Thank you very much! We felt very comfortable in the villa and nothing was missing! To get to the beach, however, you need a bike or car. You should also try out different beaches in the area to find the "right" one for you (e.g. sand, stone, café, sports facilities...).

Katarina and Predrag are extremely friendly, warm and uncomplicated hosts. Although we only booked at 12:30 pm on the same day, we were able to move into the house in the evening in perfect condition The house was very clean and Predrag cleaned the pool every 2 days, always taking care not to disturb our privacy. In case of problems, they were immediately available and took care of them immediately! At the end of our holiday, they invited us to a barbecue, which unfortunately we could not attend, as we had already planned other activities...a week is far too short. Inventory, kitchen appliances all great! Our dog was also welcome. For him, the fenced and large property and also the adjacent field paths to the walkway were wonderful!

We loved everything about our stay in this beautiful property. It is built and furnished so thoughtful and aesthetic and we all felt that this space radiated such a calm energy. It is perfect to switch off and fully enjoy time offgrid whilst being provided with everything you might possibly need and feel very much at home. The garden, patio and pool are super big and are amazing to spend a looot of time. And last but not least: Vladimir and his parents were incredibly kind hosts and took very sweet care of us which made the stay extra special. Thanks a lot!

Staying in this small villa for a few days was a great experience!The host prepared a delicious cheese platter and homemade olive oil when we arrived, and sent cherries the next day.They are very friendly and always respond to our needs in a timely manner.This is a new small villa, cleverly designed.The room is as clean and hygienic as the photos, and the bedding is very comfortable.It is worth mentioning that I enjoyed a Swedish massage from the host's daughter, and my tired body was healed and relaxed.This is definitely a unique experience!

Cannot recommend this place highly enough, we stayed for a week at the end of May and had a fantastic holiday. The weather was lovely and it was fantastic to have the pool which was cool this time of year, and having the sauna and hot tub to warm up in again was fantastic. The pool is shared, for our stay the apartment adjacent wasn't occupied so we had it to ourselves, there are plenty of loungers and space so sharing would be easy. Our kids (aged 4 and 7) had such a great time between the pool, trampoline, toys and playground it was lovely to spend relaxing days at the house. There is a local bakery van visits daily with fresh tasty bread. The area is lovely to explore, would recommend having a car - we visited plitvice national park (highly recommended- stunning!), Zadar old town for sunsets and pakostane beach. Antonia is such a thoughtful host, we were greeted at the property and she had provided a platter of local cheese, fruit and cured meats with local wine which was great.

We were on site with a group of 10 people. Everything worked out great and the owners are very nice.

The place was great. Contact was very good. Check-in/check-out hassle-free. The location is great, 1 min to the sea with beautiful clear water. Minor “issues” were resolved right away. For example, the gas bottle for grilling was empty, we immediately got a new one the next day. Great! It was a pity that the awning was missing on the terrace, so it was very warm there during the day, so we put an umbrella from the pool on the terrace. It was also a pity that (as I think) the cleaning ladies really dispose of everything or take it with them. As a result, the kitchen is completely empty. No spices, no oil/vinegar, no pepper/salt….. Normally, I am used to the kitchen having a small basic equipment, or unused food from the previous owner remaining in the apartment. No reason to deduct a star for that :)! Maybe a suggestion for improvement for the future. Still 10/10. Thank you!

we enjoyed our stay. The house is clean, large, equipped with all the comforts. Antonio was a nice host and very helpful. During our stay, June 2025, unfortunately, there was construction at 2 houses next to us, so we experienced some inconvenience. This will probably be completed quickly.

The accommodation even exceeded our expectations. The pool creates a relaxing atmosphere. We spent every morning and evening by the pool.

Very nice, comfortable Dalmatian stone house in beautiful nature of Paklenica National Park. The owner Marijana is friendly and kind host. She provide us with recommendation and useful information. The house and surroundings was clean. Full equipment. Perfect for us and our 3 shibas. 🐕🐕🐕We loved it.

I stayed for a week with my family. Husbands and two sons age 13 and 9. We were warmly welcomed by the hosts. My children particularly enjoyed the garden activities. The football, volleyball/badminton, darts, table tennis and of course the lovely big pool. We enjoyed walking down the lane behind the house to look for snakes, lizards and wild tortoises. The house was absolutely spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed cooking on the outside grill and watching the swallows in the evening. We found the house was well situated for visiting local beaches, Nin, Zadar, Zrmanja River canyon and the national parks. Thank you so much for a lovely holiday.

The accommodation is in a quiet spot by a river, which runs just in front of the house. The view from the terrace was nice, and the setting was something a bit different. We had a great dinner in town too!

This accommodation is really something very special, extremely large, especially the huge terrace, which offers every support. If you want to learn about the country and its people, you've come to the right place. You immediately feel at home. We especially enjoyed the different attentions, sometimes there were free eggs, from the free-range chickens, then freshly harvested cherries or garlic. We will definitely come back again.

The place was perfectly situated for day trips to Paklenica, Plitvice and Krka. Natasca was extremely friendly, welcoming and responsive to our needs. The place is very spacious and well appointed.

Antonio’s place was an airy, spacious, contemporary villa, with pool, just as described. Well-equipped throughout with a purpose built barbecue. Jadrija itself is a charming quiet holiday village, where Croatians go - there were mostly locals when we went. Jadrija has one great restaurant and three small but perfect beachfront cafes for coffee, sunset drinks and doughnuts. Everyone was super friendly. The sea is crystal clear and though the coast is rocky, there are many easy swimming and sunbathing spots - beach shoes are a must though for the pebbles. The nearest supermarket is 5 mins drive away in Vodice, though there are also supermarkets close by in Šibenik. Šibenik is a beautiful historic town, and Vodice is a pleasant resort town with many restaurants and great seafood options. Krka national park is a must. All places are within 10-40 mins drive from Antonio’s place. A fantastic holiday base, highly recommended.

I was at Damir's house with my kids and husband. It was very pleasant and very nice. The kids had a lot of fun in the pool and also on the beach. Damir is a very friendly host. Since we arrived late, he picked us up at the supermarket and took us to his house. The mom brought us fresh crêpes the next day and when they grilled he grilled extra fresh fish for us. A very warm family and a very nice house. Thanks Damir for the wonderful time☺️!

It was a great stay at Host's place. Luka and Neno are hosts who are a pleasure to stay with. They are very responsive and quick to respond to messages, and they're helpful, and they really want guests to feel good. The apartment is impeccably clean — but a huge plus. There are also a lot of walking places in the area. I highly recommend staying with them while in the area.

Bruno’s apartment was clean, cozy, and matched the photos perfectly. He was a communicative and helpful host, even letting us check out later. The only slight downside was some street noise, but overall it was a great stay and I’d happily come back.

The place was spotless and very private - downstairs apartment was empty except the weekend. The place was recently renovated, has all the necessary amenities and our host Ivan communicated clearly and responsively. Highly recommending this place to any family up to 6 ppl. Hopefully we can go back next year :)

A house like in the original story and unique in that it's stone and from the inside. Very well equipped both in the kitchen to the bathroom and the bedrooms . Impeccable cleaning. The host is a special history. He was waiting on the central road guided us to the gate the welcome with beer and biscuits and ice cream for the children very pleasant when the little attentions make the difference. Outside there was a dreamy relaxation. The terrace to have a very nice meal. We will definitely come back a unique experience in Stone House. Thank you so much!
