Holiday rentals with beach access in Slivnica

I couldn't have had better hosts, so communicative responsive to all comms. The apartment has to be in one of if not the best location in Old town, great views always something going on outside in the square, being on the 4th floor meant you got a lovely breeze in the late afternoon. Ivica and Katrina also add some lovely personal touches, toiletries to get us started, coffee, tea and who doesn't like a bowl of fruit and another of sweets! The apartment had everything you could ask for. They also helped us to organise transport to and from the airport, there were guide maps as well. So pleased we chose them and their appartment, we will be back.

Wohnung war super eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Bequeme Betten. Tolle Lage - schöner Spaziergang am Strand entlang zur Altstadt. Drazen hat uns persönlich empfangen und schnell geantwortet. Können wir sehr empfehlen!

Ekstra susretljiva Elza dala je ekstra preporuke za posjet lokacija u Zadru i okolici. Prekrasno uređen krajolik oko apartmana, mirno i ugodno. Apartman kao na slikama, super čisto, ima sve što je potrebno. Ekstra super, svakome preporučujem

Super Gastgeberin - Klasse 👍🏼 Wir haben uns in Majas Apartment sofort sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war alles tip top sauber & super eingerichtet 👌🏼 Die Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe von Zadar & Flughafen. Ja zu bestimmten Traffic Zeiten fliegen Flugzeuge über das Haus. Doch uns ja hat es nicht sehr gestört. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt 😊♥️

Alloggio situato a pochi minuti dalla spiaggia e a una mezz’ora a piedi dal centro storico (oppure con uber 5’, una corsa costa circa 5/6€), vicino all’appartamento c’è un ristorante ottimo con prezzi onesti e qualità alta. Matija è stato gentilissimo e ci ha spiegato tutto nei minimi particolari. Casa pulita e spaziosa soprattutto per una coppia, aria condizionata, lavatrice e forno. Se dovessi tornare a Zadar di sicuro tornerei in questo Airbnb, senza il minimo dubbio! Un saluto speciale ad Aurora e Nilo, i genitori di Matija.

Es war wirklich sehr sehr schön. Der Ort war toll und Davorka war super nett. Der Ausblick ein Traum. Nur weiter zu empfehlen. Mietwagen kann ich noch empfehlen, falls noch weitere Orte erkundet werden wollen. Wie auf den Bildern.

Josipa is an excellent host, friendly and helpful, she was waiting for us on arrival with great local advice. The apartment is finished to a high standard internally with all the items listed. Linen is good quality white towels and bedding, the place is spotless. Josipa is quick to respond and helped us with beach towels and cushions to use at 3 local pebble beaches located within a 5 minute walk of the apartment. Great advice from Josipa on local bus route into Zadar town which is well worth a visit. Also able to park the hire car onsite safely. Puntamika is predominantly a residential area with many homes offering apartments for rent. It’s a lovely welcoming and friendly community. It tends to be quiet after 11 at night which suited us perfectly. Good bars and restaurants within 5 minutes walk as well as a supermarket for supplies. Totally recommend this lovely apartment with beautiful views from each of the 2 balconies. Thank You to Josipa and her lovely family for a great time.

Danijela was the best host we could ask for, she provided everything and more (big hvala again for the welcome drinks and the pancakes!!!), there were sampoo, sunscreen, shower gel, and more in the bathroom The place itself was clean, has great location, close to the beach (3 mins), and the old town (~20 mins by foot), the outdoor space and the kitchen is convenient, and a big big plus: the AC!!

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche bei Antonija verbracht. Sie ist eine supernette, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die jederzeit erreichbar war und uns sehr gute Tipps gegeben hat. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, sauber und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt. Von der Terrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Wasser. Sukosan ist ein charmantes Dorf mit schöner Promenade und tollen Cafés, Bars und Restaurants, die Geschäfte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Lage des Ortes ist perfekt für Ausflüge zu den Nationalparks, Zadar, Sibenik und Nin. Check-in/-out und Kommunikation waren reibungslos. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft und den schönen Aufenthalt! I had a wonderful 3-day stay at this apartment in Zadar. The highlight was the private and peaceful location near the sea—absolutely perfect for relaxing. The view of the sea from the bedroom was stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. Though it’s around 8 km from the city center, the quiet atmosphere and scenic surroundings more than make up for it. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and just steps away from the beach. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a serene coastal getaway. Hope to return someday!

This apartment is so so beautiful, it was perfect in every single way. Great location, modern, clean, black out curtains, balcony, WiFi, TV, air conditioning, it has everything you could possibly want in an apartment that size. I would 1000% stay again.

Bereits im Vorfeld hatten wir uns bereits ausgetauscht. Auf meine Fragen wurde prompt und freundlichst reagiert. Das Haus war sehr leicht zu finden und wir wurden von Luka und seiner Frau herzlich empfangen, die uns das gesamte Haus und Anwesen zeigten. Fürs technische gabs eine kleine Einweisung. Meine Frau wurde zudem mit einer Flasche Wein, Torte und Jause überrascht, da sie am Anreisetag Geburtstag hatte. Es ist alles wie beschrieben und äußerst sauber und gepflegt. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man für einen Aufenthalt wünscht. Sweet Spot schöne Außenbereich mit den großen Pool, am Abend schön mit Beleuchtung. Auch die Lage ist Vorteilhaft, da Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar sind. Ich kann alle anderen Bewertungen zu 100% bestätigen und bedanke mich herzlich für die schönen Tage!

Die Kommunikation mit Sandra war perfekt, innerhalb Minuten. Das Gastgeber Paar war sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung war gemütlich eingerichtet, sauber und der Balkon war mit Tisch und 2 Stühlen ausgestattet. Ein schnelles WiFi und Unterstellmöglichkeit für unsere gemieteten Fahrrädern war ebenfalls vorhanden. Bäckerei und Supermärkte befanden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Badestrand war fußläufig erreichbar ebenso ein nettes Cafe, wo der Sonnenuntergang cekebriert werden konnte. Wir haben die 2 Wochen sehr genossen.

Die Unterkunft war super. Kontakt war sehr gut. Check-in/Check-out problemlos. Die Lage ist toll, 1min zum Meer mit wunderschönen klaren Wasser. Kleine „Probleme“ wurden sofort behoben. Beispielsweise war die Gasflasche zum Grillen leer, wir haben sofort am nächsten Tag eine neue bekommen. Top! Etwas schade war, dass das Sonnensegel auf der Terrasse gefehlt hat, dadurch war es dort am Tag sehr warm, darum haben wir einen Schirm vom Pool auf die Terrasse gestellt. Auch etwas Schade war, dass (wie ich denke) die Putzfrauen wirklich alles entsorgen oder mitnehmen. Dadurch ist die Küche komplett leer. Keine Gewürze, kein Öl/Essig, kein Pfeffer/Salz….. Normalerweise bin ich gewohnt, dass die Küche eine kleine Grundausstattung hat, oder nicht verbrauchte Lebensmittel vom Vorbesitzer in der Wohnung bleiben. Kein Grund deswegen einen Stern abzuziehen :)! Vielleicht ein Verbesserungsvorschlag für die Zukunft. Trotzdem 10/10. Danke!

Wir haben wunderschöne Tage hier verbracht. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend! Alles war super sauber. Nach 1 Woche wurde frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Kiesstrand ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist einfach herrlich. Die Klimaanlage hat uns erholsame Nächte ermöglicht! Und es ist ruhig! Mitten im August war der Strand mir wirklich voll! Unsere Kinder haben die Strandbar geliebt. Es gibt verschiedene Restaurants in der Nähe. Wir haben viele Ausflüge unternommen: nach Zadar, Nin, Split, die Insel Pag, Krka Nationalpark. Alles ist mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Das Wichtigste aber: die Gastgeber sind wunderbar!!! Unglaublich nett, herzlich und unkompliziert!! Alles in Allem ein Ort für einen perfekten Urlaub!

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sofort wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Pavle hat immer sofort reagiert, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Diese Insel ist sehr schön, viele Strände, alle sehr leer. Wir würden wiederkommen.

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad. Andro reageerde snel en vriendelijk en de ruimte was precies zoals beschreven. Het dakterras was een leuke extra! Zeker aan te raden ☺️

The apartment is very well located, there is an amazing view from the balcony, everything is quite new and clean. The host is very responsive and helpful. The village is super cute. I highly recommend.

My family stayed here for four weeks. Mirjana's house was perfect for a long stay because the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. You may find more supplies than you expect. Since we are Asian, making Western dishes isn't always easy, but the kitchen tools made it much easier. The place itself was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth, and her sister, who lives on the floor right below, was always ready to help. The house is near Borik Beach, which is great fun for kids. We'd love to come back here someday. Thank you 😊

Highly recommend! Friendly, competent host. Great location - close to a beach, bakery, bus stop. Two markets within walkable distance. Terrific balcony, spectacular view of channel and sunset.

The apartment is just like in the photos, spacious, clean and has rich amenities. The sea is really very close, 1-minute walk. Within 3 minutes the shores have shallow water with sand beneath that make it a great fit for families with small children. I would come back anytime to the apartment and the surroundings too. Our host was also very kind and responsive, she made sure that we can occupy the apartment as soon as possible - in fact we could get the keys 4.5 hours before the previously settled time.

Cette maison en hauteur, un peu a l'écart de Skradin est un bonheur. Certes, il faut se faire a la montée en voiture un peu raid, mais pour le reste, c'est un bonheur! L'appartement au dernier étage est magnifique, tout est bien penser avec du mobilier de qualité. La climatisation dans le salon et les chambres fait beaucoup de bien avec la forte chaleur de l'été. Nous reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir
