A house with a lot of history, among other things, has been the local cafe in the village. It is the top 2 floors that are rented. On the main floor you will find a large, bright living room with kitchen and direct exit to an undisturbed and sunny terrace. In addition, there is a bedroom/living room and laundry room/bath. On the second floor there are 2 large loft rooms with attached bedrooms, a large bathroom with double sink and bathtub. The master bedroom has a double bed with a lovely view.

It's a great place for just relaxing, and enjoying the fabulous view, but also an excellent starting point for sightseeing, hiking, swimming or fishing in the fjord/river. Nice beatiful studio 28sqm in 1 floor in my old private town house built in 1905. Walking distance to the famous Ålesund City center .with its jugend style arcitekture and the viewpoint Aksla a must for all tourists. 2-3 min with the bus. 10 minutes walk to the seaside where you could take a swim at the beach or go for fishing. Bus stop just outside the house. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Shared washing machine in the basement. Close to the NTNU universety.
