We highly recommend this spacious and beautifully located home. The view was amazing and we walked to old town on a lovely path every day. It took us about thirty enjoyable minutes. There were several restaurants so close by on the waterfront. We are ate at two of them and in old town another night. Sako was so nice and was so quick to reply to amy questions. We used the washer and dryer, right outside our door. There were adequate supplies of soap, shampoo, coffee and linens. It was a superb experience staying at Sako’s home. Thank you, Sako.

We had a beautiful days in this amazing apartment. The living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and everything are comfortable. Everything we needed during stay was equipped, including items not listed on Airbnb website, we wonder why that is not advertised.

This is a beautiful apartment overlooking the bay, and everything is as described on the listing. Regarding Milena, you couldn’t ask for a better Host! Milena communicates well, her response times are immediate and she is very helpful and proactive. She really wants you to have a wonderful stay. In this respect Milena has also made sure that everything in the apartment has been thought about, so that your stay runs smoothly. The apartment has a lovely warm feel to it and is beautifully presented. We really enjoyed our stay!

Ljubica was a really kind and caring host. The house was spotless and the decoration was also very beautiful. The location was ideal for us; we could easily reach anywhere we wanted to go with the car we rented. The sea view from the balcony was really fascinating. Also, having a pier belonging to the house was a big plus — it was great to be able to swim whenever we wanted. We were very happy with our vacation. A house that we will definitely prefer again on our next visit.

Had a fantastic holiday in Tanja's apartment. It was equipped with everything we needed and was only a short walk into the old town. Tanja and her daughter were very friendly and helpful and gave us recommendations on things to see and do. Thank you!

Such a lovely place. The place was amazing, we stayed in May 2025, everything is like on the photos, or even better. Amazing views on a bay from windows and a deck. A quiet area with 8 minutes walking to the water front, some local restaurants are nearby. In 30 minutes walking distance you can get to the Kotor Old Town, which is very beautiful and have plenty restaurants and other activities. Just be ready to go uphills and downhills or take a taxi. Filip is an amazing host - met us at 10 pm at the apartments, gave us clear instructions, provided us snacks and drinks - which is what you need after a long flight. He also shared his favorites places to visit, activities and a list of restaurants. Also Filip helped us to find a guide to Ostrog monastery. So basically Filip went above and beyond. 10 stars. Very responsive, friendly and very polite. If I visit Montenegro ever again, I know where I will stay =)

Marko and Marica were gracious, friendly and fantastic hosts. The property was immaculately maintained, very well prepared and with a superbly equipped. The location is fantastic, so peaceful and with a great relaxing atmosphere. Marko met us at the nearby petrol station to show us how to get to the property including how to navigate the tight corner. The first drive up and down was quite tricky but was fine after that and no problem in a large SUV. Highly recommended place, very good location to explore Kotor Bay from and an oasis of calm where time slows down.

We loved the house and the amazing views with superb sunsets. The beaches were a short 5 minute walk from the house and not crowded. A car is absolutely essential as the nearest bars and restaurants are a minimum of 15 minutes drive away. Kotor, Tivat and Budva are within 45 to 1 hour drive. We loved Kotor , well worth a visit. A small shop is also 15 minutes drive. The supermarkets by Tivat Airport are the closest big shops. The roads from Lustica Bay to Veslo are narrow and winding. Typical mountain roads. Be prepared to stop and creep past oncoming traffic. The local drivers are patient and pull off the road if it is easier from their direction. Ivana, the hostess was helpful when needed and arranged a plumbing repair quickly. Ivana also gave us good advice when we were " adopted" by a local stray dog ( who was so cute and very well behaved) He moved on after 3 days. We had a wonderful holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any adventurous people who don't need city life.

My stay at Milan’s beautiful cliff home was absolutely unforgettable. The views were breathtaking, offering a serene and picturesque backdrop for a relaxing getaway. What made the experience even better was Milan’s responsiveness—every question or request was met with a quick and instant reply, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. Excellent location and beautiful accommodation! The space was perfectly clean and very comfortable. Walkable to old town but outside of the hustle and bustle. Couldn’t be happier with the place!!

Aleksandra was an amazing host. Even before we arrived, she provided us with lots of recommendations and helped arrange transport from the airport. Throughout the stay they were extremely proactive with any questions we had, and also with helping us schedule cabs. The views were incredible, and the villa was gorgeous in every room. I would definitely recommend, we had an amazing time and would love to stay again if we find ourselves in Kotor in the future. Thank you so much!

Fantastic stay, the view is stunning. The balcony gets the sun all afternoon and you can watch the sun set behind the mountains. The apartment is really spacious and had a lovely feel to it. The area is nice, it’s on the promenade but in a quieter area which we really enjoyed. It’s a good 40-50 minute walk into Kotor old town but so worth it in the day and the evening, we did it multiple times while we were there. We went with our 20 and 18 year old and they loved it too, especially being able to swim every day right outside in beautifully clear water. Would highly recommend staying here, we loved it.

Great place in the middle of the old town with lovely interior!

We only have amazing things to say about Carol. She very kindly came to pick us up from the airport and stopped off at the supermarket before dropping us off at the apartment. We were so grateful. She gave us some great recommendations too. The apartment is right opposite a beach club which is brilliant. really lovely sunbeds and umbrellas (30 euros for a full day) but there's was also a public beach too for us to enjoy a dip if we didn't want to stay there for the whole day. The food at the beach club was also delicious. There are two amazing restaurants about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Klacken and a waterside oyster and mussels BBQ. Both were exceptional and incredibly fresh. Perast is a 2km walk away where there are multiple restaurants, all of them lovely. But the walk is on a main road by the apartment so be sure to get a taxi. We had such a wonderful stay. would definitely recommend to friends.

Lovely place! It was our first time in Montenegro and we couldn’t find a better place to say. Nikola is very reactive, we even had a welcome champagne and chocolate. The place really look like the pictures. Nice view on mountains and the sea, we loved it. The neighborhood is really calm, a lot of cats outside tho (perfect place for cat lovers !) The place is actually located in Dobrota, we booked a car for the week so we could join the center of kotor very fast (10 min). It is was a perfect stay, definitely coming back !! Love Montenegro 😘

A great apartment to use as a base to explore Kotor and the surrounding area.

We had a nice stay. Luka was very helpful, even when the crazy grumpy didn’t let us to park in the public parking, he offered that he’d come and talk with her. But we found another parking spot, bc we didn’t want any problem with the crazy woman. The apartment was clean, nice location
