Studio apartment with the balcony facing the sea front, beautiful panoramic view and the sea view from the bed. Studio is part of the Bellevue house. In the garden there is a grill. Parking free in front of the house. Nice and easy walk to the sea, or even longer walks by the sea.Nice, cristal clear sea water , shoes for swimming good to have. Labin is about 13 km. away. The apartment has been completely redone in 2019. It is a small studio apartment of 25 m2 or 270 ft2 and a terrace of 5m2 (50 ft2). The apartment in on the first floor of our family home. The house itself is elevated from the street so you have 20 steps to get to the apartment and can see our beautiful Adriatic sea.
