Would be really happy to stay here again :-)

Jättefint boende! Var lika fint som på bilderna om inte ännu finnare. Väldigt hjälpsamma och trevliga värdar. Vi åkte med en 16 månaders "bebis" och baksidan med pool och solstolar passade oss perfekt! Baksidan var privat och trevlig. Staden/byn var inte så stor och inte så mycket att göra, men det passade oss bra som bilade ned. Bra och nära möjlighet till att handla mat.

Perfect huis, mooie kamers, lekker zwembadje en hele vriendelijke host.
