Terrace in the best location with morning & evening sun, barbecue, outdoor furniture & large play-friendly garden. Shorter drive from the area's sights, swimming lakes, the west coast's salt-drawn cliffs & beaches.

Cozy own small house close to the sea, beach and Gothenburg

Our small guesthouse, bright and airy, in a private part of the garden, in a quiet area. It has two comfortable beds downstairs and two mattresses in the sleeping loft. Toilet, microwave, small fridge, small outdoor kitchen, barbecue, sheets, towels and outdoor furniture on the small terrace and in the gate. Private shower via private entrance in the large house close by. Hammock and usually two bicycles. Teresa, a visual artist, works in the studio, garden, or takes a break on the beach. We like guests and do our best to make everyone happy.

Tiny house in a quiet area

Our tiny house is well located in a quiet residential area and offers a detached accommodation for one to four people. Located on our plot, the cottage has its own small terrace and is screened off from the apartment building. Close to a walking trail in the woods. 10 min walking distance to the nearest store. 10 minutes by car to the nearest swimming area by the sea. 5 min to bus connection to the train station or 15 min walking distance. From there it takes 25 min to downtown Gothenburg. We speak Swedish, German and English.

Here you live close to nature and the sea in a very quiet area. The home is tastefully decorated that creates peace and harmony. The property is of a high level and with 2 patios. Nice walks along the beaches or forests directly adjacent to the house. This home is suitable for those who want to relax in a quiet environment and get away from stress. The accommodation is best suited for 1-2 people and you are most welcome to bring your pet. The property offers microwave and grill as well as tea/coffee maker

Lakeside cottage

Charming & nicely renovated cottage right by Lake Lygnen which is on our plot. There are: microwave, double bed, fridge & freezer compartment, oven, stove, toilet & shower. Dogs are welcome in the cabin. Dog & chickens are already with us. The cottage is just next to the nature reserve Fjärås Bräcka. In 15 minutes you take the car to Tjolöholm Castle. There are activities all year round. 600 meters to the bus station as you take Kungsbacka city center. Departure cleaning is included in the price.

The cottage in Hanhals (without kitchen)

Rummet är Hanhals, 6km till Kungsbacka centrum. Känn dig som hemma i en självgående liten stuga på min tomt, separat från boningshus. - 500m från Badplats - 3km från Kattegattsleden - Kylskåp, mikrovågsugn, vattenkokare, kaffepress, koppar, tallrikar och bestick. Notera att lilla stugan är självgående utan tillgång till fastigheten. Rummet har ej kök tillgängligt. - Bord/stolar inomhus och utomhus. - WC och dusch. - Parkering. - Wi-Fi. - Sängkläder och handdukar ingår. - Städning ingår.

Cottage near the sea on the Swedish west coast

The cottage is located near the sea. Frillesås is a small community on the west coast between Varberg and Kungsbacka, 50 km south of Gothenburg. The cottage is secluded on a property with sea view and sun deck. Within five minutes walking distance, there are lovely swimming areas along beaches or cliffs. There are shops, restaurants, cafés and proximity to fishing, golf and hiking. The accommodation is suitable for couples, individuals and small families (maximum 3 people).

Åsa, Kungsbacka

New and modern cottage of 30 sqm between Kungsbacka and Varberg in scenic surroundings close to swimming, nature reserves, walking and biking paths. In the community there is grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, pub, pizzeria, trader, gas station and proximity to public transport. Within a mile radius there are beautiful Tjolöholm Palace, farm shops, antique, flea markets, SUP, wind and kitesurfing opportunities.

We rent out our wonderful guest house in Hanhals. Closer to the sea is hard to come by. Quiet and quiet location with nature conservation area all around. A paradise for birds! Hot tub and sauna, there is access to all year round, of course heated. This is also a place perfect for "workation", here you can work in peace and quiet with fast wifi.
