The property is part of a 3-length courtyard with its own unobstructed and enclosed garden with attached terrace. The home is located in rural surroundings but at the same time close to shopping and Silkeborg city. The home is all the way up the road but has soundproofed windows. But noise from traffic is to be expected- especially during weekdays and during harvest time. It is 2 km to shopping and 7 km to Silkeborg city centre. Everyone is welcome. Cosy guest house, which is an independent building on the old school . The flat is 51m2 and has a lovely south-facing private 28m2 terrace. Combined kitchen and living room, a toilet/bath, an entry hall and a bedroom with one queen size bed and two bunk beds. The terrace is furnished with garden furniture, and there is wifi, tv, cromecast and parking near the entry door. Two extra beds can be made in the living room. Bonfire hut, tarzan track, hammocks and a large garden with playground.

Lovely annex's scenic nestled by rural property. Garden and field view. Private bathroom. Bed linen/towels included TV with chromecast. Necessary service is available as well as microwave and fridge. On the property's 6 ha, occasionally horses go, the neighboring property is one of Denmark's largest vineyards. There are lovely walks in the area. It is about 12 km to Kolding and Fredericia . Shopping about 6 km. We have a peaceful German Shepherd dog (Boris) who loves to have a visit.
