Thank you very much! We felt very comfortable in the villa and nothing was missing! To get to the beach, however, you need a bike or car. You should also try out different beaches in the area to find the "right" one for you (e.g. sand, stone, café, sports facilities...).

First of all Neven was the best host i have ever encountered. In all those years i have been using airbnb i have never met a more welcoming, more helpful and well organized host than neven. The House was perfectly clean, didn’t lack of anything you would need in a house. He offered me his netflix account, he gave me insider tips where to go and where to eat. He made sure i was having my privacy respected at all times. All in all it was worth every euro that i paid for this airbnb. If i could i would have given him 10 instead of 5 stars!

Staying in this small villa for a few days was a great experience!The host prepared a delicious cheese platter and homemade olive oil when we arrived, and sent cherries the next day.They are very friendly and always respond to our needs in a timely manner.This is a new small villa, cleverly designed.The room is as clean and hygienic as the photos, and the bedding is very comfortable.It is worth mentioning that I enjoyed a Swedish massage from the host's daughter, and my tired body was healed and relaxed.This is definitely a unique experience!

Cannot recommend this place highly enough, we stayed for a week at the end of May and had a fantastic holiday. The weather was lovely and it was fantastic to have the pool which was cool this time of year, and having the sauna and hot tub to warm up in again was fantastic. The pool is shared, for our stay the apartment adjacent wasn't occupied so we had it to ourselves, there are plenty of loungers and space so sharing would be easy. Our kids (aged 4 and 7) had such a great time between the pool, trampoline, toys and playground it was lovely to spend relaxing days at the house. There is a local bakery van visits daily with fresh tasty bread. The area is lovely to explore, would recommend having a car - we visited plitvice national park (highly recommended- stunning!), Zadar old town for sunsets and pakostane beach. Antonia is such a thoughtful host, we were greeted at the property and she had provided a platter of local cheese, fruit and cured meats with local wine which was great.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. Svetko and his wife were friendly but also very discreet considering they lived above the apartment. The villa was so beautifully clean, and was equipped with everything and more! Every little detail had been thought of. The pool and outdoor dining/grill area is huge. The photos really don’t do it justice and is even better in person. Svetko quietly cleans the pool each morning before we were up for the day :) he even set up the wood for the indoor bbq for us and cleaned the old ash away. We had a rental car which made is super easy to visit local towns such as Nim (historical fishing Village with great beaches about 15minute drive). Sibenik is also a great city to visit an hour away and can’t forget the incredible Plitvice National park which was such a highlight for the waterfalls! Old town is a short drive or 15 minute Uber which we never had an issue booking. This truly is a dream villa and we had the best holiday ever. Hvala 💕

Great place with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Hosts were super helpful and even provided a travel cot and highchair for our little one. Would recommend having a car to get to town but can easily/cheaply park to get into the old town. Ubers were also very available and good value.

We were a young group of 12 people. We enjoyed our stay and vacation very much. The accommodation is very suitable for young people. Communication with the landlord was very easy. Every day was a pleasure and we can only recommend the accommodation.

we loved our stay! The owners live right next door and were very friendly! The house is in a quite and calm rural area, but not far (by car) from shops, restaurants etc... The location is also very good to do visits close by, but also in 10min distance from the highways if you want to go further distances! The kind owners have a very big garden and kindly shared some of their fresh vegetables.

We loved our stay in this beautiful spacious home. There was plenty of space and everything was spik and span and well equipped. The host was quick to respond to questions and also the check-in and check-out went smoothly. Recommended!

Marijana is a warm and likeable host. The place was very clean, the location simply fantastic! From the beautiful balcony direct sea view, on foot the sea can be reached in 3 minutes. Very quiet location!

Marko’s place has everything mentioned in the listing. A small, nice apartment perfect for 2 people with all accessories from washing machine to an amazing TV. Marko’s family is very nice; they offered us cheese and ham, crepes, fruits. You have your private car parking space. You don’t have the sea view, but you can explore the amazing coast; in 30 minutes by car you can experience wild, peaceful places on the sea even in August.

The stone house was simply fantastic! We were particularly enthusiastic about the absolutely private and secluded pool - perfect for relaxing. The tranquility in the area was exactly what we needed. We felt completely comfortable and recommended the accommodation directly to friends and family. A clear recommendation for those seeking relaxation and privacy!

We loved everything about our stay in this beautiful property. It is built and furnished so thoughtful and aesthetic and we all felt that this space radiated such a calm energy. It is perfect to switch off and fully enjoy time offgrid whilst being provided with everything you might possibly need and feel very much at home. The garden, patio and pool are super big and are amazing to spend a looot of time. And last but not least: Vladimir and his parents were incredibly kind hosts and took very sweet care of us which made the stay extra special. Thanks a lot!

Absolutely recommended! The garden and direct access to the sea are a dream, inviting you to swim and walk (or jog) by the water. Everything was very clean and the linens and sofa cushions smelled particularly fresh. Dubravka is warm and uncomplicated. With the passenger ferry you can visit Zadar and other islands. With the car ferry you can visit national parks on the mainland, but the island also gives you enough options to relax, eat and hike. You definitely need a car. We had a great vacation!

Exceeded expectations and truly was the perfect escape in paradise. Ample activities on property to keep the family occupied and happy. Will absolutely be returning year after year!

Had a great and relaxing holiday at Seahouse Veronika. The privacy and direct sea access made for easy snorkelling and paddleboarding. Stipe and Tomislav (and Stefan - Tomislav's brother) were really helpful.

The accommodation even exceeded our expectations. The pool creates a relaxing atmosphere. We spent every morning and evening by the pool.

Ana and her husband were very nice from the beginning. The house was beautiful, especially the whirlpool did it for us. The location is great, you walk 5 min to the supermarket and 10 min to the beach and also have a great bus connection to Zadar. Overall, it was a really great trip!

We were personally welcomed by the two hosts and given a tour of the beautiful property. Since we arrived late in the evening, they had even prepared an antipasti platter for us so we wouldn't go hungry — a very thoughtful gesture and by no means a given. Throughout our stay, they were always available for any questions and extremely helpful. The host’s father, who lives next door, treated us with pancakes and local delicacies, which made our stay even more delightful. Aside from the wonderful, spacious accommodation with plenty of room for the kids and areas to relax, it was an exceptionally pleasant stay — made even more special by the warmth and effort of the hosts. Highly recommended!

An absolute feel-good place! The house is furnished with great attention to detail, sparkling clean and excellently equipped – nothing is missing. We especially loved the beautiful pool, which we could enjoy from morning to night. The garden is a small paradise and radiates peace and harmony. You can feel how much passion and dedication has gone into this accommodation. The surroundings are also fantastic - ideal for excursions, discoveries and for switching off. We felt welcome and at home from the first moment. With her warmth and care, Bozena created a place to which one is only too happy to return. We say thank you from the bottom of our hearts for this unforgettable time - and we will definitely come back!

From the get go Marija was helpful, sending us numerous photos to help us find the apartment. She was very responsive if we had any queries i.e. happy to lend us things we needed. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. It had all the amenities we required. The bbq was a nice addition too. It took us around 15 minutes to get to the harbour and a further 10 minutes to get to the old town from the apartment so it is well within walking distance. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this apartment to others
