We had a great vacation in Klaus' fantastically beautiful accommodation. The facility is super well maintained and Klaus was always available. In the event of a defective water drain in the bathroom, Klaus reacted super quickly and sent a craftsman who was very friendly and could repair everything directly. Our spontaneous guests were even allowed to spend a night with their camper in the parking lot for free - THANK YOU for that. We'd love to come back and recommend the place!

The stay was great, I felt very comfortable. Everything was clean and as shown in the pictures. The host was very flexible, especially with the check-in time. I would book the villa again on my next stay, everything was as imagined, simply fantastic

Our stay in villa Tai was very relaxing and memorable. It is located in the peaceful surrounds of Puntera, about 20 minutes out of Pula. We particularly enjoyed seeing the sheep on the neighbouring property walking through. The home is very family friendly, we used the cot and the high chair and our little one loved playing with the toys ;). It also has all the amenities you would need for cooking etc. The outdoor area is also very well set up with two eating/cooking areas and a pool, it was too cool for us to use, but it would be amazing in the summer time. Entry into the property was easy with a key lock and the hosts were very welcoming, providing us with wine, drinks and even olive oil. Thank you Boci for hosting our family in your amazing home!

The house is quiet and secluded and has a large garden. The pool is very large and heated (27 degrees), which our granddaughters and we enjoyed very much. Very nice whirlpool and various play options. The facility is modern and very complete. Unfortunately, there is no sun protection at the pool, but this is understandable, as sunshades are damaged by the wind. One tip would be to install a manual slat roof, which is very stable. But all in all a beautiful house, in which we felt very comfortable and would like to come back.

What a perfect place to stay while enjoying the area. The house has beautiful custom craftsmanship, it’s like staying in a piece of artwork. It’s not far from all the main sights but a really peaceful place to return to after a day of exploring. Nikolina went out of her way to answer our many questions and gave us tons of great recommendations. We can’t recommend it enough!

Amazing host, very fast to respond and always ready to help. I stayed for a month and the villa had everything we needed, also had a sea view right from my pillow every morning when I woke up. There is also an amazing restaurant walking distance and a supermarket, although the city is about 20min away

Great villa for relaxing and chill days with friends or Familie. Avenue is huge and great. Jacuzzi, bbq place, pool and house- everything you need for good time

The house is really great and as shown in the pictures! It is in a completely secluded location, around it are only fields and forests, so it is very private. You have plenty of space available and everything was very clean and maintained. The outdoor pool is also really great! The only thing to mention is that the hot tub is unfortunately only for cooling off and is not in operation as a real hot tub. Otherwise, we were very satisfied and can only recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay. The view from the house and pool is beautiful. The house was clean and corresponded to the description. Petra is very friendly and helpful. We fully recommend this house for peaceful holidays.

The Villa is beautiful. The architecture, design and build is first rate. The interior design is soothing and comfortable. A mix of stone farmhouse and modern mediterranean. Everything was very high quality and most impressive. The location and views are amazing. The pool and pool house are stunning. The landscape is very well done, the garden ( we did pick tomatoes, watermelon, baby carrots and shallots, after we asked if it was ok) is lovely. The grapes were picked during our stay and one of our group helped out ( for about 15 minutes, ha ha). The only minor drawback were the bugs. Evidently late Sept early Oct. is the season for a particular bug. No big thing. I highly recommend the Villa and thank you Andreas and Hana.

Probably our favorite accommodation ever! We stayed as a family of four, which included a toddler. The home was perfectly set up for our family and we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space. The host was very responsive and very friendly. Immaculately clean and tidy.

Everything was just perfect. We were 11 people and we had the best time. Igor, the host, was super kind, he organized taxis for us, gave us great tips and was super responsive. And the house is simply beautiful, with beautiful landscape and a lot to do. We were playing volleyball and golf, had a bbq evening and were relaxing in jacuzzi. Worth the price, cannot wait to visit again.

The house is simply beautiful and has everything you could ask for. 🥰 You immediately feel comfortable and at home. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and otherwise we didn't miss anything. The cleanliness of the house is a 10/10 - just spotlessly clean!! 🤩 The hostess, Mateja, is a very hearty, loving and helpful person! We had a wonderful time with Elena on Krk. The cottage is not very large, but well equipped and completely sufficient for 2 people. The subtropical garden, however, is a real dream. Palm trees, olive trees and wonderfully blooming flowers surround a large saltwater pool. Everything is very well maintained and clean, an oasis of peace. Elena is a very friendly, always helpful hostess who does everything to make guests feel comfortable. We hope to come back soon.

This villa was a really nice place to relax and watch the sunsets at the pool :) Also the living spaces, kitchen and outdoor cooking area were excellent. We can really recommend staying here and enjoy the quiet surrounding nature. Thanks for hosting us :)

We felt very well. The villa offers great pools, amenities, and amazing views on the bay. I recommend for young people who don't have a problem with a 7-minute walk to the sea. I'm worth the looks and the peace

Fantastic authentic house, excelent location if you want to discover southern or central part of Istria and enjoy peace and quiet. Super friendly hosts!

What you see is what you get. Those who seek peace and nature will be happy here. Swallows circling the pool, birds that have long since died out elsewhere, and pheasants, badgers, and deer along the roadside. When we were at the house, we always ate on the beautiful terrace and enjoyed the shade under the walnut tree. The pool was cleaned regularly and we liked it very much. About the house: we felt comfortable immediately. The renovated old stone house with its beautiful roof beams and the modern furnishings complement each other perfectly. 3 real bathrooms (3 showers) for 4 people are more than enough and these are also wonderfully clean. Otherwise: very well equipped with everything you need. We enjoyed our time at Valentina's very much and will be happy to come back. Conclusion: a great accommodation in the heart of Istria's original nature. Ideal for relaxation and excursions in the nearby and further surroundings. Recommended!

Great place to spend a quiet vacation with the family. The four apartments are completely equipped, and the shared spaces are awesome. The kids enjoyed the playroom with billiard and darts, and the grown ups enjoyed the ample dinning room with air-conditioned grilling! There is a very private beach 25 minutes away from the villa, it is amazing, but you need to wear good shoes (avoid flip-flops!). Supermarkets are about 25 minutes away in Labin. Ingrid is always available and extremely helpful! Looking forward to coming back some day.

Andreja and her husband created an absolute wonderful place. It was perfect for us to recover as family. The masterful craftsmanship that was used to build the house and great taste for art and interior design from Andreja made it a special stay. The surroundings of the house are very nice and the walk towards the beach was a highlight for me. The path is a bit steep and it had my kids whining, but everyone loved walking through the Forrest in the end!
