Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Skyros

Lovely air bnb in the heart of Skyros village. The air bnb is a 5/10 minute walk from the main town and very close to Brooke square where you can access the roads to beaches. Comfortably fit our family of 4 and the location was beautiful. Couldn’t have asked for anything more - thank you so much.

our stay at the house of the morning was excellent. the house is traditionally decorated, clean very beautiful and fully equipped. all the home appliances work, the beach is 6 minutes away on foot and the supermarket in 2 minutes. the Avgerinos very kind and kind. i don't have to say anything negative. only that to go to the country needs a car, but we knew that. if we went back to Sky we will definitely stay there again. really worth his money. i recommend it unreservedly

It was a real experience to stay at Nikos' house, it is very traditional. Mind your head though if you are over 1.80 tall. Nikos is a real super host and I loved every single minute of my two week stay here, but if you're looking for luxury don't book it. If you would like to experience a traditional house on Skyros, you must book it. Everything is on walking distance, if you walk well. Thank you Nikos for your hospitality!

We had a fantastic stay at Kalliopi's house in Skyros. The location in Chora is ideal, just next to the center where all the charming taverns and cafes are located. The accommodation itself is beautiful, with traditional Skyrian decoration that truly adds to the experience. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Kalliopi was an amazing host—extremely friendly and welcoming. She provided us with valuable information about the best places to visit, which made our trip even more enjoyable. To top it all off, she treated us to a delicious traditional breakfast. Highly recommended!

A place worth recommending. Fantastic location, with very good access, parking space, close to shops, local restaurants. The biggest attraction is the swimming pool and the fact that the apartment we were in has two independent bedrooms with their own bathrooms, which is rare in this type of facility. Quiet, peaceful, close to the sea and to Chora. The place is equipped with everything you need in the kitchen, a comfortable terrace and beautiful decorations. I highly recommend, I will definitely return to Skiros to this place at Mrs. Georgija.

Fantastic stay, the hosts were wonderful, even though we never met them, we still felt very looked after. They even give us gifts of local delights. The location is perfect access to town and the beach, but still very quiet. We felt like locals staying in this perfect traditional home of the skyrians. I’ve been coming to Skyros for 40 years and this was my favourite experience. We highly recommend this place.

Very clean house in the heart of the country, in a beautiful environment. The beach shops are very close by walking. Christina gave us all the useful tips for an unforgettable experience. It felt like home!we will be back!!

Our stay at Konstantinos was magnificent, the apartment is very well maintained, quiet with a magnificent view of the sea. We were very well received, a place to recommend with our eyes closed.

We stayed at Mary's place for a week, two persons; and the place was a perfect choice for our trip to Skyros. Its location is very convenient, at the start of the pedestrian road through Skyros' beautiful Chora, near the bus and taxi station and close to grocery stores, etc. And despite all the activity in the area, the house is very quiet. The place is spacious, good for more than two persons. It was perfectly clean and very well equipped. The WiFi was fast and there is a TV screen. And beyond the AC, the bedroom has a ceiling fan, which we liked. The terrace is very beautiful, with a large table under a lemon tree and with sufficient shade during most of the daytime. Best, we loved the hospitality of Mary's grandmother. Mrs Maria welcomed us cordially, showed us the place, offered us home-made orange pie and gave us some fruits. Plus, it was easy to reach her for any questions we had. In total, we loved our stay at Mary's place; and we will choose it again in another trip to Skyros.

Kalliopi is excellent, very communicative, friendly and very willing to help with everything, from instructions to find the house to suggestions for restaurants, beaches, exit for drinks, etc. The house is wonderful, sparkling clean in all areas, soft beds, double pillows to everyone! Equipped with everything from espresso machine to ironing board! Delightful beds, sparkling white sheets, fuzzy scent towels, you feel like you're in your own home! Splendid view from the balconies of the house, from the front you see the Castle and from the back the houses of Chora from above! It is in the Country right in front of all the shops, you come out and you are in the alleys of Chora, but at the same time it is quiet there is no noise upstairs. Very kind to welcome Kalliopi with Skyrian sweets! Skyros is a very beautiful island and especially Chora magic! I plan to come back to Kalliopi of course! Kalliopi, thank you all for your hospitality and a comfortable stay!

The location and the home lives up to our expectations. The room is quiet, clean, open and a view. The location very convenient, offers easy access to Chora, the port and many beaches. The host was very welcoming, friendly and always present, ready to help with anything.

This was a perfect stay. Steps away from the beautiful Pefkos beach, the apartment is private and peaceful and has a very comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. The large private terrace overlooks the bay and the taverna is open every day for lunch and dinner. The hosts are very warm and welcoming. I highly recommend.

Lina is friendly and communicative! The space was like in the descriptions. The view from the balcony was fantastic. Due to the location that is high and very quiet, it is also recommended for families!

It was our second visit and it was delightful. We loved the swimming pool and the jacuzzi after our swim in the sea. We totally recommend it
