Villa holiday rentals in Skyros

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans la maison d'Anthoula. Tout était là : maison spacieuse, propre, fonctionnelle, très bien équipée, extérieurs parfaits (espaces détentes, merveilleuse piscine, jardin / parterres très beaux. Tout très bien entretenu. Je rejoins d'autres précédents commentaires : la maison est encore mieux que sur les photos ! Et ce qui ne gâche rien: la communication avec Anthoula a été hyper fluide, réactive et aidante. Bref, un séjour qu'on aurait aimé plus long!

The house was close to the beach. The place could accommodate 8 persons. It was clean. It has a lot of windows and spaces to see the view of the sea from the house.

I recently stayed at Nichola's place and had a truly wonderful experience. The host was incredibly communicative and provided clear instructions for check-in, making the process seamless. Upon arrival, the property was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. The attention to detail was evident, from the cozy linens to the well-equipped kitchen. The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet neighborhood but still close to local attractions, restaurants, and shops.

The description is extremely accurate. You get exactly what you see, an elegant island villa, very comfortable, quiet and of high esthetical value (corresponding to the fact that the owner is an artist). The place is simply beautiful if you like Greek island nature, quiet, calm, starry nights, the whispering of the wind. Themis, the host, is very friendly and responsible, knows the area and Skyros well and provided us with a lot of suggestions, ideas and recommendations. We felt very welcome and taken care of while at the same time treated with discretion and respect. It was a fantastic stay in the ideal place and we enjoyed an unforgettable holiday. I hope we'll be able to go back again.

The Villa Nemire was worth every penny. Thirteen of us were extremely comfortable and very well taken care of by Nefeli. So many bathrooms!!! She arranged a boat for us, restaurants, and even whisked me away to a seamstress when I broke a zipper on my way to a black-tie event. Both the house and the host are the absolute best. I cannot wait to come back to Skyros and stay with Nefeli at Nemire!!

Εξαιρετικό σπίτι. Καινούργια κατασκευή, με κλιματισμό σε όλα τα δωμάτια, μοντέρνα διακόσμηση, 3 κρεβατοκάμαρες με 3 δίπλα κρεβάτια. Ησυχία, πάρκινγκ, δροσιά, υπέροχη βεράντα με θέα την πισίνα σου, περιποιημένος και όμορφος κήπος περιμετρικά. Αν πρέπει να κάνω ένα αρνητικό σχόλιο αυτό θα ήταν ότι το κάτω δωμάτιο είναι λίγο μικρό με αποτέλεσμα να έχει μικρότερο το κρεβάτι κατάλληλο ίσως για δυο παιδάκια. Η κουζίνα έχει τα πάντα. Η πισίνα αρκετή για να παίξει και να δροσιστεί μια τετραμελής οικογένεια και να περάσει όμορφα. Τέλος ο Νίκος και η γυναίκα του φρόντιζαν πάντα για την καθαριότητα μας, την άνεση μας, τη σωστή επικοινωνία, συμβουλές για την περιοχή και ένα θέμα που είχαμε με το Ίντερνετ όταν φτάσαμε, λύθηκε άψογα και πολύ γρήγορα. Υπέροχες διακοπές, θα προσπαθήσουμε να ξαναέρθουμε του χρόνου. Νίκο και Εύα σας ευχαριστούμε.

Had an amazing short stay in this amazing villa with friends and family. The place is ideal for holidays. The pictures are very accurate. What I want to highlight that probably other reviews don't mention thoroughly is the attention to detail the hosts have. All places are well thought out and have spot-on amenities - for example, a bar next to the swimming pool, fridges in all the different places you might stay, two types of grills (gas/charcoal) - and even a telescope! I could see that Nikiforos and his wife, not only have good taste, but really think things through. I cannot recommend enough his place, and this couple - super friendly thoughtful, and helpful for everything. 5 stars hands down, and an amazing overall experience. The only downside was that we had to abruptly leave the place, due to wildfires in the area - as instructed by the authorities. :-(

Eric is a great host. The house is well maintained indoor and outdoor. The garden is perfect and the pool fantastic. Everything we needed was there. Two refrigerator, washing and drying machines, dishwasher, all kinds of kitchen wear, AC in all the house, so on and so forth.. in fact the house had everything a big family needs. I appreciate the willingness and readiness of Eric to answer to all our questions. It’s rare to find such accommodating house for a big family. And also, the beach was a 3 minutes walk from the house. Everybody was happy. Thank you Eric I recommend 100%

Julian’s place is paradise. An exquisite house, well looked after and filled with beautiful things to use and enjoy - fully equipped kitchen (sharp knives much appreciated!), lots of games and books, comfy seating inside and out, lovely crockery, some nice things in the fridge as a welcome…. The views all around the terraces are so peaceful: olive groves, blue sea, islands, pine-clad hills - and at night there are no lights around to hide the stars. The private swimming cove is also delightful, a very special spot. Julian was a solicitous and helpful host, quick to respond. We loved every minute.

We were a relatively large group with kids. We got a warm welcome from the charming hosts that were available for every question The house was fully equipped and very clean. The area is amazing very beautiful and the view was gorgeous The only advice is try not to get there in the dark for the first time because it is secluded and the road is a bit difficult at first. All and all a great vacation!!
