New Summer house in absolute 1st row and own beach by the bay of musholm and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is of 50m2 and with 10m2 annex. In the house there are entrances, bath/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to lovely large hems. The house has air conditioning and a woodburning stove. Annex includes room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as lofts and alcoves.

The house was named winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful Summerhouse at DR1 (2014). The well appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 meters to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for the family with 2-3 children. Year-round, you can bathe in the “Svenskerhull” ml. Roneklint and the small nice island of Maderne, owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is made for beautiful walks – and bike rides.

Come relax in this unique and tranquil space. The apartment is located in a 3-long farm, the completely newly renovated and is located in the middle of the most beautiful nature right up the forest and lakes with lots of wildlife. The apartment has everything you need and perfect for vacation and as a base for your experiences. There are many experiences nearby and is only 35 minutes from Copenhagen and 20 minutes to Roskilde and Holbæk. There is a small garden where games can be grilled and played. Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.

Large south-facing wooden terrace in nice enclosed garden, on 800m2 of land. 10 minutes to Køge. And 45 minutes to Copenhagen. 15 minutes to Stevens klint. The house is not rented to families with children under 8 years.
