Enjoy your vacation in this unique and quietly located cottage high up in the Mårup hills. There are wide sea views from all sides. You will be staying in the middle of nature with a direct view of Busdalen, which was formed during the last ice age. With fields, horses and cows as the closest neighbors. The only way up here is the 1.3 km gravel road that goes through the courtyard of our neighbor and up to our cottage and the neighbors in the two cottages at the end of the road. It is 2.5 km to shopping and the beach at Mårup harbor.

Start the day with coffee on the terrace and enjoy the beautiful view of the fjord. Take a walk in the garden where there are two small lakes and lots of nature to explore. Only 800 meters from the house you will find the sea, which offers wonderful walks along the water all year round. In under 10 minutes drive is Juelsminde, a cozy coastal town, cafes, and some of the area's best ice cream. You can also go to Snaptun, from where ferries sail to the peaceful islands of Hjarnø and Endelave – perfect for a day out in nature.

There is also a large living room with the possibility of, among other things, "cinema" coziness with large canvas, a game of table football or just pure relaxation with a good book. The bathroom is on the ground floor. There is a nice sofa bed and good box spring mattresses.

The home is located right on the highway but has soundproofed windows. But noise from traffic is to be expected - especially on weekdays and at harvest time. I Aarhus finder du både spændende shopping-muligheder og kulturtilbud af enhver art. Lejligheden er 80kvm med et meget smukt lysindfald. Her et lækkert køkken alrum, bad, soveværelse og altan med udsigt over havn og hav. Det fantastisk at åbne ud til altanen og nyde den friske havluft samt nyde et glas vin til udsigten.

Midt i Nationalpark Mols Bjerge med adgang til et utal af vandreture, lige uden for døren. Huset er placeret på en dejlig stor grund med plads til havespil og bag huset er en skråning med store bøgetræer. Sommerhuset ligger 2,5 km fra den meget børnevenlige Femmøller Strand, og der er sti hele vejen. Stien fortsætter til den fantastiske købstad Ebeltoft med gode handelsmuligheder og eventyrlige brostensbelagte gader. 45 min fra huset ligger Aarhus og mange kulturelle oplevelser.
