Waterfront holiday rentals in Slagelse

We were very warmly welcomed and were shown the beautiful surroundings on a small tour of the grounds by Tina. The accommodation is very comfortable and lovingly furnished and offers plenty of space. The apartment is flooded with light through large glass windows and glass doors. There is a cozy seating area outside right in front of the living-dining area with a large table to eat there. We enjoyed the peace and the enchanting polyphonic bird concert. Tina and her husband are very friendly and helpful. In the morning, Tina hung delicious croissants on the door. We felt wonderfully spoiled all around! This place offers a great starting point for excursions into nature in the immediate vicinity, but also for activities in Roskilde and Copenhagen. Pia’s apartment was perfect for our weekend stay. It has everything we needed , was light and airy , including a beautiful view. I would like to stay there again.

We were in the apartment for 4 days. It is a nice apartment and was clean and nice. It is right by the harbor in a lovely place. Next time we are in Skælskør we will rent the apartment again.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The host was friendly and responsive, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Great place in beautiful surroundings - although it looks very nice in the pictures, in reality it is much better. I heartily recommend the place. Also contact with the owner - a great person - helpful, interested. I hope I will have the opportunity to come back here again.

Very well located, less than 5 minutes walking distance from the train station and in the midst of restaurants and shopping. A very spacious apartment that we have ever stayed in. Quite likely to stay here again.

We enjoyed a weekend in an absolutely delicious apartment in pure luxury. The apartment is set up with the most beautiful and exclusive materials and is tastefully decorated. We felt like kings and queens. Eating and drinking of beautiful Royal Copenhagen was just another extra luxury. And there was everything you needed from accessories if you wanted to cook your own food in the delicious kitchen. Great generosity from the hosts side here too. The view of the harbor, Tåsinge, Svendborg Sund Broen and Svendborg city was indescribably beautiful. Sitting on the balcony, or at one of the tower room windows, enjoying the view and seeing Ærø - the ferry sail by was totally beautiful and cozy. And hosting was top notch as well. We felt very welcome and were greeted by a host who was welcoming and informative in every way. Can 100%, and on all parameters, recommend the place: -).

One if the best travel experiences we’ve ever had. Marie was the perfect host, and her place was incredibly charming, peaceful, and cozy. The setting was beautiful, and we felt like we had our own little world to ourselves. But if we wanted to get out and explore, the guide book was full of great recommendations. We would love to stay again and recommend it highly to anyone.

Tom was an amazing host. the only problem i had had while I was there was I didn't have more time. Tom was friendly responsive and accommodating. The property itself is beautiful. if I'm ever back in 🇩🇰 I will surely be back here.

The house is spotless, light and airy, lots of places to sit / lay / relax, extremely well stocked with every kitchen utensil and spice / herb you could ever need. The bedding and pillows were brand new and all linen / cloths / tablecloths fresh and clean. It was so noticeable that huge care and attention goes into their home. From the sunroom you can play one of the boardgames and admire the sunset. Or marvel at hares as they run along the lane. Within minutes of arrival our children were welcomed to use their play area and zip line. An invitation to join Peter fishing was gratefully accepted. He taught my boys how to lure fish for Hornfish, (they caught one which he gutted for us, along with some others he’d caught). We ate them for lunch with a bucketful of shrimp he’d netted for us that morning. Sea to table. What a joy! Peter and Kisser are wonderful people. Their kindness will never be forgotten, and their love of their island has rubbed off on us. A special stay!

We stayed with 4 adults and 3 kids in the great house of Anne-Cathrine and Andreas. We felt very comfortable, we lacked nothing. The house is wonderfully equipped (with significantly more than you can expect) and both the indoor and outdoor area invites you to linger and relax. The house is in a small cottage settlement and is just a few meters from a beautiful little secluded beach. We loved the modern design of the house and the magnificent view from the huge windows. The trampoline in the garden was a highlight for the children. Anne-Cathrine and Andreas were available to us at all times, gave us helpful tips and took care of all concerns and wishes. For us, it was a wonderful week in a wonderful place with the best hosts :-)

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kirsten's place! The place was just as charming as described – quiet location, with direct access to the lake and perfectly equipped for our fishing trip. Especially nice was the possibility to take a canoe and rowing boat directly from your own property to the water. Kirsten is an exceptionally warm and helpful host. She provided us with all the important information in advance, was always available and took care of everything with so much love for detail – from boat licenses to maps. Just great! The house was cozy, clean and had everything we needed – including well equipped kitchen, freezer and barbecue. And even little extras like firewood were available. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime! Thank you for everything, dear Kirsten! 🙏🏼

Super friendly and accommodating host! Hugely peaceful place with beautiful facilities and plenty of space. Perfect if you want to go out into the countryside.

What a wonderful experience in this beautiful beach cottage! Once I arrived, I felt right at home. The cottage is decorated with so much care and eye for detail; it really exudes a relaxed and luxurious atmosphere. The location is of course a dream – waking up to the sound of the waves and a cup of coffee on your own seaview veranda, what more could you ask for? But what really made this place memorable was Dorthe's fantastic service. She is not only incredibly friendly and welcoming, but also proactive and attentive. Her warm personality and the impeccable way she arranged everything made sure my stay was completely carefree.

Fantastic nice apartment within walking distance to everything in and around Ballen city. Cozy apartment with everything you need during your stay. Incredible luxury with both an east-facing and west facing terrace. Adam is a superhost but quick positive answers and is incredibly helpful. Definitely not the last time we return to this gem on Samsø.

Once again, I enjoyed this great apartment with the fantastic view of the bay of Kerteminde. Modern design with everything you need.

Anna Hus is the loveliest place for a few days with peace and quiet. The hosts, Joan Lars Erik, are sweet and incredibly helpful. They've created an amazing “refugie” in beautiful surroundings and delicious details. We will definitely be back < 3

Sarah was very friendly and quick to respond. We needed to do things locally in Greve so location was great for us. Everything was as described and we enjoyed the airy feel of the flat. We had all we needed in terms of kitchen/washing machine etc. The grocery store is close and we had plenty of parking space. The station is close too. The only thing that we would recommend an improvement to is the bedding which was abit worn out and not warm enough for December. It was perfectly clean though. Also a hairdryer would gave been a nice touch have but it wasn’t a big deal and everything was otherwise great.

The view is just amazing! There is no better. We also enjoyed the beach with the fine sand. Perfectly furnished. Nice with two bathrooms. Highly recommended from here:)..Nice with Ballen close by..
